En recepcion super amables. En general el hotel esta genial Por decir algo, el personal del hotel muchos no hablaban ingles, pero su esfuerzo por entenderte y hacerse entender lo compensaba. No tenian cerveza. El desayuno aunque muy amplio, era desayuno enfocado a indonesios o asiaticos. En la piscina aunque seguro no hubiese pasado nada, las normas eran bañarse como minimo en bañador, asi q el bikini para otro sitio

- Marek (7/5): Für zwei bis drei Nächte ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, da die Stadt ansonsten nicht viel sehenswertes hergibt. - Allgemein ist das Hotel als gut zu betrachten. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, es ist sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht. Außerdem ist das Gym für ein Hotelgym sehr gut ausgestattet. Weniger gefallen hat uns die Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet. Dieses könnte etwas internationaler gestaltet sein, trotzdem haben wir immer etwas gefunden, was uns zugesagt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal war aufgrund nicht sonderlich gut ausgeprägten Englischkenntnissen manchmal etwas schwierig. Das Gym und der Poolbereich ist zwischen 11 und 16 Uhr geschlossen und daher nicht nutzbar, trotz anders lautender Informationen in der Hotelbroschüre und in der Hotellobby.

The workers could barely speak English, which was a surprise, since the hotel has "international" in its name. It was possible to have an exchange of words, but not a full conversation.

The website says they speak English which was not so and also that they have an airport shuttle which again was not so. The most disturbing thing was the rat climbing up the wall in the restaurant whilst we had breakfast, when we told the staff, they did not seem at all concerned.

- Jangmirray (9/5): Wonderful! It is a great accommodation in Medan. :) - The breakfast is amazing. The front garden and the sunrise view make it more appealing. Additional features like the gym, pool, and massage are wonderful. It would be better to provide English description of food in the menu and maybe soundproof panels in rooms. :)

The daily buffet breakfast needs more variety/change in menu from day to day. The inside room latch needs to be reparied and the windows clean from the outside. Unfortunately, the lobby lounge was closed for reno and the karaoke was not always like before (open only on request)

- Kiorewai (7/5): Very disappointing stay, despite a lovely room and great staff... - At first appearance, this place looks great and there is much to like: the friendly staff, efficient service, large, clean rooms, and a good location. The hotel has a lovely looking pool, which was one of my main reasons for booking a stay here... BUT there was a major negative... The fact I couldn't swim in the pool! The hotel closes the pool from 1100 to 1600!! This is ridiculous. The whole reason I booked this hotel was to spend one lazy day beside and in their pool. The fact I couldn't use the pool was very disappointing and for that reason I would not recommend this hotel at all.

- Andrii (7/5): Good - It's ok WI-FI internet is very unstable. This is only thing that changed my review from 9-10 to this, everything else is average, ok or good. If you travel to a foreign country and internet in a hotel is not important for you, this hotel is ok.
