• Inger (8/5): Super ferie - Vi havde et godt ophold. Vi kørte op i bjergene om dagen. Nød aftnerne på terrassen. Ingen problemer med at sove pga støj, aircon var god og næsten lydløs. Alt ialt et dejligt ophold .

• SARA (10/5): Très beau souvenir de notre séjour ! - Bel emplacement, entre la mer et les commerces, tout peut se faire à pieds. Personnel très sympathique, disponible et serviable.
• Lakhdar (8/5): Juillet 2021 - Séjour agréable, l'emplacement est nickel, un petit manque de propreté du sol, un peu de matériel, serpillière etc aurait été appréciable dans la chambre. ( Même si on est en vacance mais au bout de qqs jours il y a besoin ) Le petit balcon tres agréable pour manger, la clim est très, bien, on entend rien de la rue, pas de bruit Je tiens à souligner l'accueil et la disponibilité du monsieur, sa courtoisie qui a été très appréciable, et au départ aussi 👍

• Lena (8/5): Prisvärt - Incheckning stängd vid ankomst 17.50 skulle stängs 18.00. Inget svar på kontorets nummer. Efter samtal till hotels.com anlände en vänlig man 18.45. Allt gick trots allt smidigt. Studion var enkelt inredd men med allt man behöver för en natt. Tyst trots livlig trafik pga dubbla fönster. Prisvärt.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Wonderful location 2 blocks from the sea anf walking distance to the train station. We loved eating breakfast on the balcony! Cagnes sur Mer is a great base to discover Nice, Monaco, St Paul de Vence and even Cannes. The owners are so easy to communicate with and go the extra mile-- they even mailed us a watch that we had left behind, to the United States. Merci!! Very comfortable beds, and very hot showers. Great value for the price!!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Bequeme Nähe zum Meer - Nähe zum Meer ist ideal, auch zu den Restaurants. Aber die Unterkunft ist zu direkt an der Strasse, nur mit Grünzaun vom Trottoir getrennt. Sofa ist umständlich in Bett umzuwandeln.

• lampenputzer (6/5): blendende aussicht, aber diese potenzäffchen.. - atemberaubend der blick aufs meer und die rennbahn, wären da nicht diese juvenilen(?) zweiradjockeys...der normale strassen-verkehrs-lärm verrauscht in sich,oft sogar beruhigend, gegen aufgemotzte drahtesel versagt aber sogar die doppel-fenster -schalldämmung, die studiotel zwischen zimmer u.balkon hatbauen lassen, LÄRM ist also das problem dieses wunderbaren kleinen motels,wer starke nerven hat:hier ist sein paradies- arg geräumig ists zimmer ja nicht und die dusche ist eher japan.touris angepasst, weniger german. hühnen, dafür ist die matratze selbst für diese genügend hart-elastisch , weniger erbaut bin ich immer wieder( auch in erst -klasse -herbergen üblich in france),, von der gummi- einlage: zwische betttuch und matratze. klar, die meisten touris sind oft inkontinent ( zuviel rouge intus), dass usw usw-!! schluss mäkelei. das studiotel ist im ganzen super und für den preis absolut einmalig. und es garantiert: diesen jahrhundertblick!- das gebäude ist so schmal, dass es keine zimmer hinten raus gibt.- jeder gast guckt via balkon ins unendliche - wo gibts das noch an der cote azur-für diesen preis....obs im sommer im zimmer zu heiss wird?, kann sein, keine klimaanlage, wohl aber weht jaimmer eine bescheidene brise vom meer- notfalls rettet ein weinchen die stimmung, muss ja kein rouge sein ( s.o.wg. der matratze,pardon, ich denke an vermieter)-übergang:einkäufe,nicht im spar gegenüber, das neue carrefour ist vielfältiger-billiger,-kl.küche noch ok.
• Herman (6/5): One week in Studiotel - On Sundays is the staaf not present and not easy to connect with. Double doors to the balcony reduce the traffic noise. .After 24.00h you can open the window. Minimal comfort in the room. Nevertheless: a good price/comfort ratio.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Il nostro appartamento era sul piano della strada. - Abbiamo dormito su due divani letto, la cui fodera era unta di macchie di sporco. Anche tutto il resto (angolo cottura, bagno e veranda) sporchi. Per preparare da mangiare ho dovuto rilavare tutto. Compreso il forno a microonde. Mancava anche il phon, che però mi hanno dato (sotto mia richiesta) alla reception. Non si trova a Nizza ma a Cagnes sur Mer. i mezzi ci sono ma non passano. Insomma uno schifo.
• pomponette (8/5): Studio hôtel agréable à proche commerces et plage. - Studio hôtel agréable avec balcon. Vue sur le parc verdoyant de hippodromes et à proximité de la rue commerçante ainsi que de la plage. Le personnel est disponible. Stationnement facile devant l'hôtel et gratuit.

• VOLODYMYR (10/5): Хорошее соотношение цены и качества - Очень хорошее расположение,до пляжа 2 минуты пешком.Рядом с отелем много ресторанов и кафе,недалеко супермаркет.Номера чистые и просторные с балкона видно ипподром и море.В пешей доступности железнодорожная станция,оттуда можно съездить в Ницу,Монако,Канны
• Sylvain (8/5): Bon séjour dans l'ensemble. - Studio très correct mais pas parfait. Le boulevard est très passant en journée, et le balcon, agréable malgré tout par la vue, donne dessus. Heureusement, la nuit c'est calme et le vitrage isole bien. L'équipement est convenable mais ne pensez pas faire de la grande cuisine, il manque des outils utiles comme une économe par exemple. La salle de bain est un peu petite et mal pensée pour les ouvertures. Propriétaires sympathiques mais peu présents (surtout à notre arrivée, un seul contact par téléphone, sommaire).
• Liz (4/5): Nice hotel on website not in real life! - Maybe I was just very tired but I was very dissapointed when I entered the lobby - no help, also when booking out - no one to be seen. The room and view was ok but the area/location and surroundings was too shady for me. Did not stay second night but at least they did ot charged me even though they have a non refundable policy.
• Michael (10/5): Très bien - Très bien, belle vue sur mer. Parking en face. Chambre spacieuse. Linge de toilette fourni. N'hésitez pas à demander un sèche cheveux à l'accueil.

Comodo al mare e davanti sll'ippodromo, sotto c'è un bar che ha croissant fantastici e anche d'inverno puoi fare colazione al sole sul terrazzo della camera. Il letto matrimoniale forse e' un po' stretto , il bagno ha una bella doccia comoda. Che volere di più ad un prezzo così buono? Personale molto gentile.

La seule couverture disponible ne suffisait pas donc froid la nuit. Petit problème de bruit aussi, le studio étant mal insonorisé. Bas de la porte d'entrée béant laissant passer bruit et vent. Bien situé, proche de la mer.

• André (8/5): Tout à proximité - Très bon emplacement pour des personnes sans véhicule. Studio sur un boulevard très passager donc assez bruyant les fenêtres ouvertes. Commerces, plage, restaurant et location de vélos à 2 pas du studio. L'ensemble est correct pour le prix et l'emplacement. L'entrée de la douche est un peu juste pour des personnes fortes. L'accueil est très sympathique. Le parking sur le boulevard est facile hors saison et peu cher pour une station balnéaire.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Mini-appart accueillant - L'appart'hotel 2 personnes est un grand studio bien pensé et agréable à vivre. Plage juste à côté. Gestionnaire arrangeant et qui renseigne bien.
• Søren L. Madsen (10/5): Value for money - Hotellet holder en god standard, indeholder hvad man skal bruge (the-køkken med komfur, elkeddel, kaffemaskine, div. andre køkkenting). Beliggenheden er god i forhold til strand og indkøb og det er let at tage offentlig transport til Nice, Monaco osv. Eneste obs. er parkering. Det kan være lidt besværligt, men primært natten til fredag, da der er marked overfor hotellet fredag morgen (i sommerperioden) og politiet derfor rydder parkeringspladerne til det formål i løbet af natten. Ellers er parkeringsmulighederne ok. Venligt personale der dog taler sparsomt engelsk.

• Yvonne (8/5): Utmärkt läge - Fin utsikt med havsglimt. Dubbla glasdörrar till balkongen gjorde att trafiken inte hördes alls, sen när man skulle sova. Något hårda sängar, men så är det ju ofta söderut. De bäddar ju direkt på resårmadrassen!

• John (6/5): Basic room but close to the beach. - Great lady on reception who spoke English well enough. Room was pretty basic and all a bit old- hob, fridge, table and bed. No essentials supplied like toilet roll or washing up liquid but their were clean towels. The road outside was quite noisey with the doors open but close them up and it was virtually silent and I slept fine. Beach was literally 5 mins walk which was great and plenty of restaurants nearby to pick from. I had no problems whilst staying here, it is old and basic though and at not that cheap a price. I had a good time away though.
