Leah (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. - The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and got us checked in with no problems.
Curtis (8/5): Very comfortable - Accommodations were good. Clean, well kept hotel and very pleasant staff. The morning breakfast was very good and hostess very friendly and helpful. Had requested a handicap accessible room which was perfect. Roll in shower was nearly perfect We had stayed at a similar Holiday Inn Express the previous night in Perry, GA with very similar handicap accessible accommodations with the exception that the roll in shower was slightly larger and designed with slightly sloped floor so that water did not leave shower stall. Two things would have made this situation perfect 1. Accessory shower head needed to be replaced as it only trickled 2. Install shower curtain back about 2 inches so that the water ran off within the shower stall rather than onto the bathroom floor. Otherwise the set up was perfect with plenty of grab bars and room to navigate

kaitlin (10/5): We are thankful, grateful, and blessed to have stayed at a place that provided safety and comfort - We rushed to your facility after checking into a different hotel. Their facility was horrific. I was greeted with smiles and great personalities. Each room was extremely clean, smelt fresh, and exceeded our expectations! The breakfast was amazing and my kids were extremely impressed with the pancake maker, even my husband was talking about how fancy it was! I honestly couldn’t complain about our experience. I was more than impressed and thankful for the very quick accommodation. I mean, we booked our rooms online after realizing our mistake with a different hotel. We booked, 10 minutes later we walked in and unpacked into this amazing facility!

Couldn’t ask for more. - I had to travel from Florida for a funeral in Illinois and this hotel was a perfect stopping point for my 83yo father and myself. The hotel was perfect on every way. Every staff member was very nice and helpful. Clean and easy to navigate. Breakfast was fantastic. We stayed there 1 night each traveling North and South. The second night there were a ton of company cars and trucks taking up all the parking spots. Trucks pulling trailers taking up multiple spots. We managed though.

Jen (6/5): - Although the front desk person at check-in was delightful and helpful and check-in was very smooth. The condition of the hotel was not the best as far as outdated worn out carpeting. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest it could be. It wasn’t very user-friendly in the room. It just needs a lot of updating the furniture was old there weren’t any USB ports to plug in phones. The beds were fine and comfortable, but other than that for a Holiday Inn express that I’m used to this wasn’t the normal.

Lauren (8/5): - Lovely staff and great pool for the kids. I was disappointed that our “suite” was what felt like a normal room except the second bed was a pull-out couch. This was not what I was expecting and must have misunderstood the description. The pullout mattress was stained, uncomfortable and noisy - the kids slept on it and it swished and creaked all night. We will be staying elsewhere next time where a suite is a sleeper sofa and also a separate bedroom.
NANCY (6/5): I’ll try another hotel next time. - The bed was comfortable. It is in bad need of a remodel. The wallpaper was peeling. The ceilling was cracked. Also I requested an invoice because this was a business trip but was told because I booked the room on booking.com, I have to request it through them. Then they had me sign an invoice/receipt and I asked if the could just make a copy of that and they said no. Such superior customer service (note sarcasm).
Lacy (8/5): - Overall good accommodations. Worked well for an overnight stop. Pool was nice. Cookies in the evening were nice. The AC was making a lot of noise. Previous stay that was not a problem. Breakfast was very undercooked. Biscuits were raw so we just went down the road and got breakfast.

Leonard (1/5): Bad - Just the bed and the shower As soon as I walked and opened the door to the room, there was a spider that came out. I stepped on it, and it released about 500 eggs at the door in my room. Majority of them went back into my room at that point the spider ran out in the hallway I stomped on the spider in at that point it released more eggs I went and got the lady at the front desk to bring her down there and show it to her. She went and got some kind of cleaner not real sure what it was. It was not in a bottle with a marking of what chemicals I was spraying in my room, but she gave me the bottle and told me that I could spray for them that she had to get back up to the desk that was at about 11 o’clock at 1:30. The spider is still laying outside the door and it’s not been cleaned up. I went into my bathroom to take a shower and there’s either a crack rock, a fentanyl pill or some kind of appeal laying in my bathroom floor. I went to address that and she had customers and I left it alone. I’m going to address that shortly, but she offered to do no compensation for anything to move me to a different room or make my stay more comfortable. The room is not cooling the way it’s supposed to not a good experience.
