• Quintin (1/5): Wouldn’t and couldn’t stay. Remodeling, better staff and a cleaner hotel would be great. - Location I booked a King bedroom online in advance, expecting the room I reserved. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no King rooms were available. To make matters worse, I was handed a key and told to “go check out” a different room myself. When I entered the room, I was appalled—it was in disgusting condition and completely unacceptable. I immediately returned the key and made it clear that I had no intention of checking in under such circumstances. The entire experience was unprofessional and deeply disappointing.

• Carol (3/5): Do not stay here! - Located on the sketchy side of town. Drunk people were talking outside my door at 2 am. No one was working at the front desk, so I called the police. Lastly, the shower curtain was filthy, it clearly had not been replaced and I had to ask for a new one.

Was pretty quiet also. No diet drinks in any of the vending machines or store in office. The tv itself was good. The reception on some channels was bad. It was only a minor inconvenience though

After multiple trips to the front desk and back to the laundry room I had finally had enough. The workers had a lousy attitude and it seemed to inconvenience them if you needed any assistance.

I checked in at a "late night drive up window" I was given a key and after maneuvering through people gathered in groups on the stairs I entered my room and went to bring all my luggage up. It's alot since we traveled from va to house hunt. I finally got situated and went to use the bathroom where I discovered a) toilet doesn't flush..and has urine in it .a bath mat hanging..a USED WASHCLOTH WITH BAR OF SOAP INSIDE IT on bathtub shelf..unmade bed, the TV didn't have remote OR WORK. I left repacked car and drove to turn my key in. I rang the bell and the short-haired younger gentlemen came to windows ( please keep in mind I reserved room on booking. Com. ) I told him the issues..and he said so u don't have a washcloth? I replied no the washcloth has been used and the room wasn't cleaned a ( I arrived at around 1230 pm due to driving from va) I said I am returning key and he said I didn't come immediately to window. And if I HAD COMPLAINED BEFORE 1AM EVEN THOUGH IT WAS 1247 he could do something but now he can't help me. I have ALWAYS USED BOOKING. COM it's been reliable....I honestly don't know if I will use it again especially when I DEPEND ON THEIR STATUS RECOMMENDATIONS...AND I GET THIS WITH NO remedy to the situation... HIGHLY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

The room was fine other than the springs under the mattress that made a very loud noise if you moved the wrong way or got out of that side of the bed. But it was cleaner than some other rooms Ive stayed at.

• Miroslav (2/5): - They had hot water, noisy but working old AC, and ~40 channels of cable TV. That is the best that could be said for this place. No shampoo, no iron for clothes, no hair drier, questionable bed sheets, and I had the feeling that the fridge would almost fly away with the noise that it was making. I was surprised to find working ice machine on the way out. If one absolutely has to stay in this place, make everything possible to get a room that is facing the street. We were initially offered a room in the back, and ouch.

The 2nd room they put us in was ok the fridge wasn’t working but it wasn’t a smoking room which is what I paid for. When they finally put me in the smoking room it wasn’t clean. There was urine on the toilet seat and the sheets was dirty and the floor also. The air wasn’t working properly.

There were people standing outside during the night hanging around. A lot of movement. The TV had no cable and some of the towels had dirt stains. I was uncomfortable here but we could not get a refund as the sign stated up front. We spent 150 on this room. It was late once we had gotten back

• Kimberly (1/5): you should remove this place. It’s dangerous, and if there was a way of warning people, I would. - nothing!! it was a terrifying experience! I paid for the room online through Booking.com, because my flight was changed to the following day. I only needed to be there a few hours, and when I arrived, they wanted me to walk in the middle of the night to an ATM to give them $150 cash deposit for security. eventually he decided to not charge that to me. He said because I look like a senior citizen he would trust me. There were drug dealers, prostitution, fighting, he gave me the very back building at the very end of the location in the dark I had to walk out to the room, it had holes in it it was stained dirty, the sheets and towels were stained. It smelled so bad even by the time I flew home the next day, my bag smelled awful. I would not go in the shower it was stained also. I was literally terrified to even lay down for a little while. Even my Uber driver was afraid of waiting for me as I put my shoes on he commented on the girls screaming running through the parking lot adamant saying, don’t touch me. I do not recommend this place for anyone!! 
• Verified traveler (2/5): Know What You’re Getting Into - Not enough words can express my discontent with this property. Any positive reviews are misleading. Pretty sure there was illegal activity going on behind the facility. We booked for two nights and didn’t even stay. We tried to get a refund but this property offers no refunds under any circumstances. I was happier getting out of that property and into a different hotel than getting refund. Please know what you’re getting into before booking or checking into this hotel. When I called to get a refund, the manager hung up on me. When I went to the front desk, the manager was nowhere to be found. Please know what you’re getting into before staying at this “hotel”. The room also had a broken lock, broken toilet, broken drawer. Honestly needs to be demolished at this point.

• austintR4124UG (2/5): Someone probably got murdered here - This was the worst motel I’ve been too. The toilets had strains of feces from the previous person. The bed sheets had blood and holes in them. They didn’t have a door chain either for the door. Definitely did not feel safe what so ever. Also they had mold in the vents and mildew in the shower. Plus there was no trash can, but seems like the workers already treat the room as a trashcan it self.

No chair for the desk, no shampoos, etc; one small bar of soap. No coffeepot, ice buckets, nothing. Had to call front desk due to the load music at 10:30pm. Not in a good neighborhood. Booked two nights, didn't stay for the 2nd night. Owners would not give refund.
• christine (2/5): Rough area, doesn't feel safe - In the first 5 minutes they were checking a boy's pockets to see if he stole anything and making us sign a waiver that will pay $1000 if anything isn't there in the morning. It's old and rundown. They are trying to make it look nice, but the area they are in and the old worn rooms make it hard to do. Looked like sketchy activity in the back of the hotel. We didn't stay the night, we just left and lost our money as they don't do refunds. Was not what we were expecting.
