• Philipp (8/5): Gute Lage, etwas renovierungsbedürftig - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer hatte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Meist würde schon ein neuer Anstrich helfen. Das Fenster hat bei Wind das Pfeifen angefangen. Das konnte mit Klebeband gelöst werden.

• Lodd (7/5): - Location was good. Hotel a bit dated. Views great. AC cannot be adjusted and you have to tell staff to increase or decrease temps. Staff made mistake when I asked for a certain temp and room was super hot at night, so make sure you ascertain what temps you have before going to bed.

• Samia (5/5): Un très bel emplacement et une équipe agréable, mais un hôtel qui ne mérite ni ses étoiles ni son tarif en l’état actuel - La position , le petit déjeuner varié, le personnel sympathique, le spa L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer, mais malheureusement l’expérience n’est absolument pas à la hauteur d’un établissement annoncé comme 5 étoiles, ni du prix pratiqué. Le principal problème concerne l’isolation et l’état des chambres : • Aucun double vitrage, ce qui est incompréhensible pour un hôtel situé en bord de mer. • Les vitres sont très sales et en mauvais état. • Les fenêtres laissent passer le vent et le froid, donnant une impression de bâtiment vieillissant et mal entretenu. Le bruit est également un gros point négatif. En l’absence de salle de réunion ou d’espace dédié, le personnel organise des dîners de groupe directement dans les chambres des étages, ce qui génère énormément de nuisances sonores le soir. L’hôtel se présente comme un établissement haut de gamme, mais le gestionnaire n’investit clairement pas dans la rénovation ou l’entretien, ce qui fait que l’on paie le prix d’un palace pour un hôtel ancien, aux installations fragiles et dépassées. Nous avons néanmoins apprécié la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel, qui a fait de son mieux pour nous aider en nous changeant de chambre. Malheureusement, le problème était identique dans la seconde chambre, avec en plus des traces de scotch sur la fenêtre pour tenter de la fermer, ce qui est inacceptable à ce niveau de standing.

• Graciela Adriana (8/5): Excelente atención del personal, habitaciones amplias y confortables y excelente vista al mar - Desde el minuto uno que hice la reserva se comunicaron conmigo el conserje, para esperarnos y recibirnos de la mejor manera con una reserva de urgencia que hicimos por un vuelo reprogramado llegando después de media noche. Por el poco tiempo que estuvimos alojados, todo estuvo correctamente, nada fue a disgusto, todo lo contrario.

• Sandra (9/5): Perfect stay for exploring Puerto Madryn and Peninsula Valdes - We stayed four nights at the Dazzler. The location was great, just by the promenade. We had booked a seaview room and the view was great! The hotel does not have own parking spaces, but along the street there is parking to be found. parking was free. The area was very safe. Lots of Restaurants not too far away. It was a bit on the pricey side...

• Stephen (8/5): Enjoyable stay in Puerto Madryn - Beautiful sea views over the bay from our room. We were even able to watch the whales in the bay from our room and the breakfast room - fabulous! Control of air conditioning was from the front desk, so you had to ring downstairs every time it needed adjusting, and it didn’t seem able to cope with the effect of full sun on the windows, even with the curtains pulled closed. This also meant, other than by how the room ‘felt’ you have no idea how hot or cold the room actually is.

• Carlos (7/5): - El hotel y el personal excelente pero el desayuno mas o menos y pésima la comida del restaurante La primera noche cenamos en el restaurante y mi esposa pidio unos fideos con pulpitos, no solo estaba muy salado sino que la salsa era rara. al otro dia estuvo todo el dia en la cama con terrible dolor de cabeza y sin fuerza muscular. Fuimos a una salita de salud nos dijeron una intoxicación. Lamento mucho lo sucedido porque solo nos quedamos 5 dias y a partir de esa cena no pudo volver a comer, solo pure de zapallo, papa y vegetales hervidos.

It is not 4 or 5 star but location was excellent. Not very expensive either. Food could be a little bit better including breakfast but not a deal breaker. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and the view of the ocean from the room was nice.

• Yamir (9/5): - Es un hotel cómodo, se encuentra frente a la costanera y en el centro a la vez. La habitación es amplia la cama igual, el baño es chico. La gente de la recepción muy amable, cuentan con muchos servicios (gimnasio, spa, alquiler de bicicletas). El desayuno es variado. No cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero se puede dejar el auto afuera, es seguro. Hace falta que revisen la limpieza de las pavas eléctricas de las habitaciones ya que encontramos restos de arroz de otro huésped.

• Arina (9/5): - - Вид из номера просто шикарный, можно наблюдать рассвет с видом на океан - есть джакузи и сауна, которые резервируются на ресепшене и там кроме вас никого нет! - отличная кровать, и в целом номер приятный - при оплате иностранной картой не надо платить налог в 21%, об этом написано на букинге, но в других отелях Аргентины почему-то не всегда про это говорят - цена хорошая, учитывая уровень отеля - кроватка детская странная, это манеж в который кладут толстый матрас сильно меньше самой кроватки, что на самом деле очень небезопасно для малышей. Мы в итоге просто убрали матрас, и малышка спала без него - питьевую воду приносят каждый день, но она платная - кондиционер на ресепшене, т.е. если хотите поменять температуру в номере, надо звонить на ресепшен и говорить на испанском - ресторан работает совсем не весь день, где-то днем закрывается и открывается вроде в 20:00, не уверена, пообедать не получится - на входе лестница, с коляской не заехать, каждый раз приходится ее на руках нести Ставлю 9/10 потому что в целом ничего критичного

The restaurant for dinner was great and offered 20% discount for hotel guests. Helpful staff. Safe area. The water is right across the street. You can step outside and see the whales playing. Located next to a great restaurant - cantina nautico and also a wonderful bakery. Easy walk to explore the town. I can't recommend them enough.
