• Jacob (7/5): gezellige tent - prettige houding van het personeel. ontbijt,: lekker veel keus. vorm en stijl van de kamer. tv deed het niet, kon niet gerepareerd worden. sleutel deed het niet maar het slot werd gerepareerd. We hadden niet gehoord van de receptie dat we koffie en thee konden nemen in de bovenlobby maar kwamen er later achter. de huishoudelijke dienst liet best wel wat rommel achter.

• Eliahu (4/5): אכזבה - מלון בוטיק זה לא! - הגענו למלון ביקשנו מספר פעמים קומקום לחדר - לא הגיע. ביקשנו פעמיים להפריד את המיטות בסוף הופרדו. להפתעתי בלילה לפני השינה התברר שבכלל לא שמו לי סדין על המיטה. כשהודעתי לפקיד הקבל הוא אמר "מה אני יכול לעשות... אין מי שישים לך סדין ובטח לא אני..." מכיוון שהיה לילה ביקשתי סדין ואני כבר שמתי אותו (כאשר קודם בכלל קיבלתי ציפה ולא סדין ושוב נאלצתי לרדת לקבלה). המקלחון מטונף מלא עובש וגורם לבחילה. התחזוקה נראית גרועה חלונות לשחרור עשן לא מחוברים ( מעניין מה לכבאות יש לומר על זה) וכל המלון נוזל מהגשם . קרן אור היחידה הייתה ארוחת הבוקר שהייתה טובה. בקיצור אכזבה .. מלון בוטיק זה לא! ארוחת הבוקר הייתה סבירה

• BRENDA (9/5): Our three-day stay was most comfortable and successful - Agrippas boutique hotel is situated in a very good position to reach interesting areas on Jerusalem. There are buses, light railway and taxis all nearby. There hotel is comfortable, clean with a lounge and hot drinks of one’s own making. The hotel reception and staff most welcoming. The dining room serving breakfast was not up to standard.

• Elias (3/5): Overpriced and overrated - The location is good, but that is about all that is good The hotel is on a busy roundabout where there is a lot of traffic till late at night and that starts again early making it impossible to open a window. The room I had was small and cramped. I thought the whole hotel overpriced and overrated. I slept in other hotels in the same area and paid less and got more.

• Sara (9/5): - Really helpful and kind staff. Helped park the car in a tight spot. Coffee and tea always available in lobby. Hairdryer didn't work. A box of tissues would have been helpful.
• CruellaDenver (6/5): Friendly staff - Positives- friendly staff. The desk clerks were nice and tried to be accommodating. The location is good. Easy to get to the Mehane Yehuda Market, Ben Yehuda Street, Jaffa street light rail system, Old City. Negatives- The rooms and hallway were tired, shabby, and the carpets and rugs were dirty. They just need to throw out the rug in in the room. It looked terribly dirty. A bare floor would have been better. The whole place needs to be repaired, cleaned, and refurbished. It's really odd that the bed did not have some sort of protector for the mattress. There was only a sheet over the mattress. There was an issue with the room heater. For 1.5 days it was 66 degrees Fahrenheit. I was told the whole floor experienced the malfunctioning heating. Maybe it was a shabbat thing but 66 degrees was unacceptable. Construction- There is heavy construction right next door and they start early. The clerk did try to get me far from the noise but the entire neighborhood shakes sometimes with the work. Honestly I think they try but the hotel is just shabby and often dirty. I give them a decent rating because the desk clerk guys were nice and did try to help.
