• GrantNZ (6/5): - Spacious room with comfortable futons once we asked for two each. Staff very helpful. Booking dotcom indicated that we got two beds but they were futons. Tired decor and no English explanations for anything. Location out of town. Hotel prices much cheaper on the day than when we booked.
• 塚二 (8/5): 大浴場あり無料駐車場あり接客よく気持ちよく利用できた - 大きくはないが浴場があり狭いユニットバスと違いゆったりとお風呂に浸かれた 従業員の対応は親切笑顔でよく質問にも答えてくれた、禁煙室を希望していたが空きがなく喫煙室となったが消臭されタバコの臭いは一切なくてよかった、連泊で掃除を断ったらミネラルウォーターがもらえた、コーヒーの無料サービスがあった、歩いて5分くらいの所にマックスバリューがあり素泊まりだったので助かった、敷地内の駐車場が使え無料だった、wifiが使えた 建物自体が古い感じだった(が掃除は行き届いていたようだ)

• TAKAGI (7/5): - 環境が良く函館駅近。夜定食1300円は安く美味しかった。ベットもよかった。スタッフも気軽に対応いただいた。ホテル代高騰のおり、このようなホテルは助かる。 室内のカーテンが外れ垂れ下がっていた。直すよう要望したらすぐ直すとの返事だったが、そのままだった。施設の老朽化は仕方ないが、だらしなく不潔な印象を与える。そこは改善してほしい。

• Jennifer (7/5): - Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits der typischen Attraktionen und des Hauptbahnhofes, ist dadurch aber deutlich ruhiger. Der Geruch im Zimmer war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, es hatte irgendwie einen alten, modrigen Mief. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, man erhält unaufgefordert frische Handtücher und Utensilien an die Tür, auch wenn man keinen Zimmerservice gewünscht hat.

• X2085VDjanes (2/5): Do not go here - Hotel in a bad state of repair, room was dirty, leaking window and mouldy. I asked for another room, was offered Japanese style, smelled horrible. Despite seeing no one else there this was the only available room. We left. Location is not great. Area appears run down and no cafes or bars that we could see. As two women travelling we did not feel safe which is in complete contrast to the rest of our trip where we travelled around to different destinations. Would highly recommend staying closer to the train station which seems to be more geared up for tourists. Our estate agents Travelbag booked this hotel …. Goodness knows why as it must have been run down for years looking at the state of it. Apparently they have been unable to get a refund. This place is not fit for purpose.
• さとうかつあき (6/5): - 岩盤浴無料。ドリンク、サービスはなかなかグットでした。接客も親切です。客室天井のクロスのはがれとシミが寝ると気になりました。料金的には我慢できる範囲です。ありがとうございました。
• タケシ (8/5): - 函館駅前は申し分ないですが、価格が高く安さに惹かれ、このホテルを選びました。 残念ながら隣の別館でした。 確かに初めは宿変えたくなりましたが、テレビもドライヤーもあり、エアコンも効き、洗濯物も乾燥機も備え付け、セイコーマートも隣接し、大型バイクもロビー前に止めさせて頂き連泊したくなってる自分に気づきました！何より格安で観光地に宿泊出来たのは最高で、少し遠いですが、運動と思い飲み屋街も徒歩圏内です。そしてスタッフ一同のおもてなしな対応で、本日の旅行計画もチェックアウト後のロビーでゆっくりと立てることも出来ました。また次回も割り切ってここを利用させて頂きたいと思います。

• みさき (8/5): - 幼い子ども4人を連れての宿泊でしたが、和室でほどよいスペースでゆっくり休めました。お気遣いのメッセージも嬉しかったです。チェックアウト後、子どもたちを連れてバタバタとしていてタクシーを呼び忘れていたのですが、すぐに受付の方が電話をくださりとても助かりました。函館に来た際はまた泊まりたい宿です。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 価格を考えれば内容がとても良いホテル - 価格を考えれば非常に内容が高いホテルです。個人的に和室と布団はあまり好きではないので、和室が多いところが残念ですが、それでも価格を考えれば贅沢は言えません。静かな住宅街にありますが、市電の電停も近いので、駅前に行くにも五稜郭に行くにも便利です。
• SHIGEYOSHI (4/5): 値段相応 - 全般的に設備が古く、メンテナンスされていない。 風呂場の洗面台の排水溝がカビで黒くなっていたり、座布団がシミだらけだったりと衛生面でもあまり手をかけていない様子。 料金が格安だったので泊まるだけなら値段相応か？

• Non (6/5): - 全体的に合宿所みたいな感じ。 部屋の水回りは清掃したのかな？と疑問に思うほど。洗面台の排水溝は茶色い汚れ、部屋のお風呂は異臭。 小さい子がいたので部屋でお風呂に入れようかと思いましたが、ちょっと衛生的に不安になりやめました。 ホテルの浴場は、狭いのは全く問題なかったのですが、お風呂が熱すぎる。熱いお湯がずっとちょろちょろ出ていて、客が加水して温度調整するスタイルでした。脱衣所に髪の毛や埃が多く、置いてある珪藻土バスマットはカビが生えている上にほとんど吸水せず、床が濡れている始末。 部屋も隅にホコリが溜まっていたり…古いのや狭いのはいいんですが、清掃が行き届いていないのは辛いです。
• naoki (8/5): 買出しは便利です！ - 家族5人での宿泊だったので、和室を利用しました。館内は若干の古さは感じるものの、快適に過ごしました。市電の昭和橋駅まで徒歩5分ほどですし、近くにスーパーが2件、ホテル脇にコンビニもあり、買出しなどは不便しなくてすみます。唯一のマイナス点は大浴場の洗い場が４人分しかなく、他の宿泊客と入浴時間が重なると、待つことになります。
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel is very tired. The room was shabby with peeling wall paper and rot showing in the shower walls. It is a fair distance from the train station and not very well sign posted. In all it gave me a quiet clean bed to sleep in.

You can walk to the Morning market, Bay area & Motomachi and take the ropeway to see sunset and view of Hakodate city.
• 又九郎 (8/5): 駐車場無料の便利なホテル - 東京から車移動で青森港からフェリーに乗り、夜11:00ごろ着きました。 朝食の予約の締め切り時間を過ぎていて頼めなかったのは残念。電話一本入れておけば良かった。 コンビニのセイコーマートはすぐだし、駐車場は無料だし、大浴場はあるし、宿泊代はリーズナブルだし何の問題もありません。 普通に良いホテルです。
• JangHE (8/5): 괜찮은 호텔 - 룸은 사진과 달리 좀 작았지만 편안했고 주차도 편했음. 편의점이 바로 옆에 있어서 편리했음.

• Jon (8/5): No Frills Hotel with Traditional Japanese Room - Check in was fast and breeze. Hotel Staff had limited but sufficient English.
• zmeikei (4/5): Here only as other hotels are booked - the room was dated, and old and didnt look very clean in general. Staff was unhelpful, when i called to ask if there's air conditioning in the room, he told me he doesnt speak english and didn't offer to pass the phone to a colleague who speaks english, which is a departure from Japanese service.
• Verified traveler (6/5): You get what you pay for - The Hotel is definitely dated - pictures are faded, walls yellowing - not near to anything of interest. Tram stop not far away, long walk to train station. The onsen was small but nice. Did not try the breakfast, you have to reserve western or japanese style the day before.

• Verified traveler (6/5): A bit of a walk to the station, but price was good - The hotel was a little bit out of the way. A bit of a walk to downtown, but we saved a lot of money staying there. For the price, this was a good place to stay.
• sheilarouge (8/5): Welcome Respite after a Long Train Ride - We stayed in Hakodate Park Hotel to take a rest and also to see the awesome view of Hakodateyama. We were from Sapporo and travelled via JR train, Ltd Express Super Hokuto. February in Hakodate is very very cold. The hotel is located far from the main JR Hakodate station but you can take the local subway. We did but from the nearest subway station, you still need to walk a few meters. Now, walking in the snow is not very nice, specially for someone not used to snow and winter like me. Despite that, hotel is easy to locate. We booked a Japanese style room that I got cheap via booking.com. We were in a room with a nice view. The room is spacious for the price, if I'm not mistaken maybe 8 tatami-mat room for the price of 6 tatami mat room. They have a restaurant and an onsen, but didn't get to try it.
