Geraldine Angela (9/5): See Downtown Dallas Sites within walking distance! - The hotel is close to many important places to see in Dallas. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The view was divine and breakfast was delicious! Two nights stay equals a charge of an additional $74.00 in parking fees.

Emir (5/5): - The facilities where aesthetically pleasing. The hall ways were well maintained. The location was near quite a few attractions and restaurants. I'm thankful for the assistance from the front desk attendant with finding a nice steakhouse and the 10 percent discount coupon for the steakhouse. The list of available attractions was great assistance for people that are not familiar with the downtown area. Thankful for the complimentary water bottles during check in. Thankful for the security personnel. Paying for parking; lack of information about the parking garage setup; not being informed of the one type of garage traffic; only one access point for entering the hotel was inconvenient; the sheer number of homeless people walking near the entrances was concerning/presented a safety issue (if the city is going to displace the homeless, they should create a place for them, because the homeless are still people that deserve a place); and my hot water was not working properly (I have take enough cold showers fight for the US, so why should I have to pay to take a cold shower?).
Amber (8/5): Overall satisfactory just not superb. - It’s a beautiful property that is clean and well maintained. Armed guards who were attentive and friendly made it feel very safe. Our TV was not hooked up properly and even though they tried to fix it someone logged onto it in the middle of us watching a movie. The breakfast was very bland and tasteless. The room never really got cool and we had to leave the fan on constantly to stay tolerable and the fan was very loud.

DUANEM9 (8/5): A Little Pricey but Nice and Great Location - The location was great and the hotel was nice. The employees were very nice. I was charged double for parking but they ended fixing it in the end. Valet was kind of expensive.

I was on hold 20+ minutes when I needed to speak to someone on the phone before arrival. The room was tightly squeezed. Getting a luggage cart in and out was quite a task.

Snídaně ve stylu švédských stolů, výběr každý den den podobný jak slané tak sladké, každý si přijde na své. Jednoduché ochlazení místnosti, ale její ohřátí je horší.

hililyho (2/5): Run! DO NOT STAY HERE! Cockroaches are in the room! - DO NOT stay here. This hotel is located in the GHETTOOOOOOOO downtown Dallas and has cockroaches in the room. View photo and video for proof. Each year, this place somehow manages to redefine the term “ghetto fabulous.” Unfortunately this is the hotel I stayed at to work state fair of Texas. Did not stay here by choice. Let’s start with the half naked man I witnessed behind the hotel—bent over, mid–personal hygiene routine, as if the alleyway were his private ensuite. That set the tone for the week. Day one, I find a cockroach in my bathroom—after I’d Lysol-wiped the entire room beforehand like a crime scene cleaner. Turns out, I wasn’t special; several teammates had unexpected six-legged roommates of their own. When I told the front desk agent, she laughed and informed me that I was probably the 7th person who has complained about this as well. In 2025, with AI facial recognition and digital locks, that kind of mix-up feels like an inside job. The one time I decided to go to the public 3rd-floor bathroom, they had no soap or running water (which really tied the whole “authentic survival experience” together). Housekeeping seems to operate on a minimalist philosophy—they make your bed, empty the trash, and call it a day. Toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher pods? You’ll need to request those like luxury amenities. If you know someone is staying 26 days, wouldn’t it be common sense to at least leave 10 dish washing detergent packets in the room. The gym had zero sanitizing wipes (just germ vibes), and the breakfast buffet? Let’s just say it would make a prison cafeteria look Michelin-starred. Those who rave about it are either saints of optimism or just really love free food, no matter the cost to their dignity. The safety situation at this hotel is deeply concerning. There’s a constant presence of homeless individuals lingering around the property to the point where one entire side of the hotel doors has to remain permanently locked. Guests can’t enter or exit freely without feeling uneasy, as people are often sleeping directly outside the entrance and in the back of the building. It creates an unsafe, uncomfortable atmosphere that makes returning to the hotel after dark genuinely unsettling. The only thing great about this hotel was my favorite front desk agent : Moncia. She was always so warm, friendly and made me laugh every time I chatted with her.

Leah (10/5): - I had to go inyo the hospital on a couple of occasions and my room was left in horrific conditions by me, and not only was i welcomed back on a few occassions but i was checked on while i was in the hospital and also when my reservation was up they stored my property for me. My only complaint was alot of my property was missing, it was nothing compaired to the compassion that was shown to me.

darcyh695 (2/5): Disappointing - My experience was one of the worst in this place, except in the rooms, everything was very clean and nice, I can't believe there are people as unpleasant as the kitchen staff (Martha). I went to breakfast and she came to greet me and introduced herself as a cook and demanded a tip and demanded that I mention her in my review of this place, I felt like vomiting when I saw her hands, she doesn't wear gloves and that's how she touches the food, how disgusting!! Her nails are black and full of dirt!!! Her shirt was dirty, it seems like she was walking, apart from her bad appearance, she began to speak badly of her general manager saying that her manager abuses her workers at work and that they should bring in another manager, I can't believe there are despots who speak badly of their manager, the hand that feeds them....

Hugo (4/5): Não repetiria a hospedagem. Achei caro para o contexto geral. - Achei a arquitetura e a decoração do quarto de primeira. O ar condicionado funcionava muito bem. O wi-fi esteve perfeito. O café da manhã esteve honesto. Havia uma barata dentro da geladeira e o sistema de iluminação do quarto apresentou defeito: os interruptores não comandavam as lâmpadas, me obrigando a operá-las pelo quadro elétrico - que era bastante confuso e não me permitiu mais acender as luzes. O entorno do hotel, no fim de semana, tem muita gente mal-encarada.

The security guards aren’t maintaining a vigil around the entrance B to the location. An SUV was parked blocking the entrance to the hotel when we returned from our event.
