Natacha (4/5): Moyen - Quand on réserve en sachant que l établissement est équipé d’un ascenseur et qu’on se retrouve au 4eme étage avec un enfant en fauteuil roulant mais que du 3eme au 4eme étage il n’y a aucun ascenseur et bien énorme soucis Comme le petit déjeuner servis entre 7h30 / 9h30, le second jour a 8h45 nous avons plus de beurre même en demandant au personnel la réponse il n’y en a plus et le dernier jour idem à 9h plus de beurre et cerise sur le gâteau plus de chocolat chaud en dosette et la réponse a été on en a plus Je trouve ça moyen vu le tarif du petit déjeuner

Lotte (6/5): - Kamer was goed schoon, maar alles is redelijk gedateerd en de badkamer is zo klein dat je er amper in kunt staan. De "wastafel" is een waskommetje zoals in een toiletruimte thuishoort. Hoofdbord achter het bed is versleten en ziet er daardoor erg onfris uit. Ontzettend veel straat geluid. Hotel is aan een zeer drukke doorgangsweg gelegen waardoor ook de hele nacht veel geluid van verkeer. Badkamer is zo klein dat je je haar er niet kunt borstelen met de deur dicht. Geen ruimte om toiletspullen neer te leggen.
Hassan (5/5): Vriendelijk personeel, maar weinig comfort en veel nachtelijk lawaai. - Het personeel was vriendelijk, maar kan meer betrokkenheid tonen. De badkamer was zeer klein, met een toilet erin, waardoor er nauwelijks ruimte is om comfortabel te staan. De bedden waren voldoende, maar kunnen van betere kwaliteit zijn. Wat tegenviel, was de beperkte betrokkenheid van het personeel, de zeer kleine badkamer met nauwelijks bewegingsruimte door het toilet, de bedden die wel voldoende waren maar niet echt comfortabel, en het lawaai in de nacht waardoor de nachtrust werd verstoord.

Les gens qui non aucun respect pour ceux qui dorment. Porte qui claque bruyant dans les couloirs aucun respect c'est dommage. Et l'insonorisation j'entendais la personne de la chambre a côté se brosser les dents je vous passe des détails.

Corine (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Acceuil très bien, chambre simple mais confortable et bien équipée. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner très bien. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier très sale, les détritus jonchent le sol ce qui ne donne pas du tout envie de visiter les alentours. Le parking est cher, un peu loin de l’hôtel mais absolument nécessaire pour éviter de tourner des heures à la recherche d'un stationnement qui sera de toute façon payant.

Sarah Natascha (1/5): Déception maximale. - Rien de positif ! Le personnel était très désagréable. La femme de ménage faisait du bruit tôt le matin. Les autres clients étaient assez bruyants. La chambre ne correspondait PAS DUTOUT aux photos. La douche était minuscule, avec un vulgaire rideau de douche, pas de place. L'hôtel était loin de tout.

Sonia (4/5): Für nur 1 Nacht ok, aber Preisleistungsverhältniss nicht entsprechend. - Die Lage, nur Auto 10 Minuten von Gare du Midi Entfernt. Frühstück haben wir jeweils 10€ p.P jeden morgen Bezahlt am Empfang. Die Zimmer sind extrem Eng für 2 Personen das wir uns kaum Bewegen konnten.( Wir haben doppel zimmer mit 2 Betten gebucht) Es gab keine gelegenheit unsere Jacken aufzuhängen , es gab einen kleinen Schrank aber keine Kleiderbügel um sachen aufzuhängen. Bei der Buchung im Internet stand drin das Wasser Koffer und Kaffee in Zimmer Bereitstehen würde, bei Ankunft war nichts davon da. Nur ein kleiner leerer Tisch ohne Stuhl steht in der Ecke. Mülleimer im Bad wurde nicht geleert, war noch vom vor Besucher.
