Andere Zimmer bieten diesen Luxus nicht, die Fotos auf der Website sind etwas irreführend. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Es sollte aus den Fotos auf der website hervorgehen, dass nur EIN Zimmer über ein Spa verfügt.

Very comfortable with good wifi. I was able to get some work done. Very walkable to a great breakfast spot on the other side of the parking lot. Property was great! Wellington was rainy, cold, and windy!

I was told that they erase them after, but a single phone with all the sensitive info is not safe. No elevator, but at least only 3 flights of stairs. No aircon, but the fan was sufficient. The toiletries are possibly the worst I’ve used in a hotel, but plenty of towels at least. I just have gotten way more value out of the price range in other hotels.

We took this to mean we had access to a courtyard for sitting in or use. There is no courtyard, only car parks in between the 2 buildings. The ground floor rooms have no privacy as all the upper rooms and everyone walking past can see straight in. This meant we had to close the curtains while in the room. Deceiving descriptions of the room.

We were given 1 face cloth a day when there was 5 of us, (I had to purchase more) then when I requested more for the room, the worker replied with the policy of 1 per room, but did bring us more in the end. Also not enough breakfast given, and we were given porridge that needed a microwave or oven, which we had neither. I also couldn't use the jug as it was black inside. Also upstairs guests noise was very loud.

- John (10/5): Very roomy comfortable and modern unit - The hotel unit is rommy, clean, and comfortable. It's got all the necessities for cooking as well as entertainment. The stairs leading to the unit were a bit narrow to climb when carrying a suitcase. Occasionally the vehicle traffic at night on the street as well as pedestrians talking on the street could be noisy.

- Adrienne (7/5): Location Location Location - Loved the spa...the staff were very friendly and welcoming asking if we wanted a hand to get our luggage up to our room and even presented us with a tasty beer on arrival so amazing thank you 😊...the bed was comfy and the location great 👍 Wasn't aware there was no lift to the top floor so getting up and down 4 flights of stairs is tricky especially if your hands are full. Paid just over $50.00 for a park which I know is a premium as parking is difficult in the city but saw a Wilson carpark across the road which would have been cheaper. The toilet constantly ran so had to keep the door closed at all times....no kitchen at all which I was not aware of when booking only a jug with the usual coffee/tea/sugar sachets and you couldn't fill the jug in the bathroom as it was too big so we used a cup...no plates/knives/forks so we brought our own and the tiny fridge was leaking and did not keep our food or drinks cold which was annoying as for the up keep of the room all we got filled was the water bottle...no fresh towels/toilet paper etc of which you would expect staying two nights. The floor boards in the spa area were dodgy and you had to be careful where you walked. Needs updating as well.

- ellie (4/5): Not as nice as the pics! - Welcoming staff and general housekeeping excellent. Location was good. Disappointed by the overall wear and state of the place. Very rundown, overdue on basic maintenance. Specifically booked for a relaxing spa, but it was dirty! I don't think it is properly cared for or maintained. Like, scummy on the bottom. Needed a shower afterwards! Ripped carpet and curtains, holes in walls, grimy deck and outdoor furniture. Just overall sadness. Not a king suite at all, size-wise.
