Guest Reviews
- David (7/5): - It was somewhat dated but it appeared that they were working on updates. We liked the roominess.
- Kendra (8/5): - The house and location were great👍 . Very clean and spacious We were a little sad that the pool was closed at our location . They did have pools availability at a there location but we had to drive over to it so I felt we didn't go as often as we normally would if it was right there
- Monica (7/5): Was great would be back. - Loved everything about it quiet spot. TVs could be upgraded. Didn’t have much to watch. 2 of the bathrooms sink nor tub worked. GPS needs upgrading couldn’t find place to check in took me to another spot.
- Clark (10/5): - It didn't feel like a hotel stay it felt like home I loved everything about it
- Jason (1/5): I recommend somewhere else - False advertisement. Pictures showed a house and we got a very small room. Room size
- Laurie (8/5): - I live the location and the people were very nice. The heater went out our last night there and it was really cold. We did not report it until check out because it was late when we figured it out.
- Kamesia (8/5): -
- Brenda (10/5): We will always stay here - We liked being off 76 but close enough to drive to any place easily
The townhouse had a couple of small things we told the main office about but nothing we felt needed immediate attention.
This townhouse is absolutely fun. Lots of space and parking. A great price and comfortable
- Patricia (10/5): - Close to attractions, quiet setting, two bedrooms and two baths perfect for two couples.
- Meng (10/5): - Quiet and close to fun! A lot of space for families!
- carla (4/5): - The townhouse lock off room is not what the picture shows. The bathtub was covered in soap scum. Im not one to usually complain because I have stayed in some not so nice places doing construction.
This one for the two hundred per night is definitely not worth it. Also the pool is closed so if you want to use pool you go to their sister resort and use it. Internet? None. It shows the password but you cannot connect.
You wil be asked to attend at capital vacation’s presentation so be prepared.
- Rebecca (6/5): - Property was clean, roomy and comfortable. The air conditioner went out in both units we were in. They moved us the first night but bot the second night. Definitely disappointing to sleep in 80 degrees and they did not have fans. I will call to speak to management during the week.
- Deandre (8/5): - Gave me another property and did not notify me
- Matthew (4/5): - Tub didn’t drain blood on wall cobwebs everywhere
- Dan (8/5): Great location! - Pretty nice place. Plenty of room.
Unfortunately, the on-site pool was not working, so had to go to other facility if wanted to use a pool (we didn’t). Nice sized TV’s, but multiple channels (that had good movies) did not work and two of the TV’s had fuzzy reception. Well stocked kitchen-ware. Upstairs shower had low pressure. Downstairs shower much better. Upstairs bedroom was too warm - it did not get cool like the other rooms. Nice neighborhood - went walking up and down close-by streets. Tennis courts were nice for Pickleball! Game room had Ping Pong, Pool, and board games. Washer and dryer in our room was nice! Didn't like the shared deck area. Great location! Close to almost all the activities we did. Someone called us shortly after we checked in, which I thought was nice, but they were trying to get us to listen to the timeshare offer.
- Angela (8/5): It’s the little things that add up - There was only one trash bag for the entire four days we were there. I would have thought there would be another, like there was in the bathrooms. The door to the bathroom stuck (had shifted) so it was hard to open and close. We had to call for a plunger late at night due to not having one in the townhouse. They brought one when called which was nice but I still felt one should have automatically been available. We found out at check in that the pool for the townhouses was closed for maintenance which was frustrating for our kids. We were allowed to come to the sister location but it was frustrating having to load up to go to another location. Blankets were dropped off at our place at 11:30 at night. It scared us when someone knocked. I don’t know why they were dropped off but someone probably didn’t get the blankets they wanted and we didn’t use them during our stay.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Won’t Stay Again - Rooms are “Run Down”. You can tell they haven’t been taken care of, cracks in the molding on the floor and DIRTY!!!! Bathroom downstairs is AWFUL. It’s literally a CLOSET!!! Master bedroom downstairs but it’s a lot of back and forth for us females who do our hair, as there’s NO WHERE to keep anything on the Tiny sink. You barely have enough room to Pee, Let alone the next step involved if you’re a female using the bathroom. Front desk was contacted TWICE for the same things needed for the stay, like coffee and trash bags. The “cable/satellite” channels were very Minimal. The channels that came through, 2 of them were Stand-still so was showing just one screen and that was it. There’s a shower in master which looks like they HAD a Hot tub in there?? But maybe with Handicap regulations they had to switch it out to a stand-in shower. There’s NO FAN but a ceiling fan in the room. The property WILL have Mold and Mildew issues at some point. The Water Pressure was HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Oh and NO POOL on location. How InConvenient to have to drive a few minutes to the “sister location” to be able to swim. NO THANK YOU!!! Terrible setup.
- Thomas (6/5): - The property is okay for space if you have a lot of people. It is weathered, meaning there are uneven floors that make noises as you walk, also the carpets needs to be replaced or cleaned, they are sticky with something. The shower in the bedroom downstairs is just a portable shower unit that at one time would have been good, however over time the drains were backed up, they came to fix it however I was told not to use it because they were not able to fix it. But the shower is odd, it is right next to the bed because it is portable with no tile around it, you are literally standing in the room open to anyone in there. The outside decking was old and falling apart. The game room had balls for the for basketball but they were old and very used. Hard to describe, but I am sure that they are either going to tear this down or someone will have to put a lot of money in it. Sorry but unless you need a large two bedroom apartment for a couple of hundred bucks a night as a budget it is not worth it. All the pools were closed down, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools. Had to drive 3 miles back to the other property to use the pool. The worst part is that this is a timeshare, I am glad my wife was not with me or there would have been a pitch to buy timeshare, which I have learned over the years to hate no matter what they are selling. Unless you just need a lot of room because you have a large friends and family type deal this place is not worth it.
- Sheldon (3/5): Poor - loved everything expect that they don't tell you online that the pools are down for maintenance which is the whole reason i picked the townhomes was for the pool. the pools being down and they don't say anything online that they are down
- Teri (6/5): - Cleanliness was amazing but not having any pools open but at main house was not great when raining outside. The reason we booked the stay here was due to indoor and outdoor pools for the children.
- Terri (10/5): - The place was great! It had everything someone would need in it. It was also walking distance to some of the theater and attractions that we went to.
- RHONDA (6/5): - It was quiet
- Stormey (10/5): - This was our first time going to Branson, and I have to say this townhouse was the perfect place to stay for the 4 days and 3 nights there. They have basically everything you need in the house. From dishes to laundry powder. I was in shock at how much stuff they already had in there for you. Also the 4 TVs was amazing to have. I can't think I can think of anything to complain about. Oh, it is also just right around the corner from the main road with all the attractions.
- Steward (8/5): Great Stay - The location was great for venturing out into Branson. The home was very spacious and clean. We really appreciated the kitchen and the in room laundry. We also had fun enjoying the playground and the on-site game room. The little back porch was super cute and enjoyable for relaxing in the early morning or late evening. The beds were also comfortable, and so were the pillows. Unfortunately, the on-site pool was down, so we had to drive 10 minutes to another site. It was not a huge deal, and the pool was really nice, but the flooring in the pool room hurt our feet so badly. We could hardly walk across it. Upon check-in, they wanted to send us to a sells presentation. It's so beyond frustrating. I'm so tired of saying no to those things. I paid money to stay here, I'm here to enjoy my vacation. I don't want to waste a day at a sales presentation. This obviously isn't partial to this site. It's everywhere in Branson. It's just really annoying.
- James (10/5): - I did not like that the pool was not open due to being worked on. Loved the location
- Lendy (10/5): - The condo was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay there.
- Shannon (10/5): Overall good experience - Overall a great stay. Our air wasn’t working properly but maintaince was fast at getting it fixed. I do wish they had informed me that the pool was shut down and we would have to go to sister location to swim not a huge inconvenience due to my kids being older.
- Carrie (1/5): Horrible room, not as advertised - The listing showed a lot more room features and amenities than the riom actually had. Receptionist says it happens all the time.rj8y Room was tiny, no sofa as shown in pics, jetted tub shown in pics didn't work. Room adjoined another room with NO soundproofing, it was like staying in a bedroom of someone else's mobile home. Address was also very difficult to find. Property is also part of a time share, which wasn't advertised. WAY too expensive for what was offered!
- Jessica (10/5): - The townhouses are amazing
- Latashia (10/5): Exceptional - the location was great 24 hour access to the pool and recreational areas.
- Brian (10/5): Very nice - Great property and location for the price.
- Thomas (10/5): - Awesome spot for the kids and close to everything
- Robin (8/5): - I liked how spacious it was. I did not like how small the kitchen was. I also did not like how the shower was in the bedroom and the toilet in the hall. The deck could use some TLC. And there was a drawer in the kitchen that was broken. Also, not enough pots and pans.
- Kyle (8/5): - Nice property would stay here again
- Jennifer (10/5): - Our favorite place to stay in Branson
- Rick (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stephanie (8/5): Worth the money - Only issue we had was check in was slow but only had 1 person working on Memorial weekend. Nice place, easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again
- Brian (10/5): Very good value for the money - Not my first time here and everything was as nice as usual. Very good value.
- Marietta (9/5): It was comfortable had amazing time with my family. I do wish that the indoor activities buildings and indoor pool close - Location was good close to the strip but away from the noises N/A
- Melody (8/5): Cozy townhouses - The townhouse was clean and conveniently located near the strip. It was very roomy with 2 king size bedrooms and 2 living areas. The beds were very soft. The downstairs bathroom situation was awkward with a shower in the bedroom and toilet and sink in a separate powder room.
- Pigg (3/5): Poor - It was close to town, Decent access to all of the sites of Branson. First of all the pictures on your site do not depict the room that I was given, A picture show a staircase and full kitchen.... I was given a studio apartment with a microwave And a bathroom As far as the room goes the pipes in the wall every time you would flush the toilet or run the shower would bang so loudly It sounded like someone was coming through the wall. 5 AM the neighbor and the other half flushed a toilet and again the banging on the walls woke up everyone. I thought they was trying to get in until I realized it was just the pipes. There was no hot water pressure it barely dribbled. Just overall dissatisfied with the room. Then to check into the location I was forced to talk to a timeshare sales person who wanted me to go to a 2 hour meeting. I do not like high pressure sales.
- Dawn (8/5): Girls' Trip - The stay was overall good. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. We arrived just after their on-property office closed at 6pm, so we had to check in at a different location. This was different than the 1st time we stayed. Everything was good. The only complaint was that the upstairs attic access (in the closet) was open and the clothes rack was down. We didn't discover it until after midnight so it was scary to sleep with it like that. Also the vertical blinds were difficult to operate.
- Caroline (7/5): Staff was very helpful. - the beds were comfy and enough beddings and towels supplied
Apartment is well configured No soap for dishes was supplied.
The bedrooms were extremely cold.
Master bedroom shower handle had to fidget with it for water to flow.
- Megan (6/5): Very Spacious - The apartment was very spacious. We were able to all sleep on a bed or pull out bed without needing to share. Two bathrooms is a great deal. Plus we were able to cook meals and sit at the dining table every morning for breakfast. As soon as we walked in we noticed a very heavy musty smell. Like the carpet had been wet for to long or something. The ceiling fan in the living room didn't have the plate secure to the ceiling. There was no way of using it without it sounding like it was going to fall. There wasn't a lot of pans to use but we made it work. On the last morning my husband seen a roach in the top cabinet in the kitchen.
- Stewart (10/5): - It was great. Of course, it being a town house property, they want you to listen to their sales pitch but you certainly don’t have to. We didn’t. The only other negative was there someone next door and it was a little noisy but not bad. The studio room we stayed in was very nice and clean. It’s a very quite property with no traffic
- Jon (8/5): - Property was clean, slow drain in bathtub. Tv did not work for cnn.
- Andrea (9/5): Superb - These were very comfortable and so close to everything we did. I intend to return! I didn't like whatever the smell in the apartment was-either the cleaner or an old cigarette smell, but it wasn't enough to prevent me from returning. The place was great.
- Luke (10/5): Great stay - The grounds were very clean and tidy great location in Branson and easy to get around. Good space for larger groups.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad stay in Branson - 1. Took long time to check in.
2. Unit had roaches in it. We killed all we saw! It was gross
3. The Bath tub was dirty.
4. The tenant in the unit next door was smoking weed, the odor was bad.
5. Company tried to intimidate us into viewing a time share
Needless ro say we wont be back!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Terrible salesy customer service - Was a decent enough place to stay for 6 people, including a toddler. Lots of places to sleep, loved having the kitchen. The door to the next townhouse was weird. Shared balcony was awkward. Pictures are kind of deceiving, as each townhouse layout is slightly different. The full stand alone shower in our room was annoying. The bathroom with toilet and sink was outside of the bedroom in the entry hallway.
The pool was fun, but the bottom of it is ROUGH. A few of us got scraped from touching the bottom of the pool. The workout area is quiet.
The worst part was check-in. There was a deposit that we were not aware of that was held until after check out. THEN, it turned into a time-share situation. We had kids in the car waiting for us to be able to get in our room after a 3 hour drive and they made us go to a separate room so they could try to sell us "deals". They literally gave our key to the sales guy so we'd have to go in there. Of course those so called "deals" required ANOTHER deposit that wouldn't be returned until we sat through their hour long pitch. And, of course, the "soonest" time for that was the day of our departure, 4 days later, AFTER check out. No thank you.
- Jason (10/5): - My family and I found this place last minute for a weekend trip and loved it.
- David (6/5): - Had to go to a spot a couple miles away to check in for a late arrival. Onsite office closed four hours early.
So-called "Parking Permit" gets you a sales pitch to try and send you to a time-share showing. "Parking Permit" has you name and room on it. Don't put that on your car.
- Darla (10/5): - Just what we needed for a short weekend trip
- Tammy (5/5): Passable -
- Caroline (10/5): We enjoyed all the room we had and being right next to each other. - Everything It worked out fine but our key cards for both rooms didn't work one of the evenings when we returned.
- Cassandra (10/5): - This property is centrally located and absolutely amazing.
- Jeremy (10/5): Best Branson Stay Ever. - Perfect location. Very comfortable and impressed with this place. They even had a portable crib brought up for us at check in for my 4 month old grandson. Nothing!
- Snider (9/5): Superb - The space and location!! Kind of pricey but you are just minutes from everything🤩
- Deborah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clint (4/5): - Did not like the time share meeting aspect
- Linda (8/5): Very good - location no bathroom in master
- Michelle (5/5): Check in was a disaster and room was just mid. - The room was fine. No complaints There was no one there to check us in. After being on the road most of the day we had to go to a completely different hotel. We’re not familiar with the area, it was dark, we were tired, what a pain.
- Hollie (1/5): Not worth the money - Close to everything Wrongfully advertised. Said it was larger than it really was. Neighbors screaming till after midnight. Called 3 times for so.eone to quite them down. No one came. Room the size of a cracker jack box. Room for the money. Not worth it.
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Joan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marcy (2/5): - Beware!!!!! This is a timeshare with a pushy manager and an even more pushy sales person. The shower is less than 10 feet from the bed, the buildings are old and creepy, and there is mold!
- Rhonda (6/5): - The beds
- Jon (5/5): Eh. It was alright. - The property was very quite, which was nice. When booking our stay we thought we were getting a 3 bedroom town house. We ended up in a 1 bedroom. Also the bathtub was not clean and there was mold in the jets of the tub.
- Steve (10/5): Great stay! - Clean and spacious. If I had only one bad thing to say is one of the showers drained slow but, everything was great for us
- Ken (5/5): Not satisfied - No Breakfast We had trouble finding the office. When we walked in it was around 4:30 she immediately told us well you got here just in time the office closes at 5 which that was the first time I ever heard an office closing that early. We would not have know where to go. .
.
- Chris (6/5): - The host wasn't friendly and pushed the time share made you fill you have to go and waste time. 45 min check inn . Won't a deposit . Wont go back.
- William (10/5): Exceptional -
- Schetter (9/5): Superb -
- Patrick (1/5): Website and booking.com advised we would have a large bedroom, kitchen, living room but we got a sta - Very little It was a scam false advertising
- James (4/5): Stairs - I asked for entry level. Are studio we had enter by stairs. My husband down the stairs. Website showed all front level entry. Never said anything about stairs. They are lucky we don't file a lawsuit from his fall.
- John (6/5): Great location, friendly staff but not easy to find at first. - Great location just around the corner from the Branson strip. Good parking. Extremely friendly and helpful staff at reception. 5 minute walk to the Clay Cooper theatre. The room was a little bit tired and could do with some freshening up. Difficult to find as the hotel is not called The Townhouses and there is no sign anywhere with that name....you need to go in the entrance for Surrey Resorts.
- Lynn (2/5): Check-in Sales Scam - This is a well kept and very conveniently located property just a few blocks from Hwy 76 that is moderately priced but 5+ corporate names and a check-in time of 4PM with MANDATORY participation in a post check-in time share or other sales pitch, referred to by check-in employees as a "concierge service" to get your parking pass, makes this company complicit in the sales "scam". My husband was treated rudely by being yelled at and scorned from a man in the corner who didn't like being questioned about what he wanted to talk to us about before we sat at his desk to give "just information like telephone number, address, etc." My immediate family will never return to this property and we have actively informing family members scattered about the Midwest and all our Arkansas church members to avoid this housing option in Branson. Shame on you Surrey Townhouses etc. for your intentional misleading effort stealing our precious vacation time. (The 4PM time-with a line of waiting guests to check-in was apparently convenient for the sales team to utilize 4PM-6:30PM to make their pitch to everyone checking in. BEWARE!)
- Megan (3/5): Poor - the room smelled like mold and was horrible.
- Charles (8/5): - Too much pressure to buy a time share
- Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the location, and the space. We did end up sitting through a 90 minute time share presentation that took 5 hours on our last day that kind of bummed the kids or but otherwise it was great The timeshare presentation
- Lawrence (8/5): Very good -
- Scott (9/5): very nice would stay there again - cozy location
- Sonya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Riese (8/5): Very good -
- Renee (10/5): - We loved our townhouse! This is a great property and located close to everything we were attending.
- Kristine (10/5): Exceptional - The location The patios
- Miguel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): Great place for family, can't beat the location, either - It was well put together, very spacious for 3 families to say together, impressed with the cleanliness of the place and the rooms were big enough for families with kids and each had a TV in their own room. Couldn't beat the location,. Should have had more toilet paper, ran out the first day
- Wiley (2/5): Nice property, good staff, very basic room - nice property, room I booked was misleading from pictures huge fight directly outside my room, security came, it was around midnight or so before it was all finished and not one mention of it from the front desk, not a sorry for the inconvenience or anything
- Sheppard (5/5): It is comfortable and close, however it needs some TLC. - I liked how it was in the heart of Branson and close to everything. I also liked the available space in this two bedroom townhouse. I was supposed to be able to check-in at 4. I arrived at 3:30 and was told it would be between 4 and 4:30. I went to the grocery store and returned at 4:30 and was told that it still wasn’t ready and that she didn’t know when it would be ready. I had plans to take my kids to Silver Dollar City so had to wait until the room was finally ready before being able to take them since now I had cold groceries in the car. Additionally, we had water dripping in the hall. I called Maintenance and was told it was probably the air condition. This water was dripping on the first floor near the full bath, doing damage to the ceiling drywall, and the carpet if I hadn’t put down a large bowl. the kids were very tired or they would’ve complained about the dripping noise all night. Additionally, the cabinets were stocked very basically. after staying at similar accommodations, I was surprised to not find something like a large frying pan or salt/pepper in the room.
- Bee (10/5): - Townhomes were located in a perfect spot. Close to everything but far enough from the mail strip. Home was clean and very spacious. However, if you're a family that likes to cook you own food even when on vacation, you will find very limited cooking utensils. Other then that, our overall stay was fabulous.
- Jodi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Akeshia (8/5): Very good -
- Brandon (10/5): - Everything was great. Tons of towels and linen. Everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again.
- Jeffrey (4/5): - The condescending attitude of the “concierge “ where you had to wait in line to give your vehicle info again to get your parking pass, while being pressured to go to a timeshare presentation. Overall state of the property could use some repair and updates.
- Jared (10/5): - Surprisingly good. Very comfortable and lots of room. Basically a townhouse which is very comfortable for my family of 5. Kitchen was appropriately stocked with utensils and coffee maker. Had a toaster, blender and manual can opener as well. Close to Walgreens and the strip. I would stay here again.
- Jonetta (8/5): - There was plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The location is great to get around town. The checkin process was great! The staff we saw were very courteous and everyone seemed to be working hard.
My toddler grandsons feet were black from the carpet and his momma wasn't happy about that. We could have used coffee filters as we brought our own coffee but we have never stayed somewhere that didn't provide filters. The jets in our bathtub in our room needed a scrubbing with some comet and a brush to get the gunk off. I have a tub just like it at home and that is how i keep it clean for our family and company. The Carriage Place and Grande Crown properties are our 'go to' place and we will definitely be back. It was a good time and if i owned the property i would want to know what would make my guests happy!
- Nicholas (8/5): - The property was very convenient. It could have been a little cleaner. There was a nasty stain on the bed ruffle. They come with washer and dryer’s, but the dryer didn’t work and the downstairs sink barely drained. Also the weird shower in the middle of the master bedroom was very odd. The worst part of the whole stay was probably the pushy timeshare people.
- Rebecca (8/5): - Great area to relax and have fun in arcade on property.
