• Maya (1/5): Would not recommend misinformation was given not clean at all definitely not value for money communication not easy to g - Only good thing was the location I didn’t like the fact that the house keeping was poor walked in crumbs over the floor and couch hair in the bathroom. Also there for two nights and towels were not replaced absolutely disgusting. Seen no staff or cleaners for the few days we were there. We got locked out of our apartment and hour before check out. Our luggage got locked in there we went to reception thinking that it would be open as it says on information given on arrival and on the front door open 7 days 9am to 5pm. Well it certainly was not we called the after hours line and it went straight to voice mail. Lucky enough for us after and 1 and half hours of standing out the front waiting one of the neighbours came out and was able to give us a number of a manger. After calling and going straight to voice mail again I sent a very unhappy message and instantly got a phone calling kissing ass and saying someone was on there way to let us in.

And our son had lock his bedroom door from the inside and lock everyone out and we could not access the room to put him to bed we tried reception on the Saturday morning understandable it was Anzac Day so no staff we let him sleep on the couch that night hoping to talk to someone Sunday morning to find no staff on and after hours phone number no one would answer the out room keys deactivated before 9am and we couldn’t get back into our room. Lucky my wife was still in side and I could ring her to let me in.

• Dannielle (5/5): - It was close to where we needed to be and it was only across the road from coles and kmart. When you get there you have to pay a $200 deposit on top of the room charge and they said it could take up to 30days to be returned back to your account it isn't an instant refund when you check out. There is a list of extra charges given to you when you check in if you don't do this and that. You have to remove all your own rubbish after your stay including the sanitary bin and keep the room spotless or there is extra charges which is difficult if you have children. The mattress is had was very firm and you could feel the springs. The walls also had massive cracks.

• Matt (6/5): Overall, while the location is a strong asset, there are several areas, particularly around cleanliness, maintenance, se - The hotel’s location was excellent, being very central and convenient. The facilities were also generally in line with the price point. Unfortunately, the positives largely ended there. The late check in process was unclear and somewhat stressful, particularly with the added fee required to arrange late check in within 48 hours of arrival. Combined with multiple additional charges listed, this created uncertainty about whether I would be charged more than expected. The presence of credit card surcharges, along with the refusal to accept a cash bond, added to this confusion. The warning regarding fees for moving furniture also felt excessive and unwelcoming. Additionally, the requirement to upload copies of identification documents to an unsecured website was concerning. In today’s environment, this is not considered standard or best practice, and with the increasing risk of identity fraud, it felt inappropriate and insecure to be asked to provide sensitive personal information in this way. The designated smoking area directly outside the room was uncomfortable, as it meant regularly walking past groups of smokers, which detracted from the overall experience. Cleanliness and maintenance were also significant concerns. The bins around the motel were consistently overflowing during our four night stay. Inside the room, there were cockroaches present, the couch was heavily stained, and there was noticeable mould in the bathroom.

• Helen (1/5): I would never stay at this apartment again. - No breakfast. Parking was not easy. The room had broken fridge, dirty mouldy bathroom. It needs repairs on the walls The stairs were very steep up to our room. We were charge a $200 bond on top of the price of the room which we were not pre warned about and the girl at the desk couldn't tell us when we would get it back.

• Guat Cheng (9/5): We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Our nest for tonight in Launceston. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. The room was cosy, - Location was perfect with a short drive to city centre and many local restaurants and shops including a large supermarket just across road. Don’t like to climb the stairs to get into our rooms . 😅

Not the property management fault just the clients being inconsiderate.

The location was fantastic and the facilities were excellent. I would not hesitate to book another stay.

• Luke (6/5): Cheap and functional, but not nice - Has what you need, and does the job. It is functional: has sofas, TV, parking. But you get what you pay for, so don’t expect it to be “nice”. Very dated, some of the windows were bent and didn’t close, very loud outside with cars racing up and down the street and noise from neighbouring rooms (poor sound insulation). The staff weren’t outright rude but were unhelpful. The gentleman at reception said there’s no way we could have one extra towel to go swimming, despite the fact they have about 10 apartments.

• Jemma (7/5): Neat and quiet stay - in a great location. - Location is great, quiet street but also close to small shopping centre with cafes, kmart and Coles. It is dated but neat and tidy. Quite comfortable. Would have liked softer mattresses and a fan in the room - it was very warm when we stayed and only one air conditioner in the main living area. A small fan would have helped in the bedrooms.

Being the front apartment to the road, there was rubbish at the front door that had not been cleared and the bathroom doorcl could not be closed.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Reasonable, budget-friendly and the location was convenient, but beds were not too comfy. - The location was convenient, with only a short walk via City Park to the Launceston CBD. We had a parking spot outside our room and there was a large couch and TV, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. There was also a reasonable kitchenette with small fridge. Very close to a small shopping centre with 24 hour Kmart and supermarket. There was a super friendly ginger cat that greeted us each morning. Unfortunately, our couch was stained, and the beds were not very comfortable. We had an upstairs apartment with a steep staircase. But it was reasonable for the price - and location was walking distance to CBD

• Taso (8/5): Great Location for Tennis Tournaments - Location was perfect for tennis tournament at Tennis world across the road. Very quiet. The apartment felt old & a little tired. Television was small & at times did not work properly.
• Dennis (5/5): Could have been better. - The location is across the road from KMart, which is almost central. Convenient for incidental shopping and food. The room was small but clean. Allocated parking was a plus. The room was also quiet and warm. Plenty of power outlets for chargers. The booking didn't start well as the provider couldn't supply extra pillows or manage an early check-in. The bathroom was very small and difficult to move in. Space for bags was restricted to the small alcove leading to an even smaller balcony. There weren't any instructions for the tv, which defaulted to streaming services for an extra fee - we did eventually work out how to get free to air, but it wasn't simple.

• Thomas (3/5): Don't get a blood nose - Location was fine and the staff seemed fine when we got there. One of those with us had a minor blood nose and asked for a pillow case and sheet change. I was charged $110 from the bond for that. I think that is ridiculous. This happened night 1 of 2 so we had the choice of letting them sleep in that for their $120 part of the cost of staying or request it be changed. When we were packing up to leave on Sunday we had two random cats enter the room. I have no issue with cats but there is no warning of this. If you're allergic, too bad?
