• AVI (9/5): - Perushuone, jossa oli kaikki tarvittavat asiat. Huone oli myös hiljainen. Siivous joka päivä. Ei luksusta, mutta siisti ja toimiva. Ilmastointi puhalsi poispäin sängystä. Parvekkeella olisi voinut olla toinen tuoli ja pieni pöytä.

• Can (1/5): Not recommending - Dirty and stained bed sheets, saw a couple cockroaches my bedside and in all over the room. Stenchy toilet , very unpleasant smell.Stayed about 7 different hotels during the whole vacation time of mine in Thailand and That was the worst no doubt. One thing is the location of it was okay.

• Antje (2/5): - Erstens ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen. Das Zimmer war OK. Das Badezimmer grauenvoll, nur kaltes Wasser auch zum Duschen. Dreckig, Toilettenspülung lief durchgehend. Viecher krabbelten rum. Der Empfang war freundlich. Aber länger wie 1 Nacht haben wir es nicht ausgehalten. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht. Auch wenn in Thailand andere Verhältnisse sind wie bei uns, erwarte ich zumindest ein bisschen Sauberkeit gerade im Bad. Ab 22 Uhr ist keiner mehr vor Ort. Beim Check Out in der früh, musste das einzige Zimmermädchen den Check Out durchführen,weil die gute Dame schon gewusst hat ,was los ist. Für eine Nacht zur Überbrückung OK aber nicht länger!

• Tate (8/5): First time in Phuket - Great starting point ,close to everything non town!. I was here for holiday and dental work, and was within a blocks walk of- "Dental Signature." In a side alley off a very busy street! With a lot of Massage places nearby which are very pushy!!

• Kim (6/5): - Om du behöver ett funktionellt rum till ett relativt billigt pris så har du hittat rätt. Om du vill ha bekvämligheter och slippa små irritationer så är det nog fel hotell för dig. Mitt rum såg helt ok ut med liten balkong. Men, sängen var stenhård, wifi gick i princip inte att använda, lyhört, fick aldrig igång tvn och såg nån insekt springa förbi på väggen. Casa ligger en bit från vägen så inte så högljutt.

The matres is rock hard and it is very noisy, from both outside and the hallway. Considering we paid over €70 a night i wouldn’t be staying here again.

• Denise (3/5): Poor - The location was on a back street, the room was not ok, the bed was not luxuary at all, the bed felt like we were sleeping on a rock-hard floor.. We started only one night out of 4 and moved to a hotel. Still had to pay the total price even after we got there at midnight and left at 8 am. Would not recommend this place. Owners wife was bloody rude, making comments at us. Total waste of our money..

Rooms were daily cleaned. Some of the places were broken, need maintenance. They keep additional safety money during the checkin and return after checkout. Didn’t see any such requirement while booking. Also i dont know how they have the cvv of my credit card, i felt unsafe. This feedback is for booking.com on how they are ensuring my credentials’ security.

No hassle to bring luggages up & down the room 7) Working water heater 8) They provide key access to the lobby door- ensure safety especially at night Mattress a bit hard, maybe its time for some refurbishment

• Casey (8/5): - While the hotel is a little run down, it’s also mega cheap, close to everything, on a quiet street so even when you want an earlier night and it’s still alive outside you can’t hear a thing. It was rare I had hot water but it was so humid and warm out that I never wanted a hot shower. There’s a 7/11 at the end of the road, shopping just round the corner, 5 minute walk to the beach and bangla road. If I was travelling last minute on a budget again, I would stay here again. The 2 ladies that worked there were courteous despite one of the ladies not knowing much English
