Hotel staff were friendly, and the self check-in and checkout was convenient. Having to bring my own towels to use at the artificial onsen was a bit troublesome. Even just having extra face towels for use would have been nice.

Also the popular restaurants (judging by the patrons inside) were just a minute walk from the hotel. My friends and I (ten of us) were very pleased so there wasnt anythng we dislike. The duty staff at the hotel reception even helped us with the bookings of the restaurants plus walked us there too.

- Yinn (9/5): Really great location! - Location to train and bus station as well as places to eat and buy food. Property was a bit dated and the blinds did not shut out light completely.

- Leanne (10/5): - A good hotel close to lots of restaurants and the bus/ train station.They gave us daily free bus tickets to the ski resort which was about 15 mins away. The Japanese style breakfast was excellent. The onsen was small but perfect temperature.

- Marion (7/5): Friendly people, good breakfast, very uncomfortable pillows, expensive - Good location, close to restaurants and convenience store. Tricky check-in process that took a lot of time.
