Die Zimmer sind am Pool und teilweise so, dass man über die Terrasse des nächsten Menschen gehen muss.

The hotel is tranquil in the countryside and a great escape for relaxing. A car is recommended. The food was excellent in the restaurant. A few minutes walk from the beach. Lovely area for walking.

Von Beginn an (Getränk zur Ankunft) über die Ruhe, Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals und der Lage des Hotels und der Ausstattung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel bietet drei Pools. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Hotel liegt ideal um Wanderungen im Osten Sardiniens und dem Inland zu machen oder einige der schönsten Strände der Insel zu besuchen. Das Frühstück bot alles was wir uns wünschten. Sehr grpße Auswahl. Wir hatten Halbpension und fanden das Essen sehr lecker. An einigen Abenden gab es Themen Abende wie Sardischer Abend, Pizza Abend oder Barbeque. wir haben nichts zu berichten was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Inspire33471892131 (10/5): A week in Paradise - The Galanias Hotel is just perfect. Located 8-minute walk from the stunning beach of Torre di Bari´, this hotel is perfect for a Yoga retreat or a relaxing break. The rooms are gorgeous and provided with a coffee machine and very comfortable beds. The breakfast is the best I have had anywhere, with a huge variety of delicious foods. The staff is incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. There are three swimming pools and two beautiful Yoga rooms on site, and everything is sparkling clean. I highly recommend this corner of Paradise.

• 604505 (8/5): A high price for what we got, it doesn't feel properly balanced. - The hotel itself is beautiful, the two pools were both amazing, the staff were all friendly but professional. There's enough parking space behind an electronic fence and it felt safe to park there. The check-in was a delight. However, I wished we didn't book half pension because we didn't like the food so much it seemed frozen and of low quality, but we came to a fitting solution with the front desk agents. They text you via WhatsApp which is nice. There are a lot of wasps at the outside dinner area and at the smaller pool (i didn't try the big one at the restaurant) but we did got a letter they sprayed with insecticides at night, the next day we left though. We disliked the high price for what we got, it doesn't feel properly balanced. I think this is a perfect hotel to lounge at the pool (if there were no wasps constantly bothering me excessively) and order drinks at their pool bar and explore the area.

• Montse (10/5): Genial, volvería - La piscina es lo que más nos gustó, la piscina, la habitación estaba muy bien, aunque el baño era un poco pequeño, sobre todo la ducha. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, el servicio excelente, todo muy limpio, es un sitio acogedor y muy bonito. Además te regalan sesiones de yoga por la mañana!!! Las abejas en el desayuno, que no hubiera espejo de cuerpo entero y lo pequeña que era la ducha.

• Giulio (9/5): - Als Paar angereist. Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Hotel ist in zwei Teile auf zwei Standorte aufgebaut. Das Hauptgebäude ist mit Zimmer für Paare ausgestattet und daneben befindet sich das Gebäude mit grösseren Zimmer für Familien. Finde ich sehr gut gelöst. Beide Teile haben einen Pool. Gespeist wir im Hauptgebäude. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und hat für jeden was. Top Service. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sehr gut um Ihre Kunden. 5 min zu Fuss zum Strand. Man bekommt auf Anfrage Sonnenschirm und Liegen für den Strand. Auch die Badetücher für Pool und Strand stehen dem Kunden zur Verfügung. Bei einem check out wo das Frühstück verpasst wird, darf man sich ein kleines Frühstück to go für die Heimreise wünschen. Nichts
• Lisa Cathrine (10/5): - Wir verbrachten mehrere Nächte in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; u.a. als wir in der ersten Nacht wegen einem Schnarcher nicht schlafen konnten. Als Entgegenkommen bekamen wir in der darauffolgenden Nacht ein Zimmerupgrade. In der Umgebung finden sich ein kleiner Minimarkt und mehrere Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind und Abwechslung bieten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln: Das Hotel ist schwer zu erreichen, und bei der Buchung über Expedia sollte beachtet werden, dass der Transfer nicht inklusive ist. Wenn man nicht mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, ist der Transfer daher recht teuer. Fazit: Sehr freundliches Personal und ein angenehmes Upgrade, aber Transferkosten und Anbindung mit ÖPNV sollten vor dem Aufenthalt bedacht werden.

• 14chrissief (10/5): Full relax, great service and wonderful time! - Everything was perfect! The pool was suitable for kids, the silence of the nature, the discretion and availability of the staff, the amazing variety of the breakfast, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, the room for practicing yoga was great and also had air conditioning system, the coffee and tea machine at the room was fantastic (excellent coffee and tea selection by the way), it was a great location close to beautiful beaches some by walk.
• CarstenF765 (10/5): Great place - - Very nice hotel. High level of service, very clean rooms, great pool area, walking distance to the beach. It’s a small hotel which we really liked. No battling for sun chairs, or access to breakfast buffet. Can only recommend. Be aware that the hotel is located in the country side, but there are some amazing beaches close by. 30 min drive for great hiking trails. Also a couple of wineries in the area.

• FABRICE (8/5): Bel hôtel - Bel établissement aux chambres propres et bien équipées. La restauration est correcte bien que très loin du classement 4 étoiles affiché. Le personnel est sympathique et aux petits soins. Point noir, nous n’avons pas eu de WiFi pendant les 4 jours passés sur place, et ce, malgré les efforts du personnel pour réparer le dysfonctionnement.

• Sidekicknick1 (10/5): Lovely stay! - Went to this property on a yoga retreat. The area is raw and natural. There was a wonderful Yoga Shalla on site. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate. Very happy with our choice.
• BodySynergyFitCation (10/5): A Stunning Sardinian Escape - This stunning resort is just a stone’s throw from the beach. We expected a beautiful hotel, but what we found at Galanias was a plush, immaculate resort that exceeded our expectations. The property features gorgeous pools, incredible food, and luxurious beds with high-quality linens. We stayed in the newer part of the resort and had a room that looked out over the hills—we awoke to the sounds of birdsong and the gentle sound of sheep bells in the distance. A 10-minute walk brought us to a long, sandy beach watched over by an ancient tower, once a lookout against Moorish raiders. The staff delivered truly 5-star service—we felt spoiled, indulged, and treated more like family than even honored guests. We didn’t have time to explore the famous Blue Zone town or the nearby ruins, but we’ll remedy that on our next visit—and many visits to come. We highly recommend this wonderful resort.

• Inspire33471892131 (10/5): Heaven on Earth - We visited the Galanias for a Yoga and Pilates retreat two years in a row. We could not have found a better place. The hotel is sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful. The spaces to practise Yoga are stunning. The rooms are just perfect. We were treated wonderfully by management and staff. My favourite part was breakfast, which is the best I have ever had anywhere. The wonderful beach is only 8 minutes away walking. The pools are clean and lovely. Every request I made was granted. The osteopath and massage therapy at the hotel is absolutely superb. I am going back in September again, that is how much I love it there!
• Eric or Barbara (10/5): Close to the beach - A beautiful hotel, just steps from the beach although we drove to the beach because the hotel provides chairs and umbrellas, and we did not want to walk down with them. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning was great! The breakfast at the hotel provided a buffet service, but the food was very good with several different kinds of eggs offered. We had dinner at the hotel one night and it was OK but not my favorite meal. Everyone at the hotel was very accommodating and helpful. We had a large balcony, which was nice to be able to sit outside. Very nice place!
• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - Great place for families! The staff is super friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and the breakfast was excellent. Many options, also for vegans. We travelled through Sardinia for 3 weeks and the Galanias Hotel was the best for our intents: close to a playground and shade at the nearby beach, pools with a shallow end that our baby enjoyed, close (by car) to beautiful Sardinian beaches and hikes.

• claude_monnier (10/5): Rooms near the rectangular pool are really nice. Not huge but the terrasse make them more comfortable - We stayed in this hotel with a group of friends. The place is spacious with 2 pools. We were staying in the section near the rectangular pool. Each room has a terrasse and a drying rack (useful or multi day stays for cyclists). The beach is about a 5 min walk with is also very nice. Breakfast is plentiful with lots of choices and friendly staff. We did not eat dinner on the premises so can't speak to that.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, mit einer tollen kleinen Terrasse. Abendessen und Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ohne Mietwagen nicht zu empfehlen, da es viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, aber nicht in der Nähe gibt. Aber wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

• OneLovesTravel (10/5): The staff makes the hotel - A quiet stay not far from beach. We had a room by the pool away from main building. Big room, comfy mattresses (a rarity in Sardinia it seems) and all was nice apart from hairdryer which is stuck on wall and horrid). We had half board and the breakfast and dinner were great. The banqueting staff in particular were fantastic, all super kind, attentive, professional and efficient, always with a smile in their face and you never had to wish for anything because they were super on the ball ( I come from a background in hospitality so know what I am talking about very well). In fact everyone who works here is very professional and efficient, I just appreciated the banqueting staff more as they were the best on our two weeks road trip in Sardinia, staying in different places. There are three pools and all lovely but we preferred the big one by our room where I could also swim lanes. The beach is a bit sloped so not great for beach walks but you can drive to nicer ones nearby in 15 minutes or less. Area is quiet and no village around so nothing to do in the evening for my teenagers, two nights was enough for them. I would definitely return though! If I could make a suggestion is to offer more variety for lunch as menu very limited.

Excellent breakfast buffet, nicely seated around the pool with view. The premises is interesting from an architectural point of view. Decoration shows taste. The room referring to this recession was too small and dark, half underground with zero view. The wardrobes are too small for two adults staying for several nights. Accommodation is not matching with a 4 star standard. Technical facility maintenance oversees defective items. Prevention and quality control before guest detect flaws would significantly improve the all over impression.

• Virginie (10/5): Wonderful - The food was excellent. A great choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner menu were very good too. The two swimming pools with 2 separate areas. There were a few entertainment options offered by the hotel but we didn't take part. The staff was nice and eager to help. The only downside was the commuting from the airport. On Sunday, there is no taxi pick up available so we have to go to the nearest town.

The place was beautiful but what captured my daughter’s and my heart was the staff! They were, attentive, personal, warm, authentic, and so fun! You can always find beautiful places but when you feel welcomed into a place where the staff is close with each other, it makes the place incomparable! So grateful to celebrate with my daughter a new chapter of her life with this experience! Nothing
• Sarah (8/5): top mais en travaux - super endroit, malgré les travaux quotidien dans les chambres au rdc hors bâtiment principale ( marteau, pose carrelage, déménagement de meuble, scie etc ) des 7h30 du matin, le reste etait parfait. personnel au top, serveur gentil et super sympathique. je recommande mais plutot l annee prochaine quand les nouvelles chambres seront terminées.
• Ruslan (10/5): - Service is 5-6 stars here. They go out of their way to do things you wouldn’t expect from a 4 star hotel. For example, they went to the police to pay my parking ticket, they went to he supermarket to buy my baby formula, they gave us extra room free of charge to make sure our family of 4 was comfortable. Hotel consists of two sections: main one with a restaurant, reception and a pool and adjacent one with just a pool. I would highly recommend to stay in the main area as it has a completely different vibe. The beach is about 10 minute, easy walk and it’s good after you have seen other famous beaches and juts want to have a laid back day without chasing turquoise water. The water gets very blue here too - just not comparable to Goloritze or Marioulu beaches. Take the a private boat to those and reception can help with that. La Luna beach is not recommended as it’s way too touristy and far.
• Mr (8/5): a lovely relaxing stay at the end of our 2 week trip around the island. - good location easy walk to the beach. very comfy beds, property is nicely laid out, beautiful gardens & lovely breakfast with lots of choice. we also had 1 evening meal in the hotel which was very good. the only negative was although the pool area is beautifully set out - the pool itself did appear dirty on the pool linings, not the water just the linings - it did appear that the hotel is rectifying this as it was cleaned regularly & did improve towards the end of our stay.
• Jonathan (10/5): Relaxing trip - Lovely 2 day stay at the spa and resort. Staff and service exceptional. The pool/restaurant and bar area is great for a relaxing day. Breakfast best during our time in Sardinia. Dinner lovely quality food for reasonable price. Room fairly basic but comfortable and clean with softest bed we had during our trip (most very firm). Town is small but beach and restaurants within walking distance. I think a 2 night stay is perfect length of time here whilst taking a break from exploring and experiencing all Sardinia has to offer.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Petit weekend sarde - Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans la région de Barisardo. L'hôtel est difficile à trouver sans GPS. Il est situé sur des routes de campagne en retrait de des grands axes. Les indications perdues dans une forêt de publicité est difficile à identifier quand on ne connaît pas. La zone de l'hôtel n'est pas super belle, en dehors de la plage à 11min. à pied. Il n'y a rien à voir à Barisardo. Par contre dès qu'on arrive dans l'hôtel, tout est très bien et très propre. L'accueil est très bien, les employés sont aimables et très serviable. Hôtel pas vraiment pour les personnes en difficulté de marcher. (escaliers partout) La piscine semble très bien mais avec la mer à 11 min, c'est difficile de se baigner dedans. (dans la piscine). Très bon hôtel hors saison. Avoir une voiture est une condition pour aller visiter les alentours.

• Diddi63 (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Service - Wir haben uns im Galanias Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, ruhig und mitten im Grünen gelegen. Alles ist schön arrangiert und liebevoll gepflegt. Die Halbpension ist absolut empfehlenswert, qualitativ hochwertiges Essen, Themenabende,viel Fisch und lokale Spezialitäten, die Weine sind auch ein Genuss. Es gibt Vorspeisenbuffet und die weiteren Gänge werden am Tisch vom aufmerksamen und freundlichen Servicepersonal serviert. Schön gedeckte Tische stehen direkt am Pool. Für den Strand stehen kostenlose Schirme, Handtuch und Stühle zur Verfügung. Empfehlenswert ist die Bootstours von "Fuoribordo", die entlang der Küste führt, auch vom Hotel aus buchbar. Der Hotelinhaber Ilario kümmert sich täglich um seine Gäste, erklärt vieles über sein Land und dessen Traditionen. Das Hotel ist zum grossen Teil von Deutschen und Schweizer Touristen besucht, es wird auch Deutsch gesprochen. Wir empfehlen die Anlage für Paare im mittleren Alter. Wir kommen aber sicherlich wieder!

• Sandra (10/5): Fast perfekt - Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön. Für Leute die Erholung suchen perfekt. Der Pool ist grossartig. Viele Liegen rund um den Pool, die wenig besetzt waren, was vielleicht an der Jahreszeit lag. Einzig mit dem Abendessen waren wir nicht so recht zufrieden. Die Pasta war für meinen Geschmack zu weich, was aber nach der Reklamation gewechselt wurde. Und wir hätten uns eine grössere Auswahl an Speisen gewünscht. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. WiFi gab es nur im Lobby-Bereich und um den Pool.
• Sylvain (10/5): Un séjour parfait ! - Un superbe hôtel calme et reposant à proximité de la plage (- de 10 min à pied). Le personnel est adorable et la qualité des installations est remarquable. Une restauration de qualité et dans un cadre sublime au bord de la piscine avec la vue mer. 2 points appréciables : séances de yoga sur place et repas adaptés pour les personnes allergiques ou végétariennes. Bref, nous recommandons très fortement cet hôtel !!!
