- Lindsay (7/5): We always stay here when we come to Chattanooga. Little disappointed this time in that it was really loud and raucous. N - Very convenient. Love the location It was really crowded with a wedding and people were throwing trash around which is unusual for this hotel.

- Emily (10/5): - Beautiful modern decor, very clean! Room was well designed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. And, loved seeing the antique VWs in the lobby - used to love my old bug in early '80s!
- LaLa (8/5): My stay experience. - I like the exceptional customer service.The hotel was very beautiful and well maintained the accommodations that was given was great I didn't like when taking a shower. The loud noises coming from the shower area, the bed and the pullout couch. It was very old and not comfortable and also just hearing the noises from other showers or pipes whining very loud. When the shower is started Las, the may to order breakfast. Should have catered to people who do not eat pork. You should have had chicken or Turkey, sausage or bacon. As well as a better selection of food choices I've been to plenty embassy, suites, and the breakfast is exceptional there. The breakfast was ok but I expect exceptional But overall, I would give our stay at 8. Thank you.

- Donna (10/5): Comfy and clean - Comfort and cleanliness We had over 400 people at a conference with only 3 elevators and 2 of them seemed to not work! There’s only one hook in the bathroom and nowhere to dry our towels.
- TRP_JFP (10/5): Excellent customer service! - Marisa, the front desk supervisor, was amazing! We had some noise issues with a room beside of us, she quickly moved us to a different room. Great customer service, rooms clean, breakfast was good. We would stay again if we were back in the Chattanooga area.

There was an older dark skin lady that was cleaning up in the breakfast dinning area, I forgot to ask for her name, but she was extremely pleasant the whole time we were there🤗 The lady bartender as well, that was serving during the nightly happy hour. The only negative thing that I can say is the snacks could be better, during the happy hour

- Margaret (8/5): Nice hotel. Sad to see poor service. - Front desk- Marisa was delightful. Very helpful. Bar- Violet was fun, very knowledgeable and personable. Room was very nice. If they are not going to service the room, make the bed and take out the trash, they need to tell us up front so you know and can act accordingly. Also, if they are not offering full service don’t charge like they are.

- Natarajan (4/5): Not very happy with staff experience - clean rooms and facilities offered in the hotel with good breakfast options Front office Staff was rude and full of misinformation with no accountability or respect to guests. I had opted for an upgraded premium queen suite and was told I will be charged after confirmation during checkin. During Check-in the staff told I am not eligible for upgrade as I went through Booking.com. I accepted and went to my room but later realized I was charged for upgraded premium room. I went to clarify this and the same front desk said she did not see the upgrade and I was provided a upgraded room which includes free snacks provided in the room. Now that we are back from Vacation the property has charged me for the snacks as well which I was told was included in the upgrade. I am totally disappointed with this kind of misinformation shared.
- 17phylw (10/5): NICE STAY - Lobby area is very pretty with two sided fireplace to the ceiling...Rooms very clean and quiet. Gym is new state of the art elliptical, treadmill and free weights and more. Pool is very nice and a little over 5 feet on one end. Breakfast was delicious... but no Breakfast BLT special on Saturday...snacks at night were average. Lots of all sizes dogs... will remember that next time I will book a hypoallergenic room.
- Christina (5/5): Wouldn't stay there again. - The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and modern. There was too much road noise and trash trucks woke us up at 2:30 a.m. The trash trucks beeped and made loud noises for 20 minutes.
