Connie (6/5): - property was as advertised. We were very disappointed that Expedia did not disclose that this was a timeshare setup and that we would be pressured to attend a 2 hour presentation. We eventually just said a firm "no way" and refused to attend. Branson has many places like this one that promise half price tickets to various shows in exchange for sitting thru a timeshare presentation. Otherwise everything was OK.
Samantha (4/5): Time share trap - First the reservation was t found in their system. But after you get checked in you have to go listen to a time share just to get your parking pass and of course they want money to hold your spot for time share speech and their really pushy
Rhonda (10/5): - This is the second time I have stayed at the surrey. Once with my husband and another couple and this time with the girls from my Bible study. And will probably stay there again. It is conveniently located. We can get to the shows and restaurants with out any trouble. The resort is clean and the service is wonderful.

Cara (10/5): - We enjoyed this property. It was quiet and easy access to nearby attractions. The parking was easy. Check in closes at 7pm but there was a security guard on duty that checked us in at 10pm and he was super helpful. The only thing I would add would be more washcloths (plenty of towels in room) and another blanket or 2 if you are planning to use the sofa bed.

Tammy (6/5): Nice size but DIRTY - Our 2B2B unit was nice in size but lacked cleanliness. One of the beds had a huge stain on the mattress that was discovered because the sheets were wet when we arrived. The floor in our kitchen area did not look like it had been mopped in months…only swept… and there was not a mop I the unit so we could clean it ourselves. The carpet had not been vacuumed either but rather kept “clean” with a roller sweeper. It left black residue on the bottom of our socks & shoes. Gross!

Christine (4/5): Family Break - The attempts at check-in to get guests to join the "tour" are not welcome. I had to go thru questions with a salesperson just to get my parking pass. That is not acceptable. Plus she was rude. My room was great except for the non-working shower and the running toilet. Seems to be more geared towards retirees that families with younger children.
Tara (10/5): - We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is well kept and everyone was very pleasant and our unit was very clean and most important of all we slept well…the mattress was perfect!
Keri (10/5): Fantastic AMENITIES - Property was very clean & spacious. The condo that we resides in looked as if it was BRAND-NEW. There is also an indoor & outdoor POOL & that was the main reason we chose this specific condo, it was supposed to be storming the entire time & very, very few facilities had both an indoor & outdoor pool.

Allison (6/5): Meh - The resort could definitely use an update. Pool and spa look rough and so do the grounds. Room wasn’t very clean and the pull out couch wasn’t comfortable enough to sleep on. The mattress was so thin, the floor was a better option. The location is good and having a kitchen is also nice, but this is definitely not fancy by any means.

Rachel (4/5): - We did not have hot water to take showers at 10:15pm. After a long day at Silver Dollar City and a visit to the hot tub, that did not make for a good night. The hot tub wasn't hot. Property was clean. Rooms need updated. Staff was friendly. Someone called about a timeshare during the standup on the train at Silver Dollar City and wouldn't let me go. I didn't think that was ok to call when I didn't sign up for anything.

paula (10/5): Helpful front desk - We got to our room and ended up having just a 2 bedroom room when we booked a 3 bedroom room. We went back to the check-in and they got us switched over to a new 3 bedroom area quick and easy. They were super helpful and friendly.

Kelli (10/5): - This place was very nice and convenient. It had everything that we needed for our stay. We do not normally stay in a condo when we travel because I do not want to cook and clean while on vacation. Although we didnt cook while there, we did bring some food that we heated up and ate there. This helped save some money!! Check in was easy and although they did try to get us to do a time share presentation, he wasn't pushy when we said no. The location was convenient to restaurants and shows. The rooms were clean and very well maintained! Beds could have been a little more comfortable but weren't horrible. They had sunken spots in the middle that we rolled into. OverLl would definitely stay here again!
Trish (6/5): - Rooms small even for a condo. First room we checked in to had a broken bed frame on the pull out couch. We specifically asked that the room have a working pull out couch as we had kids with us. It was after 7 and when we called the front desk they said maintenance would need to come look at it before they could move us. Had to wait with the kids while maintenance came in and said “I can’t fix that. She will have to move you” we then had to wait to be moved. These created an unnecessary wait time with the kids as it was already late and we had already asked to be moved. Also took forever to get the parking pass. I stated “I just want my parking pass” and still continued to get a timeshare sales pitch.

I loved having a kitchenette, so that our eating out expense was much less and the choice of an indoor or outdoor pool meant alot to me. The balcony was nice and the unit was plenty big for the three of us. The location was great too. I would stay here again for sure!

Hot tubs aren’t maintained , outside hot tub jets barely worked. Mattresses on beds are worn out. Furniture is breaking down in the room. Had to be pitched for time share to get parking pass, that’s bad business.

Unfortunately the room was extremely dirty. Dirty bathroom with hair everywhere and dirty oven and refrigerator. There was also a huge stain on the couch. The shower and jacuzzi was so dirty couldn’t be used. I had to be switched from one room to another and the second room was dirty as well.

Verified traveler (2/5): - This is by far the WORST place we have ever stayed in branson. The furniture is DISGUSTING! Stained so bad you feel gross if you sit on it. The room smelled like dirty diapers. The curtains look like someone peed on them. And the worst part...our bed kept leaning to one side so I looked under it and the entire thing was broke. One side was propped up with pillows..a coke bottle and a cardboard box. The bolts were on the floor and all the legs are on the floor. Theres food and trash and phone chargers under there from previous guests so the property had to know the bed was broke otherwise they should have been cleaning under it. The couch bed had springs coming through so we had to buy an air bed for our kids to sleep on. I called the front desk with little response or care. I had to call my card services to get them to contact the property and was offered my money back for one night. I will NEVER stay here again! BEWARE!

Darin (10/5): Our Place To Stay In Branson! - The Carriage Place proved once again to be a great place to stay! We traveled with a total of 6-2 families of 3. Close to the Strip but far enough away to avoid the noise. Our 2 bedroom condo was super clean, and was a great place to relax when not out enjoying Branson. The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Customer service was superb from the time we arrived until we left. We will definitely be staying at the Carriage Place again.
