• Verified traveler (10/5): Overnighter in Lugo - The room was very spacious and for convenience there is a great café run by the same staff on the ground floor. All was good from the bed to the bath (shower). Centrally located and easy walk to the old city.

Beds were a bit hard. Has a cafeteria next to it nicely decorated and with good food and prices. Underground parking was available. Easy walk to old town and Lugo's marvelous roman walls.

• Rick (10/5): Convenient place to explore Lugo - Hostal Brios was welcoming, comfortable, affordable and close to everything that I wanted to see. It is an easy walk to the beautiful walled city. I had a rental car and was worried about where I would park it, I did find street parking within a block of the Hostal and that was fine... no parking meters or time limits it seems (as the car was still there two days later).

• andré (8/5): une halte agréable - LUGO est une ville agréable et paisible où il fait bon flaner. L'hôtel est à 10 mn à pied du centre ce qui permet d'éviter de prendre le véhicule.

Ottimo anche il loro ristorante!!!!! infatti abbiamo cenato, fatto colazione aperitivo. Tutto molto molto soddisfacente per tutti gli otto ospiti con cui ho viaggiato e usufruito della struttura.

• Jose Maria (8/5): Muy cuco - El chico que nos atendió era un sol. Sabiendo que se trata de un hostal, y no de un hotel, es un buen lugar para quedarse. Debajo tienen la cafetería en la que se come o se desayuna muy bien y a un precio muy razonable. La mampara de la ducha puede resultar algo pequeña, y les recomendaría que pusieran un burlete o similar en las puertas de las habitaciones para amortiguar un poco el ruido que hacen al cerrar, que se oye bastante.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Cercanía y comodidad en todos los sentidos - Perfecto lugar para alojarse. Las decoración era muy vistosa y agradable. El trato con la clientela muy correcto y educado. Su localización es buena, de unos 5 minutos andando para llegar al casco histórico y buena para moverse por Lugo. No hay problemas en cuanto al aparcamiento (por lo menos durante el mes de julio). Camas cómodas y se encuentra en una zona donde no hay mucho ruido, se descansa de maravilla. Volvería sin ninguna duda
• Beatriz (10/5): Muy bien - Todo muy bien. Habitación y baño de muy buen tamaño, limpieza excelente y trato fabuloso. Los dibujos de las paredes son muy simpáticos y se nota que le han puesto mucho cuidado al estilo. La tele de pantalla plana y muy nueva. Insisten mucho en que no se fume en las habitaciones y eso se agradece. La cervecería que hay debajo tiene muy buenos precios y se come de lujo. Podría mejorar en algunos aspectos menores, como en una mejor insonorización, aunque la zona es muy tranquila y se duerme bien. Si tuviera nevera y suelo de madera ya sería pluscuamperfecta, pero por el precio que pagamos está muy muy bien. Si vuelvo a Lugo repetiré.
• Linar (10/5): No doubts, recommended! - I stayed in Hostal Brios for a week. I can say only positive moments. Stuff and owner really did their best to make my stay comfortable. Excellent service, polite, helpful. Restaurant is quite recommended as well. Good portion sizes and tasty food. Hotel is located just between university and city centre, what in my case was the best solution. 24 hours shop on the corner. Next time I will be in Lugo I will definetely stay in Hostal Brios.
