- Tracy (1/5): Over priced, lack of basic facilities not helpful staff - Location to Airport and shuttle service for an extra charge No facility for food until breakfast, no teas and coffees, TV remote did not work as it should have, up graded to a superior room where it was just a normal room with a jacuzzi bath in. Freezing all night as the air con would not turn off. Noisey as you are in the flight path.

- Taisiia (10/5): Готель біля аеропорту в Бергамо - Дуже цікавий готель. Рецепція на мінус першому поверсі. Літак на фасаді будівлі. Номер просторий ,на верхньому поверсі. Приємний ,ненавязливий дизайн помешкання,якісна білизна,багато рушників . Електроніки вистачає ( світло вмикається/ вимикається в різних кутах номеру), гарне/ різноманітне освітлення,можна підібрати на свій смак. Із незвичного- ванна в одному просторі з ліжком :-) Є кавоварка,чайник. Є трансфер в/ з аеропорту. Було зручно і дешевше замовити готельне авто. До пів дванадцятої ночі літаки йдуть на взліт кожні 10 хвилин, дуже гучно. Потім до 6 ранку- тиша. Тому зверніть на це увагу,якщо чутливий сон :-)

The modern design immediately stood out, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The room was impressively well-equipped, featuring advanced electronic controls, including lighting, which made the experience feel both comfortable and high-tech. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the in-room jacuzzi — a perfect touch for relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff was truly exceptional throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention the kindness and professionalism of the receptionist who welcomed us. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but her warmth and attentiveness made a lasting impression. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone visiting Bergamo. There is nothing I could say here.

- Lisa (8/5): An excellent choice near the airport! - We chose this hotel for its location as we had an early flight from Bergamo airport the next morning but we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely it was. The staff are very professional and friendly and were able to assist us with all of our enquiries including where to have dinner. The suite with two separate rooms was super spacious and very clean.
