Peterson (5/5): Adequate for what we needed but probably won't stay again. - The location was ideal. The staff was very helpful. The shower worked well and it was nice to have a microwave. The rooms smelled like smoke. There were a lot of dogs barking all night and morning. The rooms weren't super clean. There was dirt on the walls and a stain on the side of the mattress cover.

Washer and dryer didn’t work well and cost too much to do laundry. Vending machines were empty. Lots of water stains on ceilings and bathtubs backing up. Phones are outdated. Staff was rude. Building stunk like Indian food and marinuana.

Shoemaker (5/5): - It was no fuss concerning check-in/ out, staff was pleasant, convenient location It was FILTHY! It looked like there was feces thrown at 2 walls in the bathroom, the entryway walls were also filthy. I thought we would fall through the tub, it was soft and spongy under our feet. It also didn't drain well, the last night while showering the drain backed up and brownish gray water filled the tub. I was not happy with the stay but as it was the only pet-friendly hotel with a room we had to continue our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! I wanted to take better pictures after I got a flashlight (lighting quality was very poor) but my husband cleaned most of the walls because he knew how disgusted I was.

Twice - Affordable good location The manager was knocking on my door before 10:30 a.m. with a cleaning person, asking if I was staying another day. Since I have only booked for one night, I was obviously not staying, & If checkout is 11:00 a.m. as I mentioned, why can't you give me a few more minutes peace? Then she knocked again before checkout. I did not see a do not disturb sign but obviously these people do not care about allowing you the time to rest that you paid for

Terri (2/5): A motel or a dog shelter? - The location is good. Everything you need is close by, and it's convenient to the highway. The property was unkempt with cigarette butts and trash everywhere. The ignorant guests were rude, slamming doors and allowing their pets to bark throughout the night and did not clean up the waste. I was able to get at the most an hour of sleep pieced together.

I was not happy about that. The room was clean enough, the bed comfortable enough and the heating/cooling system worked fine. Overall I guess it was OK but would probably try another property if ever back in Binghampton.

Ray (2/5): Dont Go Here - they dont have King Beds Aval. - Made a same day reservation a half hour prior to arrival for a King Zize Bed. On checkin she gave key to room, went to romm and it was 2 doubles - grabbed our stuff and went back to desk. Desk lady said only doing rooms on 1st floor and all kings on on 2nd floor and was adamant and would not give in. We suffered thru the night in a double.

Cleaners came in room while I wasn't there. Made the bed with the same sheets, took out garbage, and replenished towels that were on the floor. But I didn't want anyone in my room. There's also no safe to lock up valuables. Thin walls, can hear all the noise. Bed platform makes sooo much noise. Outlets were loose. All yellow lighting in the room. Not enough bright lights.

The room we wound up getting was utilitarian but lacked typical amenities like shampoo and a coffeemaker. There was a coffeemaker in the lobby but even that was available for only a few hours in the morning. There were no other breakfast options. The bed mattress was thin and soft. On the plus side, parking was easy, there was free Wi-Fi, and the room was clean

Bonnie (4/5): - The check in was fine. The parking is very questionable. The room amenities are seriously the worst I've ever seen. We have an entire bed missing in our room. The bed we have is lumpy and there is a cheap wavy mattress pad and these are not even close to decent pillows and only 3 for a king bed. No tissues. Two small shampoos the size of ketchup packets. 2 adults, only 2 towels. But most of all dirty. There is blood chunks on the bathroom door and wall mixed with a hefty amount of dirt. The room is very tough to open. I personally cannot open it my husband has to. Would definitely not recommend. I took photos.

Timothy (4/5): - This place is one step above awful. Worst feature was a side entrance to the building that remained unlocked all night. The hallways stink and are dark. The four chairs in the lobby have black stains. My bath towel had a stain. The bed was comfortable but sat on top of noisy springs that woke up the other person in the room when Ingot up in the middle of the night. A/C worked but also noisy. The TV lost its signal every 60 seconds. Useless. And then there’s the stuff I expected: No breakfast.No pool. No view. No grass. The property is dated and unattractive. From the moment you slide your license under the protective glass to the clerk, you begin to regret the reservation. On the plus side, it was the cheapest option by about $20 and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there if I were a college student, cash-strapped or on a roadtrip and in need of rest. But you’ll have to spend that extra $20 on breakfast so might as well stay at a better place where that is included. The Comfort Inn next door was no Marriott but looked a lot nicer than Motel 6.

deborahmN569DB (2/5): Be WARNED!!!!!! - Worst Hotel I have EVER stayed at in over 50 years. This is a disgustingly dirty hotel (blood all over the bathroom door). Their staff are rude and unaccommodating. I booked for two nights and they kicked me out after one day and said that I only booked for one (because their "records say so"). (I have the receipt that says two days). I had to leave the zoo that I paid admission for to dispute this and show him proof that I paid for two nights. He didn't seem bright enough to understand the email confirmation. The room smelled like a dead body had been removed right before I got there. I literally had to go buy Febreze to stay there for even a few hours. So, after I checked in, I went to dinner, then headed to Walmart to buy Febreze spray, a Febreze plug in, and two extra pillows (no extra linens or pillows are in the hotel room). I also felt very unsafe. There are parties going on towards the back of the hotel on the lawn. Every time I drove around the back there were three of four guys out in the back smoking and when I drive by they would stare and it smelled like skunk. I have been on the planet long enough to know what that means. Twice when driving by, there was a guy peeping in the back door window of the hotel. And another man kept walking back and forth between the hotel next door and this one. Looked like drug deals going on to me. I mentioned where I was staying at dinner to my waitress and she looked alarmed. She said yeah, that is NOT a "nice" hotel. So, it is known as the local drug motel. The pictures (of course) do not reflect this and their staff seems to care less about what is going on. I left furious, but found another charming and clean hotel 45 minutes closer to my concert destination (bethel woods). So I was better off for leaving this disgusting place.

She is a service dog the provides me with alerts to peanuts. Odis jot care for the attitude of the front desk women. 1st she did not want to accommodate my need for a 1st floor room and visible walk with a cane. I also previously requested. When I asked if there was an elevator she said no. Any how I continued to ask who was responsible for making sure accommodations were met. Convent and clean

Di (4/5): - We booked the place for a quick stop by on our way home to Toronto. We decided to stay because of positive reviews. The gentleman at the reception is very friendly. Our room has an unpleasant smell. The room is damp, lots of condensation on the window, the bed sheet at the edges are damp. Bathtub doesn't drain well. One Towel has hair on it. Room is well clean but with strong damp and bad smell that bothered us the whole night during sleep. The place needs better maintenance and it's overpriced for its value.
