Lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Posizione comoda e tranquilla, ideale per rilassarsi ma anche ben collegata. Assolutamente consigliato, torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto pulito e funzionante. Garage sotterraneo al costo di 10 euro. Colazione dolce completa. Tutto come da aspettative

Clean comfortable rooms, and an unexpectedly good breakfast. Some may consider the rooms a little stark. We did but as it was an overnight pit stop that didn’t bother us

Feelings during the stay - like at home ! All, what may be needed for 10 days stay - WAS PRESENT. Not far away from the seashore and main attraction points of Puglija, if You are traveling by a car. SUGGEST TO EVERYBODY ( And for travelers during work, AND FOR FAMILIES !!! If I will have need to stay in that region once more - I will choose Blue Residence hotel in Casarano.

Antonio (4/5): Intervenuti i Carabinieri per fare il check-in - Ci è stato richiesto di compilare un questionario spacciato della Regione Puglia, in realtà un semplice form su GoogleModuli, senza nemmeno l'autorizzazione della privacy. Alla nostra richiesta di leggere la normativa ci è stato comunicato che quanto richiesto dall'email dell'hotel era la copia di quanto richiesto dalla normativa in vigore per la Regione Puglia. La persona al Check-In è stata perentoria: o compilavamo il questionario o non ci dava la camera. Ha fatto finta di chiamare la Regione (alle 23:30!!!!) quando invece parlava con il fratello, a quanto pare titolare dell'hotel, si è presentato direttamente in Hotel. Alla nostra domanda "scusi ma lei è della Regione Puglia" ovviamente abbiamo ricevuto risposta negativa. Nella mia vita non ho mai visto una scena così stupida. Verificato da web che non esisteva alcuna restrizione dalla Regione Puglia abbiamo chiesto un intervento dei Carabinieri che hanno visto insieme a noi il modulo senza privacy, non della Regione Puglia ma dell'hotel e hanno semplicemente comunicato che avendo pagato la camera e avendo dato i nostri documenti avevamo diritto alla nostra camera. Ho lasciato 300,00 euro di cauzione in contanti e finalmente abbiamo avuto le chiavi delle due camere.
