- Florian Wenzl (9/5): Very good but some things too pricy!!!! - Extremely clean and instead of letting me pay for late check out, they shifted my check out time from 12am to 3pm for free and I could stay by the pool until evening with locker and shower. Breakfast is great!!!!!!!!! Rooftop pool bar is way too expensive!!! 260 Bath for a 0.33l Thai beer is just way too much!!!! 7/11 next door, from my point if view it gives them not a good picture to charge such prices for beer I can buy next door for 40 Bath, I think they don't need such prices, the rooms are on a bit high price already

The service throughout my stay was truly exceptional. Special thanks to Mr Name and the concierge team for the great arrival experience and warm hospitality. Linda the restaurant host still remember my breakfast preferences, which made me feel welcomed and valued. Chef Ake was always friendly, attentive to my food allergy requirements, and even prepared a special serving of mango sticky rice, my favourite dessert during breakfast. The staff at the executive lounge were so wonderful- always cheerful, attentive and responsive to my requests. Their professionalism and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the personalised service from everyone and would gladly return again and again.

As an experienced traveler, I can honestly say the facilities and service are absolutely superb. The outstanding service by their entire staff is truly noteworthy. I am new to trying Thai and Asian food. At breakfast, Hostess Meily and chefs Joke and Eugene were incredibly helpful and patient. Their genuine smiles could turn a bad morning into a good day. The staff in the Executive Lounge are professional and anticipate your food and drink wishes. The rooms are well designed with a huge shower and comfortable bed. The location near the Phrom Phong BTS, EmSphere, Emporium and EmQuarter is extremely safe and very convenient. You will have a very good stay here!!

- LauraJaneJJ (10/5): Best Hilton in Bangkok - Our home away from home! - I cannot speak highly enough of Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. It has an amazing location, beautifully appointed rooms, one of the best executive lounges I have ever experienced, and truly exceptional service that made our stay incredibly special. We were in Thailand for one month due to the regional conflict and had the opportunity to stay at several Hilton properties in Bangkok and beyond, including Hilton Bangkok Asoke, Millennium Hilton Bangkok, Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, Hilton Garden Inn Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport and this was by far our favourite. The level of care and hospitality we received was unmatched. We returned to the hotel on four separate occasions during the month and ended up staying for over two weeks in total. It truly became our home away from home. The staff in the executive lounge deserve special recognition, especially Joy and Jay, who were so warm, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. As a Diamond member, we were upgraded from a standard room to a suite, taxis were arranged seamlessly, our favourite drinks were remembered each evening, and meeting rooms were kindly reserved daily so our children could do their online learning while we worked. The executive lounge food offering is one of the best I have come across, with such a generous and high-quality selection that you hardly need to go elsewhere for dinner. What stood out most was how thoughtful the team were with our family. They even arranged stationery items each day for our daughters, including whiteboard markers and scissors, to help with schoolwork. Those little touches meant so much. Although it may not always be marketed as a family hotel, it was absolutely wonderful for us. Another bonus was the gym overlooking the pool, allowing my husband and me to work out while keeping an eye on our girls swimming. The location is also excellent, with fantastic restaurants and shopping nearby. I highly recommend D’ARK in Emporium, as well as Antonio’s, just a short walk or tuk tuk ride away and one of the best Italian meals we had. The hotel dining options are also excellent, with access to restaurants across both the Hilton and the connected DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok. Thank you again to the entire team for making a difficult and uncertain time feel comfortable, warm and memorable. We will absolutely be back!

We started with a cold meat and cheese platter and followed that with a fish course. The first course was wonderful and the cod in the second course was prepared excellently. Checking in was handled smoothly and fast by Khun Mix and Apple. The early check in was immediately offered, even we knew that we might show up quite earlier than the check in time. During the stay, we really appreciated Khun Oui and his concierge team for local recommendations and offering shuttle service to the mall. Overall experiences were awesome until our departure. The fast check out was made with the same manager Khun Apple checking me in along with Khun Fah and Khun Joy, the process was so fast but memorable and we definitely come back again.

- ooychaiy (10/5): An Enjoyable Sukhumvit Stay! - The Hilton Sukhumvit is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the Sukhumvit BTS Line and the Emporium Shopping Mall. You can also easily grab a motorbike taxi or a tuk-tuk from the street. I visited both of their restaurants. I particularly enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the second floor. They also serve a delicious daily breakfast there. On our last day, the staff surprised us with a pancake as a token of their appreciation for our stay. The staff were the key to a memorable stay. They surprised my mom’s room with birthday decorations, which made the birthday trip even more special. I truly appreciate their efforts, especially Khun Apples. The deluxe rooms were spacious, featuring a comfortable working desk and a large shower room. Will come again!

As a Diamond member, it was especially satisfying to feel recognised in meaningful ways rather than just lip service. The room upgrade was much appreciated and set a great tone right from arrival—it’s always nice when loyalty is acknowledged without having to ask. The WhatsApp check‑in experience was another highlight. It made everything feel smooth and modern, and I liked being able to communicate easily without having to queue or pick up the phone. Small touches like this really make a difference, especially after travel. Breakfast was also very well handled. Having a dedicated seating area added a sense of calm and privilege to the morning, and the service there was attentive without being overbearing. While the hotel’s hardware is clearly on the more mature side, it still retains a sense of luxury and character. Everything is well maintained, comfortable, and elegant in a classic way—it doesn’t try to be flashy, but it feels confident in what it is. Overall, this was a stay that made me feel both relaxed and valued. I left with a positive impression and would happily return.

For two consecutive days, Linda prepared my favorite oat latte for me with a warm smile, which made me feel so happy and touched. When I wanted a Thai-style crispy pancake but didn’t know how to explain it, she listened to me patiently and communicated with the kitchen several times until I got exactly what I wanted. Chef Momay made the crispy pancake for me, and it was absolutely delicious! Ake was also very gentle and quickly took away our egg order card. This is our first time in Bangkok, and we felt so much happiness and warmth here. Thank you all for giving us such an unforgettable memory!

- ahe_eLL20125 (10/5): A good city hotel with rooftop pool near to EM Sphere / EM Quatier shopping district - Stayed here in January 2026 for a bestie annual getaway (3 of us) Being a Hilton Diamond member, check-in was handled at the Executive Lounge with no lobby queue and no fuss. We were upgraded to an Executive Room, which was a great start. The hotel feels fresh and well put together, with that modern edge you’d expect from a city Hilton. Location new to Phrom Phong BTS station, so getting around Bangkok is easy. The real bonus is that EmQuartier and EmSphere are practically on your doorstep, great for shopping, eating, and filling the hours between sightseeing. Breakfast is great. . The buffet is good, but what genuinely impressed us was the a dedicated halal omelette station. As Muslim travellers, that kind of consideration makes a real difference. A special shoutout to the wonderful lounge and front-of-house team who made our stay feel genuinely warm and personal. Ms Joy, Ice, and Kai, thank you for going above and beyond. The pool is icy cold, maybe it is in January and it is at the rooftop. Overall, I would stay again without hesitation. Recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable, well-located hotel near to metro staion in Bangkok, especially if you’re travelling in a group.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Hilton. The room service was consistently excellent—every day the staff made sure my room was spotless, comfortable, and welcoming. What stood out even more were the warm greetings and genuine hospitality from the receptionist ladies and the team at both the breakfast area and the executive lounges. Their kindness made each morning brighter and every visit to the lounge feel special e.g. Kitty, Ake, Fang & Meily. The bed was hard and the team responded by adding extra mattress toppers for better quality sleep. Overall, a wonderful gem in city.

The breakfast buffet is always amazing: eggs to order and other standard western fare as well as a wide selection of Thai, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. We also took the opportunity to have dinner one evening and enjoyed the Wagyu steak special - best steak I have ever had in Thailand. I must especially commend Mr. Top, the manager for his supervision of his team; they were always present and took every opportunity to be of service, at times going well above their requirements to make my family happy. We’re departing today but looking forward to our next chance to dine at Scalini in the future.

Honestly, our only regret is that we didn't book more nights here! A huge thank you to the Concierge team, especially Mr. Pu. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. He provided a detailed map and a "tutorial" on how to navigate the city, helping us optimize our trip and see the best of Bangkok efficiently. The service was top-notch, and the staff made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be back and will stay much longer next time!

Very friendly and attentive staff. I was offered help as soon as the car parked in front. Concierge Kai was wondering and very informative. Th front desk agent Apple was also friendly and efficient. The suite was clean and nicely layout. The Air conditioner worked great when it comes to the hot weather in Bangkok. Very quiet room at night if you are a light sleeper. The lounge was excellent with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening happy hour. Staff were friendly and efficient. There is also an outdoor area for smokers. Great roof top pool with gym room besides, offer great relaxation and great view over the city. Breakfast at the man dining room offers greater choices among Thai , western and Indian food, kudos to the supervisor Ake who was very welcoming and efficient. Overall, even the hotel is not new, the suites and all the equipments have been well maintained and all the staffs made the whole stay memorable and enjoyable under the great management. Highly recommended this hotel and will definitely choose this hotel if comes back to Bangkok.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding restaurant. Ik heb enkele keren desserts gegeten en koffie gedronken in de avonduren. Ik vind de prijs aan de (te) hoge kant voor de geboden kwaliteit. Ook het zitmeubilair voldoet niet. De zit is met name te laag tov de tafels

- Theresa (9/5): Super Hotel, hier fehlt es einem an nichts. - Super Hotel mitten im Zentrum. Der Service ist 1A, man fühlt sich zu jeder Zeit herzlich Willkommen! Mir gefällt vor allem die Aufmerksamkeit und die Geräumigkeit des Hotels. Auch der Rooftop Pool ist spektakulär im 26. Stock. Man merkt, dass hier schon länger nichts mehr nachgerüstet wurde in Sachen Interior. Die Möbel wirken teilweise etwas aus den Jahren gekommen. Ein neuer Feinschliff würde das Hotel bestimmt in neuem Glanz erstrahlen lassen.
