• Mizuyaki (7/5): Hotel near attractions! - We stayed at the residence side, and we were allowed to use the hotel facilities (Pool, Gym, Breakfast Buffet) The location is beautiful, right next to the Mall, and the Mall has a lot to explore! The staff were amazing and very responsive to any problems that occurred. Maybe I just lucked out, but the room they booked us in was on the first floor, so no view of anything particular. The gym and pool of the residence side was okay. Not the best but passable. The room itself looked really old. And the pillows were rock solid.

I didn't expect such a great accommodation experience in Serpong but it really made my stay memorable. It was a work trip but felt more like a holiday. The staff were friendly and the WIFI was great. I really loved the food! The breakfast buffet was the best I had in Indonesia. It had both a western and Indonesian buffet. Even room service food was wonderful. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and large, the bathroom was fantastic! It was large and clean and had a lovely shower with soft water and a large vanity. The location was great too being close to the Summercon shopping Mall and some prime business hubs. Nothing. I really could not fault this hotel even if I tried.

Good value The swimming pool has a thick plastic liner , which as buckled and rippled. In places it has ripped. It’s not very pleasing and doesn’t match the image of a good hotel. The inky other thing is that on busy weekends , the breakfast area gets busy and there isn’t enough room to accommodate everyone. So at Times one is forced to share a table with strangers. This is only on the weekends.

Het is een appartement met twee slaapkamers en een koelkast wat eigenlijk ideaal ia als je met kinderen reist Ik ben hier 10 jaar eerder hier geweest en het zwembad zag er niet echt onderhouden uit. Het was schoon maar de folie liet los.
• Ida S. (8/5): Pleasant stay for small family. It is nearby mall where you can find almost anything. - The location is nearby the mall so it is convenient to do some shopping or get some food. The room is spacious enough for small family. With a small living room, you also have space to eat together and open your luggage. The breakfast is also fine with various options. The bathtub can be used only for showering not for real bathing. And if there's an event in the hotel area, it is quite difficult to find a parking place.

• Sandra (9/5): Sehr freundlich und gut für einen Transferaufenthalt in der Nähe des Flughafens - Wir waren nur 1 Nacht zum Transfer dort und kamen völlig übernächtigt nach unserem langen Flug dort an. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und all unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Mall. Für übermüdete Europäer ist aber allein das Überqueren der Straße Nachts nicht mehr so einfach zu schaffen, obwohl wir asienerprobt sind. Am nächsten Tag war es dann ganz easy. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hat über diverse Abnutzungserscheinungen an der Zimmereinrichtung und die laute Party im Nebengebäude hinwegsehen lassen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Den Pool haben wir nur kurz angesehen, aber dann nicht genutzt.
