• Fernando (9/5): Buena ubicación y relax - El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación para recorrer la isla. Se encuentra en primera línea de playa con unas vistas increíbles. La playa tiene una gran zona de arena y el agua estaba cristalina. Dispone de una terracita cada apartamento para tomar algo disfrutando de la brisa del mar. En recepción son muy amables y atentos. Estos días me han servido para desconectar y relajarme. Lanzarote 100% recomendable.

La posibilidad de piscina en la misma urbanización. La accesibilidad por teléfono y la disponiblidad del personal. Es un apartamento muy básico. Necesita una actualización y reparación de elementos dañados. Aunque estaba todo limpio y recogido necesita una limpieza en profundidad. La terraza está llena de residuos de palomas.

• Stephanie (10/5): Wunderschöner Urlaub auf einer traumhaften Insel - Die Unterkunft liegt an einem großen, schönen Strand in einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Puerto del Carmen. Der Meerblick war herrlich, der Besitzer und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Nähe ein Supermarkt und viele gute Restaurants, Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, die einfache Einrichtung und die Möglichkeit zur Selbstversorgung waren für uns perfekt. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was very spacious. It was on the third floor and there was no lift. The swimming pool was very small but you can use the much larger pool in the hotel next door.

• Ade (10/5): Nice place, we keep coming back. - Great location; 15 minute walk up to the bustle of Puerto del Carmen, many local restaurants, bars and shops. Supermarket 2 minutes away, beach 20 seconds away. Buses to Playa Blanca, Arrecife and Costa Teguise. 10 minutes by taxi to the airport (or twenty minutes on the bus). Great staff, the owner/manager is tremendously helpful and cheerful and everyone there is polite and friendly but in no way intrusive. Everything in the apartment worked and thanks to the quiet neighborhood is peaceful even when you're on the balcony. The apartment booked my taxi to the airport and there are luggage facilities for that last day situation. Great Value. We've been before and are booked in again later this year. Personally there is nothing I don't like about this accommodation, although the WiFi strength could be stronger.

• Karl (9/5): Excellent short stay, perfect for relaxing away from the main strip - The property is in an excellent location. You have the beach right opposite, a Spar basically next door and some lovely restaurants away from the main strip within walking distance (10/15 mins). I had an indoor economy room, which was clean, tidy and a very large. I was a bit disappointed to be given an indoor room when booking.com pictures showed rooms with a balcony but it was only a short stay so it didn’t impact my experience. The room was equipped with an under counter fridge, stove, microwave and all crockery. Perfect for making a light meal or a bit of breakfast in the morning as I did. Not a dislike for me personally but ma be for some…. This property is not luxury living. It’s a bit rough around the edges and could do with updating. However, for what I paid I cannot complain I’m very happy with my experience and would stay again.

• henriette (8/5): Een eenvoudig maar heel aangenaam verblijf aan de rand van de oceaan. - Ik had een balkon met vrij uitzicht op de oceaan. De locatie is prima, alle bushaltes binnen 50 m. De zee en het enorme strand is aan de overkant van de weg. Heerlijk! De golfslag is ‘s nachts te horen en dat vind ik fantastisch. De vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Een erg gemoedelijke sfeer heerst er. Geweldige frequentie van schone lakens, handdoeken en schoonmaak van het appartement. Als je niet aan luxe hecht is het een prima onderkomen. De boekenkast vol achtergelaten boeken in vele talen is geweldig! Nu nog een leeslamp in de appartementen! De zonsopkomst en de zonsondergang is mooi te zien vanaf het balkon. De supermarkt is vlakbij zodat je niet ver hoeft te sjouwen met de watercontainers. De erg felle lampen aan het plafond, meer iets voor in een ziekenhuis. Geen sfeerverlichting of leeslampen, ook niet op aanvraag en ook niet in de slaapkamer. De tv heeft weinig of niets te bieden. De gordijnen zijn kapot, de stukken hangen er bij. Ook de bekleding van het bankstel was gescheurd. Erg jammer, het zijn zaken die makkelijk verbeterd kunnen worden. Het keukengebeuren is minimaal. Een steelpan en een grote pan. Geen waterkoker aanwezig. Alles erg basic. Best veel lawaai van de grote weg, maar eigenlijk alleen gedurende de dag. Smalle maar goede bedden en hoofdkussens.

Basterebbe poco per migliorare molti piccoli dettagli, come ad esempio darmi la possibilità di bere un caffé che non sia il caffé solubile.
• Enrique (5/5): BONITO SITIO CON MUCHAS CARENCIAS - La ubicación está muy bien, enfrente de la playa y tuvimos 2 terrazas con muy bonitas vistas, los colchones de las camas muy buenos, hay sitio para aparcar en la puerta. El aire acondicionado es de pago y no lo sabíamos, la cafetera es inexistente, la plancha inexistente, una de las puertas de la terraza no tenia llave y la iban a cambiar y aún estamos esperando a que la cambien, la sombrilla que hay en una de las terrazas no se puede fijar en el soporte porque no es del mismo tamaño y se vuela con el aire por lo tanto no vale para nada, no hubo limpieza en toda la semana de estancia, el soporte de la ducha está mal situado y el agua sale de frente y se inunda el plato de ducha.

Room had a musty smell , curtains & upholstery ripped . Very poor WiFi . The room was grubby , we literally spent as little time in it as possible. It’s not a case of you get what you pay for it was €1088 for 9 days .

It rained the day I was there and the living room was flooded. Also the microwave was broken and the wardrobe didn't close properly. The towels weren't new and looked like they were in this hotel for years. Didn't look clean at all.

When we were shown to our room we could not believe the condition it was in, I can only call it uninhabitable.If a room is dirty then it can be cleaned but the state of disrepair was unforgivable. I immediately went to reception to complain and told them we would not even be staying. We were offered another room but if this is the standard they have then we were not staying. We left immediately and had to pay a high price for another location as we had no choice. I have complained to Booking.com and after they have sent 6 emails regarding this Club Pocillos has not even had the decency to respond. I called the office and the guy that answered flat out told me they had received no emails. I have asked Booking.com to drop them as a customer as they do not deserve any exposure as a client. Their accommodation and customer service are a disgrace to the industry.

• tonywR877SJ (10/5): Lovely stay - Just home after three weeks at Club Pocillos. What a view we were in room 20, nice large balcony with sun beds, table and chairs. Apartment was clean, beds comfortable and regular cleaning if wanted with change of bedding and towels regularly. All staff we had contact with were helpful and polite. I had requested an upper level and that’s what we had. Near to some nice restaurants and supermarket, kitchen was adequate for breakfast and light snacks, we eat out for main meals. We are not bothered about a pool but did take a look at the one next door which was popular. As with other budget places we have stayed could do with a touch of paint but presume that’s done on a cyclical basis. Bathroom was large with a shower over bath which was ok, always had hot water. Sadly the balcony had no sun after about 1.30 that was our only disappointment. May actually be a bonus in very hot weather, we would return.

• Carolan (8/5): Overall, I would recommend. Clean, good location and friendly. - The location is perfect if you don't mind walking. It's approx. a 30/40 min walk to get right up to old town, but there are lots of spots to eat/drink/shop along the way. Equally, you can pop down towards Matagorda either. Beach and Prom are right outside the door. Close to a small shopping centre with a lovely Canarian Cafe in the back, a bike rental shop and a EuroSpar also to stock up on supplies. Kind and friendly host.

Fahrradverleih/Autoverleih nur ein paar Meter weiter, Tauchschulen etc., öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Haustür, Möglichkeit, nach dem Check-Out das Gebäck noch beaufsichtigt stehen lassen, an den Strand gehen und danach sich umziehen zu können, Meerblick auch in 2. Reihe, zuvorkommendes Personal ... Quietschende Matrazen, kein Schutz vor praller Sonne auf der Terrasse (kein Sonnenschirm oder Sonnensegel), die Küche ist zwar gut ausgestattet, allein die Messer könnten mal geschärft und Spüllappen/-schwamm bzw. TABs (für vorhandene Spülmaschine) gestellt werden.

Lovely seeing the parakeets flying between the palms. Bus stop right outside. Pool in sister hotel (costa del mar) Was nice. Overall good for the price. Dirty room, cigarette Ash and crisps behind the lounge unit, bathroom tiles grim and unclean, sink had rust, no ventilation in bathroom, smelled dank throughout, musky smell in bedroom, water pressure not great, roof terrace had steep steps positioned directly outside back door blocking sunlight and got up there to find a phone tower and cables. I marked the staff down not because of attitude as they were friendly snd helpful but the guy on reception lied to me and said we got an upgrade to the penthouse because of the roof terrace which was not great (good view though) and they also weren't ready for check in. We checked in after 14:30. Not great given the room wasn't even clean. Plunge pool in the club Pocillos was nice but didn't use it as no sun at any time of day, maybe a slight hint before sunset but it would be great if you had sun burn.
• German (7/5): - Close to the beach, two pools, one is pretty private, although small. Had to pay extra for the air conditioner, but we didn't need it much. While there is a bath, hot water runs out super quickly, so don't take a bath, use shower.
