- Sheila (8/5): - It was a beautiful condo with plenty of space! It’s very convenient to everything! It has a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. The only downside is it needs a deep cleaning especially the rugs, sofa, all accent pillows, and bedding. It also needs an instruction manual for ease of check in items as parking passes & parking rules. Overall I would stay here again.
- Mary (8/5): - Broken nightstand in master bedroom. Dishwasher would not drain. Basically the beautiful view from the balcony was the best part a lot of space but completely outdated and a lot of cosmetic repairs needed.
- Ayonna (8/5): - The property was nice. It was clean for the most part. There was a swim suit left ont the back of one of the doors and crumbs on the fold out sofa bed. Other than that it was cleaned. The view is amazing and the master bath tub is a treat, however the hot water doesn't get very hot and only last a few mins. So when the family has to take turns to shower we had to wait in between for the water get back hot. That was annoying. My biggest problem was Expedia advertising this property check out time as 10AM only to get the contract and it was 9AM. The company blamed me for booking through Expedia and told me to let you all know. So Expedia you need to update any policies for rentals according to their current policy or you will continue to see complaints about false advertising. I wont be staying here again because that hour really matters when you have family of 7 with young kids.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The master room bed base was broken ,so mattres not even we couldn’t sleep on it . We had to sleep on the couch . I paid 1500$ to sleep on the couch . I was unloading then I didn’t know I saw ticket wrong parking if you don’t move your car we tow .i move it parked it across the street . There was one guy work there wasn’t friendly.End of the day we had good time with my family .
- Katherine (8/5): Great Property, Terrible Management - Let’s start with the bad - the entire check in process. We received information from our booking confirmation that we would need to check in at Edgewater Resort because Grabdview East doesn’t have a front desk. Ok, no problem - except after waiting in line at Edgewater for 45 minutes to get up to the counter to be told we couldn’t check in there but at a different resort down the street - The Majestic. Get to the Majestic at 330pm - check in is set for 4pm. We were not able to check in until 8pm due to housekeeping and inspections of the condo we rented - FOUR HOURS of waiting to check into the property. Other than the initial terrible check in the property itself was fantastic and we would stay here again. The pool is shaded all day and the location of this property on the beach was spectacular! Our condo was clean and had everything we needed.
- AlwaysGone (4/5): - I love the location and how quiet it is. I’ve stayed with them over 15-20 times in the past 7 years and my most recent visit was great but my condo was disgusting upon arrival.! Condo 1504 needs to be bombed for roaches and ants. And the cleaning crew needs to be checked behind.! Upon arrival there were large hair balls under the counter in the master bathroom, the bathtub was disgusting and there was hair floating in the toilet.! The shower caddy was rusted the floors had sand all over them and there were black streaks on the floor in the master bathroom. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies(broom/dustpan, mop, Clorox)and clean for OUR LIVES.!! On top of having to pay for a cleaning Fee.! HA.! Who’s going to pay us?! I love Grandview but Resort Collection by Grandview is going to have to do better AS THEY ARE EACH INDIVIDUALLY OWNED.!!! I booked thru orbitz but thru RESORT COLLECTION.!!
- Stephanie (4/5): Major thumbs DOWN!👎 - 1. Room wasn’t ready until 8:30pm, yet promised 4-5. 2. Washing was broken 3. Garbage disposal was broken 4. Most of the furniture was broken 5. Room was dirty & smelled like smoke and greasy food 6. Parking was across a very busy road & you took your own lives in your hands crossing. 7. It was under construction, so you got to walk through mud to get to your car! 8. The nicest thing about the place were the kind security guards!

Had to check in at a different property and pay over 400 in additional fees. Car got towed even though I paid an additional 25 parking fee and had had a pass. Tow company said they were in on a scam with Resort Collection to make money.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A quick trip to PCB - The most imprtant thing to me when this reservation was made was the view. This building delivers. Great Views! The furnishings and especially the mattresses have seen better days but the view was stellar. Keep in mind that this building does not have a parking deck or pedestrian bridge over 98. Staff was friendly. You have to remember check-in off site. Did I mention the view?!
- Taylor L. (4/5): Don’t book here unless you ask about fees - The place was nice, but the homeaway receipt I received did not state any further fees were owed. At checkin the very inept front desk agent informed me of a further $230 in resort fees. I understood that when you book on homeaway, you were paid up. Don’t trust this lie of an establishment.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Fabulous Stay - The stay at Grandciew was a delightful experience. We loved the accommodations. The only issue that we experienced was the ongoing construction that presented a safety hazard. With the parking lot across the street from the Grandview, we always felt in danger of getting run over by passing vehicles due to the sidewalks being covered with construction materials. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We had to pregnant ladies and older woman in her late 70s two kids under 6 not counting other things. But that is a big downfall. The place was nice though besides that
- Carol (8/5): Convenient and just right size community condo - Very clean condo. Perfect size condo community which lent to not too crowded beach area. Fast elevators. Perfect spot.

- amber (10/5): Grand view East - We had a great experience. The only complaint we had was being told we were not allowed to lounge on the beach chairs by some random beach worker. Later we found out from the desk staff that it was included in our rental. We had two toddlers with us and being told that greatly affected our beach time.

- Phillip (8/5): Ouch, my aching back! - We loved everything about our room EXCEPT the bed in the guest bedroom. The mattress was in dire need of being replaced. We loved the balcony, the living area and the kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom was lovely and master bathroom was amazing. The unit was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated and we could not have asked for more EXCEPT the mattress in the guest bedroom. It might work for young, small children but not suitable for adults.

- Olivia (8/5): Relaxed - Location, view and space were wonderdul! The few things that needed fixing were fixed right away. Our dryer did not work which hated because we needed to wash towels and stuff. I thought it would have some basic things like a mop, salt, sponge to wash dishes but didn't. The pool is under shade so it was always cold, its small. The elevator was a pain, always a long wait or it didn't work. Parking fee amd parking was across the street, area under construction. Only a few things were inconvienient but overall a good stay. I would want to try other hotels around.

- Shawn (4/5): Not what was listed - Looked through several bookings that had a jetted tub / in room hot tub, for our anniversary. We decided on this place. We arrived on Wednesday and did several things around town. On Saturday the day of our anniversary I went and picked up things for the Jetted tub. Rose petals, smell goods and all that. Fill the tub up and BOOM the jets don't work. Heck the button wasn't even there. Needless to say we are not happy at all. If your going to advertise it then it had better be there.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great access to the beach - The check in process should've been explained during booking. We were given the address to the room and drove to that location. We found out from the pool maintenance person that we had to check in a block from where the room was actually located. This was inconvenient. Other than this minor inconvenience, the condo was very nice and we had an excellent view of the beach.

- Everett (8/5): Grandview East - Panama City Beach - Staying at the Grandview East was what we expected at a Panama City Beach condo. We had a 3BR unit which was spacious and a generous size balcony. The balcony furniture could use updating: wicker chairs with dirty cushions, a couple of flimsy plastic chairs, and a lounger. Inside the condo was okay except two of the bedrooms had broken door locks, a broken lamp in the living room (maintenance did come out and fix these items promptly), also the washing machine was extremely noisy, the dryer took a loooong... time to dry clothes. Other than that everything was okay. The check-in process was not explained so here it is: before 5:PM EST you check-in at the Longbeach Resort (office), after hours checkin is at the Majestic which is only a short walk from Grandview East. It would have nice to know this prior to arrival. Parking is limited across the street from the resort while a multi story parking garage and retail shops are in the works.
- Alana (8/5): Grandview gets an A- - The unit was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The location was excellent and we loved having beach service. Only complaint is the pool was very small, the parking was difficult and the stairwell was stuffy and not open air.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible conditions and fraud pics - I rent 3 Bedroom but only 2 bathrooms which they call deluxe........with bad condition + 3 rd bedroom is small and twice as the laundry room + Broken Sofa bed + Broken storm or net door (when we slide the net to have fresh air, it's fell off. ...call maintenance to fix but later still problem) + Spa tub did work. + Pool is cold and dirty; construction pain is still on chair; chairs are old and .... + No staffs around that you can ask for help + Parking space is too small; too dangerous to cross the street for additional parking.. I don't know what else that i can list...Overall....i don't think i will go back until it's improved.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Blind sided, when we arrived... - I thought that we had saved money using Expedia - wrong. Attempted to find out which unit, floor and room(s) configuration prior to arrival. Expedia could not provide any information. Upon arrive discovered that condo was under renovation, with limited parking and blocked entrance. In addition to the $1,021.68 collected by Expedia at the time of confirmation. We were hit with an additional $225.00 in "junk fees" at check-in...Grandview East was once a nice property, but currently in decline. Once the renovation is complete, hopefully it will be a premier condo again. However, we received no consideration for the inconvenience or noise from the construction. ;-(
- Johnny (4/5): Beware, don't fall for the advertised pictures. - To start things off don't expect anything like the pictures, all of the rooms are outdated with very beat up and damaged furniture. We changed rooms 3 times because they were all so bad, very nasty walls that need to be painted, cracked tiles, ancient fixtures, old school tv's and not very clean. When you arrive you immediately start the goose egg hunt, they say check in is at the majestic, you go there and they send you somewhere else a mile away. Parking is horrible, there were times where we had to pay for parking at the garage because they didn't have enough spaces. The whole strip area was ghetto, actually the whole city is pretty bad. Save your money and go somewhere else.
- CeeJay (10/5): girls get away: KayAndCeeJayTakePCB - This was an amazing stay... everything was great... the condo was every spacious, clean and comfortable.... i will definitely be back... the only think i will say is that they should tell u that check in is not at the resort u have to check in at majestic which is three building down the street.
- Eric (8/5): BAD START, OVERALL EXCELLENT TRIP - We checked into the condo unit quite quickly. Immediately we had issues with Unit#502. Upon arrival into the building, we could smell the distinct aroma of the garbage chute. Unit#502 required much work. This unit had dirty sheets on the beds and one of the quilts was in poor condition. We were not happy with this Unit, so we took pictures and presented all of our findings to the receptionist & she quickly and professionally changed us to Unit#1005. This unit was in better condition than the prior. The only other problem that we experienced was that instead of paying THE AGREED UPON EXTRA for cleaning & registration fees, that fee was actually HIGHER upon checking in with the receptionist ... It's obvious that the additional fees were not spent on Unit#502! Overall, we had an excellent time. We've stayed at the Grandview many times in the past and we look forward to staying at the Grandview in the future.

- Verified traveler (8/5): A little short of expectations. - Well lets just say we started this trip out on the wrong foot.... Arrived at the Condo in a heavy heavy downpour so was pretty infuriated to find out after getting drenched that check in was off site....no onsite office at all. So we call the number on our reservation form to get directions of where we need to go and go down there to get the information. We get there and get out and get soaked again and then find out that the amount we were told that we would have to pay upon check in had somehow increased $45 dollars AND we would have to pay for a second parking pass and the third vehicle would have to park in a daily parking area located in another area (we rented a 3 bedroom at that). We get back to the condo to find that all parking except for owners in across the road anyway. We get up to the room to change out of our wet clothes and into others to go eat and discover there is an ironing board and no iron. We call customer service to inform them and get an answering machine instructing us to leave a message in which we did and we never heard from anyone. The room was clean and spacious and decorated tastefully. The balcony offered spaciousness but one of the 2 chairs on the balcony was broken.
- TIMOTHY (6/5): Wild goose chase - We went on a family vacation and got put In a room with no hot water. Every time you'd flush the toilet the water faucet in the other bathroom would run. The ice maker didn't work and there were 3 light bulbs in the master restroom that were out. We had to check in at another location and when we made them aware of all the issues in our room they sent us to yet again a different location. If I would have known about all this running around I wouldn't have booked here. It was insanity, super stressful with a 1 year old and a 4 year old . We had the whole family

- Loi (8/5): Grandview east 2015 - The only bad thing about this place was the parking. We booked a 3 bedroom condo but they only gave us one parking pass & that was for accross the streets mean while the parking at the condo was empty bc it was after the July 4 . Our was on July 11 to 15.
- lajuana (2/5): Unsatisfied customer, will never stay there again - I was not happy with my stay at the Grandview East Resort. The building was nasty and the elevator were slow. When we checked in I had to call for them to bring towels and toilet paper,the house keeping did a very sloppy job of cleaning the condo, the comforters were nasty and had stains on them, so I called and they came the next day and removed them and just left blankets in stead. The Jacuzzi and the garbage disposal didn't work. The tub had slow drainage and the mattresses need updating. The remotes to the TV's didn't have any batteries in them. The best thing about the condo was the view.
- Verified traveler (6/5): It was ok. - The rooms were ok! We had 2 three bedroom condos. The electricity on one side of the condo didn't work and the let out sofa couch was broken. The decor was nice but the sofa bed in one condo needed to be replaced and the carpet needed to be replaced in the other one. The TV's need to be upgraded and the cable and remotes didn't work well in one condo. Overall, we had a nice stay but for the price, we felt it should have been much nicer. I called management about the cable and other problems. They sent out someone on the first night to fix the sofa bed and electricity problem but no one ever showed up about the cable.

- William (10/5): Great place - Excellent place for a fantastic price. Was very clean and on the beach. Only draw back is not a lot of info on what to do to check in on arrival but once we made a call it was ok. Will defiantly be the place we stay on every visit in the future.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Definitely not the place the stay if single - Parking Even if you rented a three bedroom condo for up to seven people is limited to one space only, and you can't even park in the building , you must drive down to quater mile, get a pass, and then park in their designated areas where you're permitted to park. Of course we only found this out after asking people in the street.This despite the fact the rooms come out to almost $$$ a night during peak holiday. At 9 o'clock told us our music was too loud and were not allowed to bring any guest to our room even in the late afternoon. Absolutely ridiculous. We were actually sponsors at the music festival and had spent a large sum of money that weekend just to get there and for the event. I guess if you're over 50 and retired don't make any noise don't mind being treated like you are a guest at some motel, this place is for you. The atmosphere during the spring break in terms of the people on the street was not very good either. People who are used to spending this type of money for these types of establishments will get a rude awakening. The room itself was nice and spacious, but given all the factors, definitely not worth what we paid for. And be careful to inspect your room if you can get someone to come and inspect, because they will try to charge you for damages that existed before you got there. This despite the fact that when you check in they will charge you almost A large SUM for what they claim included is insurance for damages.

- Natalie A. (8/5): Nice Property... Wrong Time To Visit - Positive: Great view, nicely decorated. Negatives: Required to walk across street of non-stop traffic to park, daybed in third bedroom unsuitable for its intended use This was our first time staying in Panama City Beach. We had wanted a beach trip during our tour of Florida State University and with a two hour driving time to the university this fit our needs. Unfortunately we stayed at this property during Spring Break. Traffic was a nightmare, massive groups of people, some great others not so much and heavy police presense. The property has a no noise ordinance between 10pm. and 8am., but we were woken up to a dogs incessant barking on the balcony next to our room at 7am two mornings. Pets are prohibited unless you are a condo owner in which I completely understand, but have a little courtesy to bring the dog in. Everybody else was fantastic, including the college kids that stayed on the property. We chose to drive to the local eating establishments in the area as did everybody else which made for very heavy traffic around the area. The view from the room was great and the unit was nicely furnished and decorated. Beach was quite nice, jet ski rentals were right on the beach, chairs and umbrella use were guaranteed with the room during the stay. Property is nice, but we will try another resort if Panama City Beach is on our agenda in the future.

- Kenny (2/5): Do not use this hotel. - The hotel is really common problem. 1. there is no parking space had only to cross the road Had very dangerous. 2. The refrigerator was broken, there were light bulbs are broken. The furniture had also tries to be broken swipe of the hand. 3. Facilities of the hotel was really bad. Decided will not go back to this place.
- Darla (6/5): Not Happy! - Had reservations for 2 bedroom gulf front. When we checked in they didn't have a room and substituted for three bedroom which didn't have the view. The master bath was dirty - sand in the tub - black mold in the shower. Had to park the car across the road, which is inconvenient in inclement weather.
- Aurean (10/5): great, and cheap, too! - Exactly as advertised. Comfortable, well laid out and furnished, with a stellar view of the beach. Quite literally a stone's throw from the water. Good stuff. Note that we went there off-season, so we got an awesome deal.
- Gary (4/5): Screwed by hotels.com. - When we got there, we were immediately charged $180 for a non-refundable damage deposit. When we got to the room, only one tv worked, and the wifi only worked if we were in the same room as the transmitter. After we got back from dinner, we were told that we couldn't park on the grounds, but had to park in an unprotected vacant lot next to a burned out hotel across a very busy street. The next morning, no tv's were working. The only thing that they didn't mess up or charge for was the sunset, but give them time, I'm sure they will figure out how to do that, too. We left after the first night.
- debra (6/5): never again - We were not pleased with our stay, the first room they gave us was not cleaned well and furniture looked out dated and dirty. They finally moved us to another room, after waiting for about 2 hours, well beyond check in time. They view was the only thing attractive about pur stay. We also killed two huge roaches in one night!!! Of course from then on we were uncomfortable. Never again will we stay there.

We were very pleased with the area and the view, very relaxing... When renting the scooters please read the fine print and signs at the hotel, the scooters where towed from the hotel and no could tell us where to locate them, more staff is much needed

Then was charged $180 "in case we stole or damaged something."Paid cash for it then they wanted my credit card on file were they could charge me more if it more then $1,500 in damage. So, to me if they have my credit card they could of billed me for the damage. But the $180 was no refundable. I thought this was a scam. I ll will check snd see if the other hotels do this or not before I stay their.

- Stephanie H. (10/5): Amazing Stay! - My boyfriend and I were more than pleased with the condo. It was spacious, clean and the updated décor and high end appliances were a bonus. We had an end unit which alleviated a lot of noise. The large balcony gave a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. The front desk clerk was friendly and gave specific information that we needed for our stay. We will definitely be coming back to the Grandview East on our next trip to Florida.

The man that we had to check in to get our parking pass was very rude other than that I had a good time majority of the time we wasn't in the room just slept and cooked in the room the kids really enjoyed themselves.

- Need another vacation (4/5): made for a very UN-relaxing vacation - We stayed at the Grandview East from 8/9/14 to 8/15/14. The view was wonderful. The living conditions... not so wonderful. The unit was dirty! The carpet needed to have been replaced years ago, it was dirty and had stains. The unit was dusty and not frest smelling at all. The area rugs were very worn and needed replacing. And the deal breaker... there was fecal matter still on the toilet!!! I was beyond upset! the condition of the unit spiraled me into a state of depression. I had just lost a parent the week before and was so looking forward to a relaxing vacation on the beach. There were some good things about the unit that I will share... as I said the view was unbeatable, the master bath was large, the kitchen was supplied with every utencil one could need, the unit was spacious-there were 7 in our group, and there was easy access to the beach. But to me, if I was traveling and a friend or family member offered me a place to stay that was in this condition it wouldn't have been as bad. But, we were PAYING to stay in this filth! Made for a very uncomfortable, unrelaxing, dissapointing vacation.
- Grandma and more (10/5): Quieter beach with small pool - We spent a week here with 4 adults and two children (1 and 3 years) in a 3 br condo on 15th floor. Condo was clean and quiet, needs room darkening shades in two smaller BR's. We put our own pack n play in laundry room for 1 year old. Parking is limited to one car on condo side of street despite paying extra for additional parking pass. Don't forget cleaning fee and damage fee at checkin if on a budget. Plenty of dishes and kitchen items. Bring own coffee, filters, windex for glass tables (!) and paper towels. Perfect view of beach, secure building and timely elevators on our stay. Plenty of food nearby, 2 minutes to Walmart.

They lied about prices, gave us the run around, and were hard to understand. They gave us the physical address to our condo but we had to drive all over Panama City just to find out where we needed to check in!
