• Nele (9/5): Wir waren sehr zufrieden. - Die Unterkunft ist super angebunden und die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr freundlich. Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und alles war wieder super. Die zentrale Lage bringt mit sich, dass die Straße unten etwas laut ist, was unseren Schlaf aber nicht gestört hat. Wenn man etwas empfindlicher ist, dann wären Ohropax eine sehr gute Idee.

Coffee nearby and excellent bathroom for the money… loved the windows and view down the street. Could have used a little desk but was able to make it work with the chair and bedside tables.

La chambre est propre, le lit est confortable. la couverture supplémentaire était appréciable Le wifi n'était pas terrible dans la chambre qui m'a été attribuée, c'était compliqué même de consulter des itinéraires en ligne (la 4G ne captait pas très bien non plus) l'insonorisation gagnerait à être améliorée

Шумная улица, люди громко кричат, возвращаясь из баров. Очень слышно соседей. Нет шкафа, поэтому вещи приходилось хранить в чемодане.

• Seraphina (8/5): Fantastic - We really enjoyed our stay in Hall Chiado - it was a fantastic location right in the heart of Chiado which made getting around Lisbon very easy as most places we could walk to or were a short bus or train ride away. It was comfortable, clean and quiet and I would really recommend.

• Ruth (9/5): Thank you Hall Chiado for being attentive and accommodating me with a room with a balcony. - The property was very clean, with an efficient self check-in system and good security. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe throughout my stay. The only issue I experienced was a strong, muggy smell in the room, likely due to the building’s age. After a couple of days of airing it out by keeping the balcony window open, it became much more tolerable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Hall Chiado and would consider returning I liked the modern rooms with a vintage decor. Showers were great and their heating system for a winter trip was perfect. I really valued the staff's availability and the cleanliness of the place and room.

Tutte le mattine è stata riordinata; non abbiamo avuto modo di rapportarci direttamente con la proprietà ma ha sempre risposto puntuale alle mail. Avevamo 2 camere, la 1 e la 3. Quest'ultima aveva l'affaccio sulla via principale, venerdì e sabato sera è risultata rumorosa. Per il resto non abbiamo trovato difetti.

• Annmsrvw (8/5): - - location is perfect, close to everything - good size of the room, renovated - we wanted to get a twin room, and the hosts managed to reserve one for us, thanks for that - as the staff is limited time at the reception, we did not manage to get the pillows changed throughout the stay (they were a bit smelly). Also the towels did not have a great smell. - the door at the entrance to the building had some issues with the lock (it was not really locking) - our room was facing the wall of another building, so barely any natural light - very few shelves / hangers, I had to keep most of the things in the luggage - some strange noise when taking a shower - not enough light in the bathroom
