Raven (9/5): - The motel was in a great location to downtown and groceries. The motel was clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom have been updated and are bright and cheery to feel more modern. The heater fan worked well . Front window has a screen and locks .There's enough space in the kitchenette queen bedroom. There was a dresser and a desk and two chairs so you can use the desk as a table. The room was well laid out and updated. Some minor things like a clogged broom sink and a loose toilet seat. But I told the manager about them. The linens were pretty good . Four pillows instead of three would be nice.

Marianne (8/5): IT was fine for what we needed and for a small town - it was clean ( except the sheer curtain) and the staff were nice. It is also just off the highway so easy access but not too loud It is our second time here. This time booked a 2 beds for me and my adult son instead of one of us sleeping on the sofa. IN the single bed room there is a sofa in the double bed room there is not; only one chair in the corner and one chair by the door which we moved Parking is very tight with the angles and the longer trucks and construction vehicles. Both times we stayed here very tight parking The white sheer curtain that is tied in a knot should be removed from all rooms. In both my rooms it was dirty and ripped and ugly

Like many hotels these days they don’t use duvet covers but instead use a flat sheet under and a flat sheet over the uncovered duvet. I find this super gross! Inevitably you come in contact with the unwashed duvet that’s been used by 100 other people

Roger (7/5): Good option for a one night stay when in transit. - Central location. Friendly staff. Clean room. Traffic noise was a little more than expected, but we came prepared with ear plugs, so we were able to have a good night's sleep.

Sandra (3/5): Unless they complete repairs I won't be back. Sad... - Princeton is a lovely little place to stop. Many iron statues depicting the wildlife around. There are plenty of places to eat and peek into that are interesting. The motel is so run down. The plastic headboard was peeling. The ceilings are riddled with water marks and rust. The floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and uneven. The bathroom door didn't open all the way because of a towel rack they installed too close. The place needs to reinvest in repairs inside and out. The room was sticky on the floor and surfaces. The bedside lamp was so loose and falling apart I didn't want to use it for fear it would electrocute me. I stayed there 3 years before and it wasn't in good shape then, much worse now. Sad.

Rooms have a fresh coat of paint inside, but outside needs some talc as the carpet on the decks to the rooms is torn and caused a tripping hazard! The bathroom window is clear with no covering and in the shower space, and faces the neighbours which was uncomfortable but it did fog up quickly

Our unit had a very awkward layout compared to our friends unit, who also stayed there. The parking was very tight. There is no seating area outside.

Nola (7/5): We were happy staying at the Ace Motel. - We generally got exactly what we expected at a reasonable price, and the location was very convenient for us in terms of our reasons for visiting Princeton. We were happy with our room and would stay again. The kitchenette provided the basics but we would suggest adding a small paring knife and a kettle for making tea or other hot drinks, as not everyone is a coffee drinker. It would also be helpful to have a few filters for the coffee making, as well as the prepackaged coffee in filter packs, because some travelers like us prefer specific kinds of coffee and bring our own.
