- Pimchanok (10/5): Perfect for stay. - Close to American Village. The venue is opposite Lawson and close to seven eleventh. The room is massive and have all you need for your stay. Still could heard the noise from traffic sometimes as it is in the intersection. Parking entrance is tricky.

- Rhea (9/5): - The space! It was nice to have such a spacious accomodation. The old style tatami mat sleeping area was so comfortable. Fridge, washing machine + dryer. The bathroom was massive and has the cutest wooden bathtub that my son enjoyed. 5min walk to American Village and seaside. Lawson, 7/11 and McDonalds a few steps. Plenty of parking space. It was self check in and never saw a staff member however we had no issues with the process. It is located on the main highway and if you’re sensitive to vehicle noise then you may want to stay elsewhere. We stayed for 2nights and on our first night between 10-midnight it was motorcycle mayhem. As per google it may have been the Bosozoku biker gang who made such loud noises driving dangerously in the intersection. They apparently do this regularly so we got lucky they only did it on our first night.

- BOKYUNG (10/5): - 위치가 아주 좋습니다. 아메리칸빌리지, 이온몰, 편의점, 맛집 모두 인근에 있고 좋아요. 무인 체크인/체크아웃으로 손쉽게 다니는것도 좋고, 방이 무지막지 넓었어요. 3면 테라스로 휴양지 느낌을 즐기고 왔습니다. 욕조가 있어서 온가족이 일정후 뜨끈한 물에 지지고나왔는데 그것도 좋았어요. 주차장에 안정적으로 들어가려면 블럭을 빙돌아서 횡단보도 쪽으로 들어오는게 좋습니다. 큰 도로쪽은 나가는 용도인듯... 환기팬을 계속 켜놔도 화장실에서 암내가 계속 난게 아쉽습니다. 그리고 물,커피,티백같은 어메니티가 없는편이고 수건교체도 없으니 잘 아껴써야해요. 그리고 폭주족 소리가 확실히 큽니다. 주말엔 12시땡하면 경찰이 단속하는거 같더라고요. 금요일엔 그렇게 크지않기도하고 가족들이 무던한편이라 잘잤어요. 소음예민한 사람은 비추. 옹졸한 배기통으로 거의 연주를 하던데 나름 색다르고 괜찮더라고요.

- J (10/5): 空間舒適，客廳區塌塌米設計很喜歡，房內還有一間獨立的雙人房，視野極佳。 - 空間超大超舒服，非常適合家庭旅遊，地點方便，公共空間區二樓有廚房，浴室有檜木大桶可以泡湯，是我們去沖繩最喜歡的住宿地點，還會想再去住。但是希望入住時網頁上的工作人員能能夠及時給予住宿的門禁密碼，不要讓我們空等待那麼久。 一直到入住當天，都沒有發給我們住宿的門禁密碼，下午五點多抵達時，一直無法順利入住，打電話過去也沒有人接，一樓入住的IPAD機器也一直打電話過去，打了一個多小時都沒有人接電話，在BOOKING留言區留言很久也沒有回應，浪費了很多時間，一直到七點才得到回應入住，讓人生氣。
- tomomi (8/5): 最高でした。 - 主人はベランダが気に入ってました。 ベランダでコーヒー飲んだり、ビール飲んだり。 景色はよくありませんでしたが、気持ちよく過ごしておりました。 私はドラム式の洗濯機があったので、翌日のタオルも洗濯してから使うことができました。 またこまめに自分の洋服も洗濯できたので、旅行帰宅後の洗濯物を減らすことができてよかったです。 柔軟剤入りの洗剤を備え付けていただけるとなおよかったです。 また、コンセントの位置も多くあったので、それぞれ家族分のスマホの充電やモバイルバッテリーも充電できてよかったです。 建具が角があるので赤ちゃんのいるご家庭には向かないかもしれませんが、我が家は小中学生なので、部屋も広く快適に過ごせました。 また、冷蔵庫も家庭用の小さい冷蔵庫なので冷えもよく、ペットボトルの飲み物もたくさん入るし、冷凍庫もあるのでアイスもいれられるし、便利だと思いました。 リゾートホテルに泊まると、冷凍庫の冷えなどがいまいちのときがあるので家電もよかったです。 ニトリの洗濯機も冷蔵庫もしっかり機能しておりました。 室内全体的には綺麗ですが、床の汚れが目立ちました。 トランクのガラガラのあとなのかな。 スリッパ備え付けがありましたが、使い捨てのものではなかったので持参すればよかったなと思いました。

I might have missed out on my end; it can get pretty rowdy .. for an hour or two, and only gets better once its midnight - Underneath the beds were very dusty... house cleaning has been cutting themselves some major slacks - The unit is pretty small for a family of 6 (+ 1 baby); there were no separation/privacy for everyone sleeping in the living room - There was only 1 toilet, bathroom - One of the electrical socket in the private room didn't make sense as we weren't able to make use of it (its on the wall, but for some reason the refurbishment of the room blocked the availability of this socket) - Parking was difficult, the entrance to the parking area wasn't very clearly indicated.

- Yuhka (8/5): 騒音以外は最高！ - スタッフ不在とのことでしたがお呼びすればすぐに対応してくださり、部屋に入るとメッセージカードがあったり、琉球グラスがあったり、おもてなしの心も感じられました。部屋も清潔で広々、ジャグジーも最高に癒されました！ ひとつだけ…夜間の暴走バイク騒音問題が大変でした。家族皆で睡眠不足になり、警察にも何度か通報して対応いただき落ち着きました。防音設備がもう少し整うと一気にホテルのランクがグレードアップするなと感じました。

- Tracy (8/5): - The living area was spacious and well suited; however, the noise at night with motorcycles was insanely loud and lasted well into the early morning hours, making it tough to sleep. Also, there is a coffee maker, but you are only supplied with one pod and no refills until cleaning day, which is once a week. We searched in multiple stores to find the brand and restock with no success.
- tetsuya (2/5): んーーー。ちょっと設備の割に高すぎるかな。 - 301号室に滞在しました。 ・お風呂の桶にお湯を溜めようとしたが、水圧が弱すぎる。貯めるのに50分は時間かかった。 更に温度調整もできず、熱いお湯しか出ず火傷しそう。 スタッフさんの対応は良かったものの、設備を直せるわないし… ジャグジーをメインに止まった側としては、契約不適合責任で代金減額請求をしたいぐらいです。 ・メインのクーラー、ホコリがぎっしり ・ベッドルームのクーラー、カタカタ音がしすぎ。 これはどうしようもないかもしれませんが、58号線沿いなので、車の騒音が凄かった。 マンションを大通り沿いで買ってはいけないと勉強になったので良し！ ・立地は、北谷に近く楽しめました。

- Sharon (8/5): Will return again, good value for money - Big room, love the balcony (saw fireworks on sat), bathtub and near to American City Nosy biker(s) from 10pm+ to midnight, every night. We could still sleep (my child is 4yo) but I think light sleepers may not be able to accept.
- Robert (8/5): Great except for the traffic and noise. - The room was great. It was huge with a balcony all the way around. Shower and hot tub was absolutely divine. The only thing that was bad about the place was that it is right on the highway and at night there are very loud bikers going up and down the street. It shakes the whole place and there’s absolutely no way to get a good nights rest.

What truly made my stay unforgettable was the surprise birthday cake and the staff singing “Happy Birthday” to me — it was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. - kwok sing Garry (10/5): 理想的選擇 - 雖然不是大酒店，亦沒有早餐。但是如果你想舒適一點就係一個唔錯的選擇。因為每層只有兩個單位。所以你就知道房間有幾大，亦有按摩浴缸。成一千呎房間、露台。只係有少少改善空間。沐浴完後毛巾沒有地方掛。如果睡房窗不要封閉就好完美😍
- Rachel (9/5): Amazing location just blocks from American Village with the nicest staff, definitely recommend! - The free parking was really easy and a nice perk. The location is two blocks from one end of American Village so it was easily walkable to all the restaurants and beaches there. The balcony is a wrap around which was lovely, but my view was a little bit blocked as I was only on the 4th floor so keep that in mind if you really want a view of the ocean. I'm sure if you asked or requested, the hotel would've been accomodating because their staff is so nice.

- A (10/5): Exceptional - The staff, was amazing and so accommodating to our needs, from helping with luggage, taking a photo for memories upon arrival and provided a copy when departing,and printing important travel documents, they exceed expectations. The location was perfect for families close to the beach, convenience stores and in American Village, taxi stations, and a few military bases are nearby. The rooms were clean and housing came everyday and cleaned very well and very quickly which was great for mornings we were still in the room getting ready for the day.
