Guest Reviews
Ten hotel to dno.
- Phillips (1/5): Skin crawling - That they give us a refund! Not clean pictures online are not same

- Tracey (1/5): We didn’t stay handed the key back - Nothing we didn’t even stay Awful
- Jamie (1/5): Terrible - The location Where do I start the room was filled with mould and we had breakfast included in the price to be told that there was no full English breakfast as the manager hadn’t brought it in we had booked for 3 nights but left after one night
- Patricia (4/5): - Location Needs a good clean all way through the b&b, stairs had dust on them, bedroom wasn't hoovered before we stayed, dining room was not set up for breakfast, tables needs wiping down. The young couple who was running it, pleasant enough , no experience in running a b&b.
- Sarah (1/5): I didn't stay - Was that bad i left on same day Was not clean and when I asked for toilet roll they didn't bring none, was told to make sure doors locked as homeless come in to take stuff. Wasn't what I expected
- Catherine (1/5): Absolutely disgusting - There was absolutely nothing to like with regards to the hospitality or the property When we booked the property and arrived we paid the required fee, when we were shown the room by the manager/owner the room smelled of mould the wall paper was ripped off the walls, the shower head was secured by a hair tie and mould in the shower basin, security was an issue due to the window not being able to be properly secured, the celling was falling apart and this was a health and safety issue due to possible injury from falling celling, the attitude from the owner/manager was appauling, we had also payed for breakfast which was not available we attempted to call the owner regarding breakfast to which we had no reply and had to purchase food via other means

- Karen (1/5): Awfull disgusting place - Worst hotel in Blackpool paid breakfast never got any ! the pictures not hotel left after two days paid go other hotel . Given two towels as they had go buy them given one more towel secound day carpet bedding dirty . Bathroom door wudnt close trip hazard no hot water in taps . The kitchen behind reception looked through stacks dirty dishes tried to hide it from guests . Dated need it denigrating ! Lied about breakfast tried say they upgraded us . When paid for superior room and low floor nether got ! Took £20 for breakages when lamps didn’t work and its place you wipe feet on leaving paid £189 think we should be refunded had pay £20 day parking . Also staff hanging round outside property not good look and smell cannabis was refunded £20 after asking twice then as leaving sold out room in front us so should be refunded wouldn’t leave dog there had no choice stay as other decent hotels booked up till Sunday as farmers weekend on . Luckily new hotel we moved paid again was 10 out ten
- Matthew (10/5): Great place for the price - Staff are lovely people, my son was sick late at night, rang the main number and him and his missus done everything they could to help, also asking for things we would like to see at the hotel for next time. All about keeping the customer happy. Spot on people.
- Niterider01 (7/5): I'd stay again - Cannot fault the staff, very friendly and welcoming.
Great location, bed was comfy and the water for showering was hot. The brekki was poor
- Marcus lee (10/5): - The staff was polite and show you around and help you with your bag to your room Nothing
- Ian & Mandy (5/5): -
- Catherine (1/5): Didn’t - Nothing Photos of the property are nothing like what is shown no curtains in the room room not cleaned shelf under mirror in bathroom dirty and sloped down unusable half bottle of water left on bedside cabinet 2 trouser hangers in the wardrobe no cups in room so we did not stay what trip advisor should do is get these hotels too update there photos and then be re score on there site about show pictures from years before this owner was asking me too leave good feedback . Definitely not doing that that would just put other guests in the same situation as we were losing £72 was not refunded was worth it booking .com should do more to make sure that the standard of hotels are accurate
- Deborah (6/5): - the owners were lovely and friendly lovely to chat to .breakfast was lovely even took breakfast upstairs to my daighter .. bed was uncomftable but clean room and warm
- Katie (6/5): - Location is great, 2 minutes walk into town.
Bed was comfortable but basic
Hosts were friendly The room i stayed in was very cold, the main light constantly flickered so I couldn't use it. The toilet wasn't completely secure so moved when you sat down.
- Joli (10/5): -
- Oleksii (3/5): -
- Gary (8/5): - Staff and location excellent .. Shower had a big step to get in ..as my partner had hurt her knee this was not helpful ..

Staff are friendly
Bed was comfortable
Nice view of the tower
- Margaret (8/5): -
- Liam (7/5): - Staff was friendly and could not help you enough. The hotel was clean abd comfy and breakfast was very nice
- Charlotte (7/5): - I paid for single room with shared bath in 2nd floor but because of my major ankle and feet leg surgeries I was given a double room ensuite for the same price on the 1st floor .
The proprietors were a lovely couple and husband was a great chef so I has a lively English breakfast included
They had just bought that hotel and 2 other hotels and I wish them all the best
- Charlie-jade (8/5): -
- Liam (8/5): It was brilliant - Was a nice little room with a good view I enjoyed my stay would stay again
- keely (5/5): - Liked how the staff interacted There was no heating on the first night then only worked for 10-15 minutes on the second night
- David (9/5): -
- Reeve (10/5): Great place to stay - The hosts were both great deffently give a 10 rating Had to come back to Bradford
- goodall (9/5): - Ideal location close to everything, comfortable bed stay friendly and helpful
- Rachel (1/5): Do not book here - Norhing, on arrival the manager was fighting with a gent from next hotel The room on offer was mouldy, asked to be move, saw 3 other room which were the same 1 had some of its plaster on the roof missing. The pictures are fake and the staff were useless. Diclibed to give a refund. Had to rebook another hotel to stay in
- Susan (5/5): -
- Amy (3/5): Not great - Good location and the bed was comfortable The communication with staff was terrible. Ignored all emails. Asked numerous times for a late checkout as specified on booking all emails went ignored. At 10am exactly they were banging on our door. Pretended they did not know about the late checkout requests. Or if genuine then they are not doing their job and checking the emails. It asks for emails on booking so perhaps change this if you wont read them.
We had no toilet paper and had to ask for it. The room was not clean. It wasn't unusable but we did have to flush the toilet.
- Weechris18 (7/5): Good clean hotel - Hotel was clean and staff were freindly Nothing
- Trudy (7/5): - It was close to everything The couple that ran it were very nice
- Vicky H (10/5): - Great location, good price, the host's were so friendly, helpful and easy going which made everything so much better.
Perfect location literally 2min walk to coral island and 10mins to all the bars and clubs. Extremely convenient.
- Jemma (10/5): Lovely will come again - the two managers we met Tiggz and Vicky (husband and wife) where really welcoming and attentive and asked both mornings how we liked our room Nothing
- Liepa (3/5): -
- Tracey Bonds (5/5): Blackpool Wilson Hotel - Position was great right by the Tower. I'm afraid the inside looks nothing like the photos. The breakfast room was a very odd set up as it was full of prams and washing. As if someone's house? Breakfast was plentiful but stone cold. Plus we had to precisely order the night before, listing each item. Even the cereal option was odd as no fruit juice available and milk was served in the plastic container and the toast was also cold.
The owner was friendly and trying to train his two staff members but I'm afraid it just fell very short of what I expected from a B and B.
- Dove (1/5): -
- Luke (10/5): Carlageorge - Beautiful people and went out there way to help xxx I loved everything ❤️
- Stela (5/5): -
- Scott (6/5): -
- Tania (1/5): Not good at all - Location It was cold and damp
Leak from room above on to bed no bed change and no offer to move rooms
- Rachel (6/5): - The property was very close to all things we needed Just was staying for 2 night and could only give 2 towels for the 2 night and could not give us a blanket for baby so had to go out and buy one for her
- Delta (10/5): -
- Duggan (1/5): -
- lee (5/5): - It was quite Room was dirty nothing like the picture,
- Chloe (10/5): Ideal location. Friendly staff that couldn’t do enough to help us. - Ideal location a very short walk to main attractions. Friendly staff that couldn’t do enough to help us.
Nothing was too much trouble.
- Dee (7/5): Nice stay nice host
It was convenient - Value for money Guests above us arguing and no respect
- Laura (8/5): Location great room bigger than expected bed clean and comfy but needs updating - Location was good to all main attractions and close to the pubs Could be updated
- John (9/5): - Position Was good value
- Stacey (5/5): Ok - Location Dirty carpet
- Wesley (8/5): -
- Stacey (2/5): Ok - Location and bed was comfy Never emptied bins, never gave us toilet paper I had to ask for fresh towels, cealing leaking and when we arrived the carpet had not been hovered there was false nails and deflated balloons on the floor plus crumbs it wasn’t nice
- Sam (9/5): -
- Robert (3/5): - Nothing about the hotel Rundown hotel, grubby, stains on carpet, no wardrobe, no on street parking within 30 minutes hence additional costs having to park in a council car park for 48hours . The area is rundown several derelict buildings two directly opposite. Police attended building next door but also owned by same people drunks fighting in the street. Constant noisy revellers at all hours of the day. What looked like a homeless hostel across the road never again !!!!
- Sandra (1/5): Avoid at all costs - Nothing Room was cold and damp shower was awful hardly any water coming out of it and leaked into room underneath mine was a bag of rubbish on the landing for 2 days
- Jamie (10/5): -
- Rob (1/5): Never - Hosts were helpful Everything black mold on roof
Walls were filthy
Mold in the bathroom
Looked in 3 rooms all were terrible
- Charlie (10/5): -
- Charlie (10/5): -
- Kyle (10/5): The only hotel we stay in 100% clean and lovely place staff are great and helpful - Clean and 100% best hotel
- Andrea (10/5): Quality for the price your paying - Everything was how I hoped it would be. For the price I paid. I was very happy with how clean it is. And staff are extremely nice and helpful. I will be back next year I didn't like that booking.com hadn't put the canceled room through on b+bs side but did mine. I panicked for a split second but hostess put me at ease instantly. And sorted everything for me.
- Georgina (1/5): Horrible - Only good was location All of it very poor condition signs of serious roof leak light not working on 2nd floor padlock on fire door illegal WiFi poor at best most of the time non exist advertised as b and b no breakfast one toilet for ten rooms never again
- Julie (5/5): - No breakfas ,t no bar , no interaction from hosts only on arrival
- Andrea (10/5): Lovley get away - Staff are amazing. Very friendly very helpful. Will be back
- Georgia (10/5): I would highly recommend this hotel. - It was clean and tidy, the owners was amazing and was so helpful, the tv didn’t work as the aerial was broken, they got it sorted for us straight away. There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was exactly how a family hotel should be. Maybe a few vending machines just incase you feel peckish and can’t get to the shops in the night.
- Jones (3/5): - Moved from my first room that was ok to be told I have to go in a box room with my 1year old daughter.Needs new mattress, decorating somewhere for a microwave. Had to spend all day out of the hotel as it smelt fusty people arguing at daft o'clock smoke alarm blasting at daft o'clock. I just think if the owner is chasing in do something with the place. It as completely ruined the holiday as I'm in no rush in going to Blackpool every again. Avoid this place The smell not comfortable feeling had to spend all day out till bed time needs updating at least a little if the owner is chasing in
- Wayne (8/5): -
- Harness (4/5): I didn't stay there was no view of the tower as advertised and no parking within walking distance - No breakfast available no parking available at all
- Ian (6/5): - The guy who did check in was friendly. It's centrally located. My room (10) needed some storage eg a chest of drawers or a wardrobe. There were a few coat hangers on the bracket for the TV - that is all. The room was quite drab and depressing - there were hooks on the wall but no pictures to cheer it up. The shared toilet was down two flight of stairs, wasn't very clean and the room was very narrow making it hard to 'clean up' after a number 2!
- White 03 (6/5): -
- Brandon (1/5): -
- Tess (5/5): - Location was great. No where for free parking without having a disabled blue badge
- jon (3/5): Not very clean - Its location The smell of the bathroom smelt dirty felt unclean. The kettle I didn’t use looked unhygienic.
- Angela (4/5): Not a great place - TV didn't work signal was causing it unwatchable, the bed quilt was old ripped shocking and other room smelt of damp the WiFi turned off at midnight
Also you got no tower view mainly a wall looking out the window
- Gheorghe (1/5): - Nothing Filthy, mold on the all rooms, cracks on the wall. Old dirty paint. No fridge, no clean bed covers, the carpet dirty and smelly. And so on .
- John (9/5): - The owners went out of there way to help us would stay again nice and clean they even give us ground floor room which was lovely close to every thing All good
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional - They had availability at last min due to when we had to leave are hotel due to gas smell
- Kyle (6/5): Pleasant -
- PATRICK (6/5): Hotel room - Ok if you in a lot bed was ok noisy at night with people talking outdoors
- Nicholas (10/5): Nice - Excellent service and quality of service including accommodation
- Richard (10/5): Very comfortable - Very friendly definitely stay again Everything was perfect
- sharon (2/5): - Terrible customer service very rude
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Location was ideal. Family room was great, everything clean and tidy. Perfect for a budget last minute booking.
- Rhiannon (6/5): pleasant stay - comfy beds, enough space for everyone staying and room for travel cot. Owner was pleasant and tried his best to accommodate us despite a very last minute booking and gave us a downstairs room due to my friends limited mobility. was very warm in the room (could have been the weather) was no air con or fan to minimise it. shower was either boiling or freezing, decor was dated and room could do with paint touch up tlc etc.
- Hibbert (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stacey (10/5): Value for money - Lovely room comfy bed staff lovely None
- Wells (1/5): Bad - I was not happy .with the bed it was very hard my back was hurting the pill lowers was hard to I will not be coming to stay at your hotel in September from miss jeanwells
