• vanessa (1/5): Décevant et indigne d un 4 étoiles - Alors que dire... une trace à gratter sur la table de chevet de saleté collante énorme. Un pommeau de douche à tenir en se douchant car système mort. 1 seule serviette de douche sortie , heureusement que mon mari a trouvé la deuxième dans un placard. 3 capsules de café pour deux les deux verres pour se laver les dents sont dépareillés , le bouton d'un interrupteur de tête de lit est manquant. À l'arrière de la porte il y a de l'enduit refait mais pas repeint, la grille d'aération est décollée du mur. Et le clou du spectacle ouvrez la fenêtre et constatez l'état du jardin...de la piscine sur laquelle le lierre grimpe. le jardin est dans un état déplorable non entretenu avec un arbre mort, la débroussailleuse n'est pas passée en bref ça ne ressemble à rien. Pour un 2 étoiles je n'aurai rien dit là c'est juste lamentable et honteux du jamais vu!

• William (8/5): One of the best budget hotels in the area with a comfy quiet room with great views. - Overall the hotel was very clean. Staff were very friendly. The location is great and only a short walk from the station. Great views from my bedroom. This is probably one of the best of the local hotels at this price point as I've tried them all. There was some dried blood on the tap in the bathroom which wasn't great. I had to clean this off with a wet tissue. Breakfast was a little basic and at 8:30am things hadn't been replenished.

• Remi (4/5): Disapointing - Bed is fine. Location also Breakfast was frugal. Scramble eggs missing on 1st day, served half cold on 2nd days. Got sick afterwards. breakfast staff do not seem to care. Overall not much going in this place, old school rooms and bathrooms, despite comfy beds.

This hotel has applied to convert its space to apartments. It is not keeping up with maintenance! It touts itself as a 4 Star when in reality it’s a 2 star!

Dirty carpet, broken faucet on the sink, worn out sink. Basic amenities are missing, such as a kettle for hot water and a minibar in which to cool a drink, hangers for outerwear. The breakfast is shockingly poor. Out of 5 days, only 2 had eggs. If you are a little late, there is almost nothing left for breakfast. It is crazy that this hotel has 4 stars and costs so much per night.

• Khurram (1/5): A real bad stay won't stay again. - The breakfast was not good few basic things in a limited quantity, we asked them that can they prepare Omelet with white yolk as one of my colleague had medical issues, they simply refused. The staff in the morning was smile less and didn't care about the guests. The rooms are old with old furniture, carpets were stained, I would give it a 01 Star rating..No English Channel on TV, remote was broken and above all the heater was not working, as it was cold in Paris. The staff said sorry we cannot repair heater at the moment... Nothing

• Julien (6/5): Pleasant - Air-conditioning is not really working. Didn't have the remote control in the room at first and it's really only fan, no cooling. No toilet paper in the room on the first night and still none after cleaning done. I had to ask for one roll at reception. Window doesn't actually close. Room card holder broken. Had to change first room as there was a strong pipe smell.
• lindaoA4281UZ (2/5): Awful - I'm sorry to say this hotel is terrible. The receptionist cannot speak a word of English so does a runner when she sees us coming. The air conditioning is very rarely on and in the height of summer this is not acceptable. The mattresses are old ripped and so soft you sink in the middle. Actually took photos of them, it looked rotton. This is supposed to be nonsmoking but the bedding smells of stale smoke. Awful for a non smoker. The breakfast was appalling. Hardly anything there. Cold, and the ham looked so iffy I would have been scared to eat it. This was apparently a 4 star. 😄😄😄 in your dreams This was part of a very expensive leger holiday. Only 2 nights but couldn't wait to get out. Will be complaining to them as well.

• Sertaç (4/5): I will try to find another hotel next time. - I did not get disturbed, hotel is silent in general. Disappointing breakfast. Bed is not good, they don't have thick pillows. Only two of the receptionists were good, other were terrible. When you buy coffee from freely available coffee machine, hotel workers get disappointed because they want to sell coffee for 3 euro each.
