A small kitchenette with necessary kitchen wares was available for in house cooking. My room was at 4th Floor. WiFi signals were weak. Aldo the house keeping didn’t change used towels and put the same in washroom.
• Rios (4/5): Honestly, very disappointed considering how everything was displayed in the images at booking. - The breakfast was delicious; the staff even taught me how to prepare the Turkish tea they had there. The decor of the place was beautiful and very rustic. The staff from the morning shift were very kind and had great customer service skills. They were also able to accommodate the fact we needed to leave early. The location was a bit concerning at night. Our taxi driver had no idea where it was located; it was a narrow dark street with groups of people just hanging out (it was around 11:30pm when we arrived). The staff member that received us wasn't the most welcoming, and our room was in the basement, literally in the basement, next to the where the kitchen was. So, around 6am we started to hear the clanging of things and talking really loudly outside our door. The bathroom shower heads, faucet and soap dispenser looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while, as was the toilet. It definitely triggered the claustrophobia, especially since the window opened up to a tiled wall with closed off ceiling.

• Sesili (10/5): A warm, comfortable winter stay in a perfectly located, well-equipped, cozy apartment - The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent location on a safe street, surrounded by convenient restaurants. The apartment-style suite was exceptionally cozy for a winter stay, featuring underfloor heating, strong insulation in the bedroom, a reliable heating system, spotless bathrooms, and extremely comfortable mattresses. There was absolutely nothing that negatively impacted our stay. The Wi-Fi connection could have been stronger at times, but it remained functional and did not cause any major inconvenience, as I was not traveling for work.

• Shreya (8/5): A good functional hotel at a good location for a decent price - The location was good, close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The room and bathroom were decent: clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread was good, with a variety of dishes, eggs on order, and good coffee. Though we didn't use it, our room came with a small kitchenette. Our room has a balcony but didn't have much of a view. One saw just saw the rears of other buildings. The breakfast area, though clean, was a bit cramped and just functional. Also, I made the mistake of booking the room accidentally for one person even though we were two. Because of this, I had to pay €10 extra at check-in. But none of these were deal breakers. I would stay here again.

• Miriham (5/5): Just Adequate - The location is central The staff is helpful The area is safe I would not recommend unless you are on a strict low budget trip and need somewhere clean and close to city center. I would give it a 2 stars. 1. The toilet has no hangers for your clothes or the towels. 2. The whole “suite” has a tiny bin in the bathroom though emptied daily was not enough! 3. You are only given ONE key for the room which was an issue as I was staying with a friend and we had different plans 4. The lights are very dim there is only one mirror not even a full length one in the hallway , you can’t really use it to comb your hair or apply make up 5. The roof suite the bedroom ceiling is very low, not ideal for someone claustrophobic 6. The suite was on what I say is 3rd floor with no lifts though the staff do help witn suitcases

• Timothy (10/5): - This was probably one of the best hotels if you want to stay in Taxim. As soon as you get out of the metro station it’s a short walk to the hotel no taxi needed. The metro runs from the airport to this metro hub Taxim and made it very convenient for my travels. The rooms are nice and I don’t know if all rooms have them but my room had a stove so I could cook meals to save money on some days. A very nice hotel.

The metro and bus route is so conveniently located, I got around so easily. The rooms were spacious and even provided amenities to store and warm my food. I can’t wait to be back!

• Stroja (9/5): Чудесный отель Ар-нуво на Таксиме - Отель и местоположение мне напомнили Монмартр. Улица вечером шумная, но в комнате было тихо. Пешая доступность автобуса в аэропорт, интерьер эпохи Ар-нуво с чертами современности, лифт, что важно для Стамбула, чистота и вкусный завтрак. Я буду иметь ввиду этот милый отель для своих следующих поездок. Это не претензия к отелю, но площадь Таксим была перекрыта из-за протестов, что внесло неприятные коррективы в мою поездку. Однако если менеджер отеля Мурад не предупредил бы меня о закрытии метро и перекрытой площади, ситуация была бы ещё хуже. Так что, спасибо ему!

• Khava (9/5): - I've had a really nice stay at this hotel. It's centrally located, very clean, helpful staff. My room was on the basement floor, and it had a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher to my surprise :) I stayed on the basement floor, which was ok for a couple of nights, but could be depressing for a longer stay, as there are no windows in the room. Also it can be a bit noisy to sleep if you don't have your earplugs - there seems to be a waterpump in the basement that occasionally turns on and off, the cleaning staff comes in early and the laundry room is also in the basement. But none of that bothered me as I had my earplugs on me and was very tired after previous flights.
• VICTOIRE TAMASINE (10/5): Had a wonderful stay, great location and everything you would need for a short stay in Istanbul - Clean and had everything you needed Street was a great location but not the best!
• Arkadiusz (10/5): Great stay! - One of our absolute favourite hotels! This was our third stay at Villa Pera Suite Hotel and we feel that each time our stay has been even more enjoyable! Great, fully equipped and clean room. Excellent location. Tasty and filling breakfasts. Very friendly and helpful staff! We will definitely be back!!!

• MirkoM. (10/5): Bella ed conomica - La posizione della struttura a due passi da piazza Taksim. La disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, Murad, uno dei receptionist, in particolar modo ci ha reso la vacanza tranquilla e ci ha organizzato il ritorno in aeroporto. La struttura è grande ed è divisa in due edifici. Nella parte dove eravamo noi non c'era l'ascensore, invece nella struttura centrale dove c'è la reception l'ascensore c'è. Poco male, si può fare a meno.

One of the AC smelled very bad The shower door could not seal so water was leaking The hotel is in a weird place difficult to access for some older taxis. It's not a bad place for the price but the rating is misleading.

The breakfast was wonderful and the front desk reception was very kind and helpful when showing us where to visit, recommendations, and overall lay of Istanbul. Hotel was safe as well. Overall, would highly recommend!

• Eric (10/5): - Taksim is a busy noisy area but this hotel is tucked down a very quiet street and I wouldn't have known (I did have a room at the back mind you). Non-smoking property and super clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is light and just enough to get you up and going in the morning. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again for this price point.

• Hasan (4/5): - Overall, the experience was poor. The hotel is next to a busy and loud street and it got very noisy at nights. The blinds had gaps and there was plenty of street light getting into the room at nights again. The room was relatively small and the bed was uncomfortable. Only good thing was its distance to Taksim Square, which made the travelling easy.

Murat is an endless source of ideas and can advise on the best things to do in Istanbul. The location of the hotel is ideal as is 5 mins from the bustling Taksim Square, while being situated on a quiet street. Looking forward already to the next stay!
• James (10/5): - The hotel is very nice and our room was more like a small apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area is near Taksim Square, but beware of the hills if you have mobility issues. Overall, a great place to stay at a reasonable price.

• Bianca (5/5): The shower drain was clogged and the floor would quickly fill up with water to our ankles. It was gross and unpleasant s - Close to everything We booked the penthouse suite. It was advertised as having two balcony’s which was the reason we booked it. However, when we arrived our room only had one and you couldn’t really see anything from the “balcony”. The hotel staff said the room pictured on booking.com was for another penthouse suite. I think they should make that more clear when visitors are booking here. For the price we paid, we could’ve stayed at a nicer hotel.
