• FelipeBoulton (10/5): Outstanding Value for Money with Exceptional Rooms and Service. - This hotel represents exceptional value for money, with quality rooms and outstanding services. I stayed 3 nights in April 2026, and i have wonderful view on the 8 floor. This trip was combination of business and pleasure. The breakfast had a range of options, catering for western and Indonesian tastes. However, it would be nice if milk was refrigerated, as with other Marriott group properties in Bali. There is a supermarket across the street and very large hypermarket about 5 minute walk from the hotel. An excellent bakery is 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is not near major shopping malls, but they can be easily reaching via a grab taxi for about $2 in 10 mins. The bed was super comfy and the armchair was great. However, the desk height was not really appropriate and not sufficient for business work. However, I completed most work in the armchair with pillows for the laptop.. Excellent range of TV channels including BBC and CNN. An ice bucket costs 50,000 IDR. ($US 3) I used the pool which was great on 2nd floor with city views. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated on extremely busy road and be careful when walking on the sidewalks (footpaths), it can be easy to fall. Still, I would highly recommended this hotel for the price paid and outstanding service and room quality for 4 star establishment.

• Simone (10/5): Wonderful value for money - Less than an hour’s drive from the airport. This hotel is incredible value for money. The room was above my expectation for the price I paid. It was very comfortable and exactly what I needed after a long journey from the UK. All staff were incredibly kind and courteous. I didn’t get the name of the man who checked me in on reception, but such a lovely welcoming person to meet after a long travel day. Erwin was very helpful to me at the restaurant and so was Vani when checking out. Great selection at breakfast. Also really handy to have an ATM just downstairs and a supermarket directly opposite. Only request would be to label the allergens at breakfast. I am allergic to nuts and it wasn’t always easy to tell what was safe to eat. I’m also sorry my flight was so delayed so I couldn’t make more use of the facilities at this fab hotel. Highly recommend

We were encouraged to try Indonesian food which we otherwise might not have done and found it excellent. Vani on reception was extremely helpful when I lost my debit card leading to it's recovery. Not the hotel's fault but some noisy inconsiderate guests kept us awake until late

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the internet connection was reliable, and the breakfast selection was good. The staff were warm and welcoming. • nickliveshere (10/5): Arguably better than JW Marriott Medan - wonderful Indonesian hospitality! - High quality modern hotel with outstanding Indonesian hospitality. Generally I have low expectations with Four Points given such mixed experiences around the world but this one stood out. The staff were universally excellent. Special mention to David in restaurant and lobby who was super helpful and courteous with our unique request to prepare a cake and bring to our car via Whatsapp as we were in a rush to a meeting. Truly hospitable Indonesian service. Lovely Samudra also who prepared the room immaculately. Despite efforts the mosquito situation in lobby and bar area is quite bad - this is seemingly an issue in all Indonesian hotel lobbies and makes it uncomfortable for foreign visitors which mosquitoes seem more attracted to. I don’t want to get dengue in a hotel lobby! Room modern and well equipped - arguably this is a better place to stay than the higher tier JW Marriott which I had experienced the weekend before where the rooms are aging. Will be back!

Needed to get information for the train to Bandung. Reception service offered excellent service in navigating the website. Aby at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and patient. Helped me get my train tickets. Great location to get around but somewhat noisy due to the Jakarta traffic. Would definitely stay there longer next time.

Leider wurde uns bei Ankunft nur ein Raucherzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Zimmer waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit Brandflecken auf dem Teppich und Sessel sowohl Lampen und sehr verqualmter Luft sowohl im Flur als auch im Zimmer. Selbst wenn es sich um ein Raucherzimmer handelt, ist das nicht der Standard, den man bei Four points bei Sheraton erwartet und gewohnt ist. Sauberkeit sollte auch hier oberste Priorität haben.

Van te voren gevraagd voor 3 kamers dichtbij een omdat we een gezin met kinderen zijn. Uiteindelijk wel zelfde verdieping maar alle drie niet naast elkaar en moesten wachten tot kamers gereed waren. We werden half 11 s avonds wakker gebeld (na een reis van 24 uur achter de rug) om te betalen terwijl we een deposit hadden achter gelaten met creditcard.

Breakfast nice as they have lots of choices especially Indonesian food. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I will stay in this hotel again when coming to Medan. When we first coming and at the entrance the security didn't ask if we stay in the hotel and tell ask to park not in the hotel as it was full from the wedding hall guests so its not convenient to park somewhere else with lots of luggages and we are lucky we can get in to the hotel and i tell another security we need to check-in and lots of luggage as we stay 3 nights 3 rooms and he let us go to drive in the front lobby. They should prioritised the in house guest first rather then those who attend the hall event for the day.

I booked more than 20 rooms directly through the app for a minimum of 4 nights each! | only was given the bonvoy points for 3 rooms which was unfair! l organised my brother's wedding function in the hotel. It was a 3 days function in the hotel at 3 different function hall. After spending for the events and for more than 20rooms in the hotel! I feel l earned all the bonvoy points for all the rooms . I booked directly through the bonvoy app and not through a 3rd party! How can my spending to the hotel be differentiated whether it is directly through the Marriott application or through the sales person?!?!? Irregardless, the revenue full goes to the hotel directly! To even get free 1 free upgrade for booking so many rooms was so difficult! The manager said that direct bookings points only rewarded for 3 rooms! The group room price the event sales quoted was more expensive than the room price I got directly from Marriot Bonvoy app. They told me only through events package can I earn the points for all the rooms I spend on! Such a scam! I didnt expect that is how customers are indirectly scammed!

• Nur (8/5): A night stay at Four Points Medan - The bed is king size with firm mattress. The room size is enough for 2 of us. Rather old. The bathroom is considerably small as when opening the bathroom door it blocks shower door.

Na een verschrikkelijke ervaring in een ander hotel was de keuze gauw gemaakt om opnieuw voor Four Points by Sheraton te kiezen. Heel fijn dat ze hier een kamer vrij hadden op zo'n korte termijn. Helemaal niets, alles was tiptop in orde.

• Paul Norman Charles (6/5): Not as good as experienced the first time I stayed there. - Staff very friendly and abiding. This was the 2nd time I stayed here. I was very disappointed with the room I got. It was on the 2nd floor and when you pulled the curtain back it peered in straight into the gym area. Needless, to say the people in the gym could stare straight into my room, no privacy. Furthermore, I had booked and paid for a double sized bed but received a single.
