Thomas (8/5): - Frühstück und Service war gut. Strandnähe und der damit verbundene Service ist fantastisch. Parkmöglichkieten könnten besser sein,sind aber ausreichend Es war sehr belästigend das andere Gäste die möglichkeit nutzen und über die Veranda liefen die zu dem Zimmer gehörte. Nicht einmal sonder ständig.Bei der nächsten Buchung würde ich ein Zimmer im 1 Stock vorziehen.
Estefania (9/5): Es Un excelente y hermoso hotel. - Sobresalen en amabilidad, calidad de atención. El desayuno es bien variado y todo muy rico. Todas las comodidades disponibles para la playa. El lugar es tranquilo, no hay mucha gente. Es lo mejor para quienes buscan paz y alejarse del ruido, conectar con la naturaleza. La cama matrimonial es pequeña, y faltaría mejorar en higiene de ropas de cama.

Claudio (8/5): Único diferencial: localização pé na areia e uma piscina aquecida - Quarto de frente para o mar tem um bom tamanho. Vista otima. Banheiro espaçoso. Ducha dupla. Limpeza diária, bem feita. Café da manhã mediano. Bom mas sem nenhum diferencial. Travesseiros duros. Descarga do banheiro super fraca. Encaixe da chave para acender as luzes estava um pouco ruim, ficava mal encaixada e apagava as luzes diversas vezes. Ar condicionado soprando diretamente na cama, não movia as paletas. A pior recreação que já vimos. Havia um cronograma no painel que era trocado diariamente, mas nenhuma das atividades acontecia. Enquanto outros hotéis os recreador acompanhavam as crianças até na praia para propor brincadeiras, no hotel Apenas dois recreadores que ficavam sentados na piscina todo período, olhando as crianças ou conversando as crianças decidiam o que fazer ou simplesmente desistiam e iam pra praia. Piscina infantil com brinquedo legal porém totalmente gelada!

No ambiente do Restaurante do hotel em frente ao hotel alguns atendentes demonstraram um pouco de má vontade além dos preços do cardápio terem sido um pouco caros. Embora isso o serviço é excelente
Guilherme (7/5): Estadia gostosa,café da manhã bom. Mas não achei que os 7.000,00 gasto nas três diárias valeu a pena - LOCALIZAÇÃO, PÉ NA AREIA, SOSSEGO DA PRAIA, AR CONDICIONADO ÓTIMO NO QUARTO. Quarto com chão sujo, parecia ser uma camada de gordura, acredito que por conta da maresia, mas senti falta de uma limpeza mais qualificada. Não dava para andar descalço, o pé ficava grudando, após solicitação de limpeza mais forte, problema solucionado. Chuveiro com jato fraco e ou esquentava muito ou esfriava muito. Tive dificuldade de achar uma temperatura agradável.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be better, and the rooms were clean and comfortable., The restaurant was fine and the pool and beach were great.!!! We will return as soon as we can!!! The events with the kids and the adults are great. Rooms are good, but the best is the service. Thank you all at the hotel for making a week over Christmas with the family so special!

The new rooms are better than the ones not yet upgraded, but the whole experience is amazing. The staff is unbelievably helpful, the drinks amazing. The beach is 3km end to end and the hills are close to the sea so it is not crowded.

saugstroze (8/5): Amazing - Excellent place to stay... right in front of the beach and Juquehy river is also right in the corner. It’s just amazing waking up with the ocean sound. Hotel is great and staff is friendly, very careful and available. It was my first visit but I’ll definitely come back.
