That was super helpful and convenient. Loved all the amenities in the hotel roots grillhouse, JP superstore, and Ruyi spa. Hotel is located near everything you wanna visit in Guam, restaurants, the beach, and shopping in Tumon.

I booked for almost a week worth almost $1,000 and all they can give is 2 bottles of water during the check in day. The rest of the days, you suffer with a parched throat. Wtf… so I made them clean the room daily, change all sheets fresh daily, replenish all amenities daily. When they could’ve just given the water. I felt justified.

- Sunbang (5/5): - 위치는 정말 좋습니다. 1층 마트도 늦게까지 하고, 지붕있는 주차장과 계단 몇개 있지만 바로 통해있어서 차 덜 덥고 비 와도 괜찮아요. JP쇼핑센터와 통해 있고, 투몬 걸어나가서 식사,쇼핑하고 다니기는 좋아요. 방 크기도 살짝 좁고, 시설이 너무 노후됐네요. 청소 상태도 좋지 않습니다. 중간 청소는 없구요. 먼지가 너무 많아서 그나마 바닥이 카펫이 아니길래, 가져간 물티슈로 바닥을 닦았습니다. 4박했는데, 청소하는 카트 찾아서 수건 바꿔달라고 사정했네요. 작은 타월은 쿠킹중이라고 없대요(세탁 후 건조중이란 소리겠죠?) 샤워기 수압은 약하고, 삼푸, 바디워시, 비누, 칫솔세트 있어요. 침대가 엄청 높고, 이불은 너무 크고 무겁습니다. 엑스트라베드는 돌아 누울때마다 삐그덕삐그덕 난리...다 여자 성인이라 다행이었는데, 욕실 벽 일부가 불투명 유리라 실루엣이 보입니다.

Gorgeous beach is an easy 5-min walk away, with casual public accessibility any time of day. There were lots of guests staying at the hotel and they were up very late and made noise. I asked for my room to be made 3 times in one day before they finally did it.

- Chuan (7/5): 住這邊就是一整天都去外面玩，回來睡覺就好。 - 距離海灘非常近 位置就在大街上 買東西相對方便 房間寬敞 面對停車場的房間非常吵，下方就是貨車卸貨區，倒車時的警示音、停車場的喇叭都直接進入房間，早上跟晚上都有。 飯店的滑水道沒有開放。
