Sólo llegar, y después de abonar la estancia unos días antes de iniciar el viaje, lo primero que nos dijeron en recepción fue que pagábamos los impuestos turísticos y el parking por adelantado. Parecía que tenían miedo de no cobrar ... pero un hotel de cuatro estrellas, como si fuera de menos, creo que el buen trato es básico ...

Les installations sont très bien, mais pas á la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles en 2026. Très certainement il y a quelques années.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, on a pu visiter Lourdes à pied .. Très bons restaurants près de l’hôtel. Chambre petite mais literie très confortable malgré les meubles un peu vieillots 🙁 La chambre au 8ème étage dans les combles. Poignée de fenêtre cassée et pas de volets. Un simple rideau en guise de volet..Meubles un peu vieillots Parking cher pour stationner le véhicule.

Il bagno è strano…il sanitario è in un ambiente (un loculo) e il resto del bagno in un altro ambiente. Scomodo sé si usa il sanitario e poi ha bisogno di lavarsi…deve cambiare ambiente. La vasca per entrare a fare la doccia è pericolosa in quanto scivolosa

La colazione è piuttosto varia e abbondante, qualità discreta ma assolutamente in linea con altri hotel a Lourdes della medesima categoria. La camera è ampia e il bagno (se progettato meglio) potrebbe davvero essere molto più spazioso e confortevole. Il letto è comodo come pure i cuscini. Io ci tornerei.

Nous en avons parlé à l’accueil, proposition d’un geste commercial. Nous sommes tout de même déçus car la prestation n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes et de ce que nous avons payé.

La habitación muy vieja, olor a cerrado, descuidada, hacia mucho frío, cuando lo comunicamos a recepción nos dijeron que no se podía hacer nada, era la temperatura para todos, poco después nos dijeron que por ley no podían subir la calefacción y que usáramos la manta del armario, al final la subieron desde un panel que tenían tras la recepción. - Maria Sandra (5/5): Muy bueno porque fui a ver a la Virgen - Me gusto la ayuda que me dieron para sacar una fotocopia y la atencion en el escritorio, lo demas estoy muy desilusionada porque al llegar por la noche deje todas mis cosas y al salir por la mañana no percate que deje una mochila sin llave y se me perdio una bolsa que llevaba cosas de valor como cadenas. LLegue al medio dia estaban haciendo la limpieza, le pregunte a la que hizo la limpieza pero me dijo no yo no ve visto nada. No se la verdad donde pudo quedar mi bolsa. Lo explicado anteriormente, eso me hizo ya no estar contenta en el hotel.
