Номера комфортные, кровати удобные, постельное белье чистое и аккуратное. Отдельно хочется отметить, что для большой группы размещение прошло в целом нормально, однако при заселении возникли организационные проблемы, несмотря на то, что список гостей и вся необходимая информация были отправлены заранее. Хотелось бы, чтобы администрация уделяла больше внимания подготовке к заезду больших групп. В остальном проживание было комфортным, персонал старался помочь, и поездка оставила положительное впечатление. Работу администратора или портье при заселении гостей, особенно больших групп. Несмотря на то, что список гостей и вся необходимая информация были отправлены заранее, при заезде возникли некоторые организационные сложности, было потрачено время на заселение минимум на час дольше, чем должно было быть.

The cleanliness was only superficial, while the staff were not good at all — they showed no consideration or understanding. Frühstück war sehr dürftig, keine ausreichenden Tassen, Personal komplett unterbesetzt und dadurch überfordert.Der Zimmerservice war bereits um 7:00 Uhr mit diversen Aktivitäten am Start. Wir wohnte im 2. Stock. Es war extrem laut und die Nachtruhe war vorbei.

• Csilla (6/5): Kellemes, tiszta, de szűkös és nem hangszigetelt szobák, ami zavaró. Jó reggeli, kedves személyzet. - A reggeli kifogástalan volt, 1 éjszakát töltöttünk ott. A szoba és a szállás is tiszta rendezett. A személyzet szolgálatkész és kedves volt. A szállás jó helyen volt, nekünk ez fontos szempont volt a kiválasztásnál. Ár-érték arányban rendben volt. A szoba szűk sötét volt, de ami roppant zavaró volt az a hangszigetelés hiánya. A folyosóról is minden behallatszott a szomszédból is.

• Paul (5/5): - Someone unlocked our door while we were in our room. Since they had a master key, we assumed it was an employee from the hotel. Our room had already been cleaned, so there was no need for house-keeping to come in. Also, all the house-keeping staff were women and this person was male. The hotel staff insisted that the only male working at the time was not on our floor. We felt extremely unsafe after this event, and the hotel staff did not seem to take it seriously. The wifi was also awful - slow and spotty - but that was nothing compared to random hotel employees opening rooms for no legitimate reason.

Языкового барьера не было. Номер маленький, где-то нужен мелкий ремонт, но нас это не смущало. В номере можно было выпить кофе и чай, для этого было все необходимое. Очень понравилась терраса с видом на маленький прудик с рыбками и черепахами , ребенок был в восторге. Завтрак тоже очень достойный, вкусный и разнообразный. Выселение заявлено до 10, но мы пробыли до 11 и никто не подгонял со сборами. Преимущества перекрыли все мелкие недостатки

The girl at the reception desk was always helpfull and willing to help us everytime we asked!! This girl, Miss Edina was the mirror of the hotel, always polite and smiling so we hadn't any problem of adapting to space. Because of her, we had a lovely stay without any problems! She suggested where we should go to see the must sights! Thank you my dear Edina and hope to see you again! ❤️ Nothing, everything was up to date.

A parkolás nincs benne az árban, az utcán lehet parkolni amennyiben találsz helyet, illetve van lehetőség a recepción kártyát kérni amivel a közeli parkolóházban lehet parkolni. (15 €/nap ) árban korrekt!

• mazen (4/5): - L'emplacement, la propreté The cleaning staff is dishonest; there's a thief among the employees: When I returned to the hotel on Thursday night after sightseeing in the city, I discovered that my personal bidet hose was missing from the bathroom. This is a portable item I travel with for personal and medical reasons, as I have a health condition that requires me to use it regularly. When I spoke to the receptionist, he first said that he would contact the manager. Later, he explained that unscrewing or using the shower handle in this way could cause the rubber gasket to fall out. I told him that he seemed more concerned about a gasket worth only a few cents, while I was talking about a personal item worth 32 euros that had completely disappeared. I also explained that I am very careful with this, as I use the same type of hose at home and always make sure the gasket stays securely in place. A few hours later, the same receptionist softened his position and suggested that perhaps the cleaning staff assumed the hose did not belong to me or to the hotel and removed it by mistake. However, removing a guest’s personal belongings without asking is completely unacceptable. At the very least, such an item should have been brought to reception and reported. The following morning, another staff member repeated similar explanations and showed me a photo supposedly proving that the hose had been on the bathroom floor after cleaning. But a photo proves nothing — the item could easily have been removed afterward. I was the one who requested that staff come upstairs and search the room with me, and I allowed them to check freely and thoroughly. They searched carefully and found nothing. I explained clearly that if the item was not in the room, not in my luggage, and not with me, then it had obviously disappeared during my stay. I had no reason to invent such a situation. I came here to enjoy my trip, not to create unnecessary problems.

• Zsuzsa (10/5): Perfect stay in Budapest - We liked the size of the room, the comfortable bed, the cleanness of the room and especially the staff at the reception. We could leave all our baggages for the whole day and got free bottles water as we arrived back late afternoon. The location is great. The room was silent, we had a good sleep. The hotel is total safety. The check in and the check out took only a minute, so fast. There was no any issue during our stay, it was so easy to stay there.
