• Yonghun (10/5): - 마운틴 콘도는 곤돌라 탑승에 편리한 위치이고 객실이 넓어서 여유로운 점, 객실 내 기기들이 비교적 최근에 교체되어 깨끗하고 특히 TV는 상당히 대형이어서 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 내 전자레인지가 없고 각 동에 1개 층에 2개로 공용 사용인 점은 몹시 아쉬웠습니다. 최소한 1개 층에 1개씩이라도 비치했으면 합니다. 체크인/아웃도 앱에서 진행할 수 있고 객실 키 없이 비밀번호만으로 출입 가능한 점 등도 편리했습니다.

• Karin (6/5): once you find your room, all is well - the location is amazing, while not as attached to the lifts as both mountain or valley condo, the hill condos are right next to the slopes, you can ski to your doorstep. also the rooms have the largest TVs i've ever seen extremely confusing to find out where to go or even findig a person to talk to. as the valley condo is in the middle of both bigger condo developments on the ski hill, there is NO RECEPTION, NO DESK, NO STAFF to check you in. locals book these rooms via app (all in 100% korean, we could not use any of it). you need to know what building you're in, you need your room number and then a code to open the door. we got no information whatsoever prior to our arrival and stumbled around the property for about an hour before finding some housekeeping staff to talk to and eventually figure things out. if you end up there like we did, i recommend taking the free gondola to either mountain condo or valley condo to find some staff that can help you - both these locations are attached to the shuttle buses, the slopes and have restaurants etc. hill condo only has a convenience store hidden on the b2 floor. from mountain or valley condo it's then easy to go to your place with the gondola. Another thing is that booking.com advertises the rooms with western style beds, we found our room with thin tatamis that are laid on the floor to sleep on - not the most comfortable after a long day of skiing and not being used to this at all :( lastly, the towels are ridiculous, hand towel sizes... biggest issue was figuring out how the place works, which could have been easily solved by the proprty sending out some information prior to arriving

• HAE IL (10/5): 하이원 마운틴 플러스 스위트 - 두 가족 여행이어서 부부방 2개 아이들방 1개. 욕실 3개~~하이원에 가서 보드탄 후 아이들 셋이 기다림 없이 바로 씻고 나올 수 있어서 편했어요~~ 오래되긴 했지만 전체적으로 깔끔했고 따뜻해서 겨울인데도 방,거실에서는 반팔입고 다녔어요
• Jari (7/5): Great location and room, but bit confusing for foreigners - Having a bath is real nice after a long day of skiing. Location is amazing, you're from the slopes to your room in 5 mins. Towels were way too tiny. Check in for foreigners is a bit strange. They have a desk but it's unmanned. Eventually you figure out you need to knock at the office in the back. To be fair, they helped me out well once they noticed but it's probably because Koreans do everything (including checking in and out) through an app, so you're kind of an odd one out when using booking.com to book here.

• SOHYUN (8/5): - 방 따뜻하고 슬로프도 보여서 전망 좋고 곤돌라도 가까워서 좋았어요 근데 3박 있는동안 방청소를 안해주셔서 좀 불편했어요 쓰레기도 다 분리수거 해야되는점도 좀 불편했고요 하지만 스키장 너무 잘 이용했고 눈상태가 너무 좋아서 좋았어요 힐콘도 c에 묵었는데 아침 조식식당도 가깝고 맛있었어요
• Man Yung (8/5): - 從首爾乘Purple bus 到high 1 很方便，我們在明洞0845上車，大約12:30便到high 1 。因為未到check-in時間，房間仍在收拾中，但酒店很好，容許我們到房間放下行李，大約2:30就有房間了。 房間很整潔，設施也很新淨，我們住Mountain CondoA座, 步行去mountain Ski House很方便。 B座有一間便利店，可能因為農曆新年嘅原因冇咩賣？我們這幾天只能買到一些方便麵，泡菜之類簡單的食物。 唯一的改善空間就是員工的溝通方式，無論前台的員工或是其他工作人員基本上都是不懂英文。

• MINGU (10/5): 잘 쉬다 왔어요^^ - 어버이날 기념 부모님과의 여행이었습니다. 콘도는 깔끔하고 편안했고 리조트내의 케이블카는 최고의 경치를 보여줬습니다~ 한옥카페도 좋았어요. 아테나조식부페를 이용했는데 메뉴구성이 다양한편은 아니어서 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 여행일정중 하루는 콘도안에서만 놀아도 좋을듯합니다^^

• bokyoung (8/5): - 오래된 시설이지만 관리에 신경을 쓰고 있어 불편함 없이 잘 쉬었습니다. 다만 욕실은 청소에 조금더 신경을 써주시길요. 줄눈이에 곰팡이가 제거되지 않은채 있고 변기주변도 청결하지 않았습니다. 주방과 침실은 청결했습니다. 자주 다녔는데 주변에 이렇게 좋은 트레킹 코스가 있는줄 몰랐네요. 담에는 완등 하도록 하겠습니다.

• cheang chun (10/5): - I lived in Hill Condo Tower C, it is nearby the gondola to go to Valley Condo and Mountain Condo. Room is good and big. The room for 5 people. Cook facilities are well prepared. Foreign guests can get the discount coupon at mountain check in station, However, it is a bit far away by walk from mountain condo, no issue for the guests who drive to High 1. Restaurant and food car are good. Special the local food next to mountain condo. The room can online check in, however, it seems good for Local people only. It is good if more information to share about online check in. Anyway, We have few nice day at the resort.

• sung won (2/5): 힐 콘도 GS25는 이용하지 말자 - 주차장에서 처음 뵈었고, 퇴실 때 분리수거 함에서 양손 가득 들고 있는 저를 도와주신 메이드 여사님들 얼굴을 마주 할 때 반갑게 인사를 주고 받을 수 있는 것은 매우 좋았습니다. 하지만 힐 콘도에 있는 GS25에 있는 아르바이트인지 사장인지 모르는 자 때문에 그 좋은 인상은 불쾌함으로 남았습니다. 휴대전화로 동영상을 시청 중이라서 제가 방해 한 것 때문인지 계산할 때 카드를 잘 밀어넣었는 데도 인식이 오래 걸리자 짜증 난다는 말투로 "카드 끝까지 밀어 넣었어요?" 라고 물어 보더군요. 그 말을 하기 싫었다면 카드리더기를 고정시켜서 카드 삽입이 불편하지 않게 했어야 했는데 그런 말은 들어볼 수 없었습니다. 제가 다녀본 대부분의 편의점은 카드리더기가 고정되어 있고 삽입이 잘 안되었다면 다시 해달라고 하는데 말이죠. 이거 불편함을 넘었는지라 다시는 이용하지 않을 것 같습니다.
• So Mi (8/5): 대체로 조용하고 깨끗하나 화장실은 1개 - 방은 2개이나 화장실은 1개라서 불편할 수 있음. 대부분 깨끗했으나, 콘도 내에 할 것은 숙박외에는 없음. 깨끗한 것에 비해, 욕실 물 닫는 곳에는 곰팡이가 있어 불쾌했음.
• Hyun gi (10/5): 하이원 힐콘도 - 편안하고 좋습니다. 대신 힐콘도는 슬로프 정상까지는 시간이 좀 더 걸립니다.

• heejung (6/5): - 평범하긴 한데.. 편의 시설이 거의 없어 취사를 하기 불편함 뷰 좋은 쪽 번호를 미리 알 수 없어 일찍 체크인을 했는데도 별루 인 곳이 선택됨
• Youngjin (8/5): 모든게 만족스러움 와이파이 빼고 - 깨끗하고 시설도 훌륭합니다. 부대시설도 좋은 편입니다. 코로나로 인해 몇몇 식당이 문을 닫긴 했지만. 콘도별 지상주차장의 자리는 넉넉한 편인데 한파에는 적당하지 않은 듯 합니다. 한파를 피해 지하주차장에 대려고 하니 자리가 몇 없더군요. 유일한 단점은 실내 와이파이입니다. 와이파이가 잡혀도 거의 되지 않습니다. 때문에 인터넷으로 할일이 있었는데 결국 못했습니다. 하이원 콘도는 국내최고급이라 생각하는데 와이파이 문제는 해결이 되면 좋겠네요.
