From meeting Kate to the amazing detail that went into making our stay so enjoyable. It is very peaceful and tranquil with floor to ceiling windows. The king size bed was so comfortable and all the breakfast amenities left in our accommodation from a large fruit bowl, milk, coffee, bread, yoghurt, cereals, condiments - was a beautiful touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

Kate kindly offered us the use of a larger pavilion, and we could sit outside on the deck in the garden. Loving care has gone into making this place special for guests.

It was close to Hahndorf and a number of attractions we intended to visit. The only thing I didn't like was the parking space which was very tight and would have been impossible with a larger car.

Beautiful fruit, yogurt, 2 cereals, butter, milk, bread, jams, coffee, tea, delicious fudge and tropical juice. We spotted a resident koala just outside our balcony. It was a 3 minute drive to Stirling town, which is a lovely town with restaurants, supermarket, petrol station and lovely shops. Kate (the host) was amazing. She was so helpful and recommended some wonderful wineries and restaurants to visit. Kate could not have been more helpful. Just a wonderful place to stay!! N/a

The gowns were a lovely touch, the breakfast was delicious and the wildlife amazing, we had a resident koala very close to us, a visit from a baby ringtail possum & of course SO many beautiful birds, this place is a must for anyone who loves wildlife and serenity, Kate was so accommodating and let us check in 2hrs early, AMAZING PLACE!!!! The outlook from lounge room and bedroom was beautiful natural bush - lots of birds and a few resident rabbits! The unit was super comfortable, very clean and felt like a home away from home. We were provided with a delicious continental breakfast of local produce - and even some homemade chocolate fudge. The little extras made the stay a memorable one. Should have stayed longer!

• Natalie (8/5): No visitor rule didn't suit me - Great location. Easy access to highway into Adelaide City. Peaceful place nestled in the bush. Fantastic fruit bowl, cereal, muesli, cookies, chocolates. Fridge well stocked with juice, milk, bread. Nice coffee provided. Dishes cleaned and returned daily. Lovely bath and bath salts provided. Linen was fresh, beds were super comfortable. Property took half of the total amount due months before I arrived ( with no notification). Had to contact the property to confirm. Was told I wasn't allowed any visitors. This was disappointing as I was in Aldgate for my son's wedding. We are not party people!. I probably wouldn't book this place again due to this 'rule'. It would've been nice to have been able to invite my adult friends and perhaps the bride and groom to join me at my accommodation for a visit ( not a party or drinking session). I have not ever stayed in accommodation that doesn't allow visitors- odd!!. No microwave or any way of heating food items. Large carpet rug in room was needing a good clean...I only realised this when I spilt some water on the rug. Went to wipe it off- cloth was 'black' with ' I don't know what'. Maybe your rug needs cleaning?.

Helen greeted us and although we were early she made arrangements for us to get in early. All the extra little touches made us feel very comfortable delicious breakfast provisions, special coffee, toiletries and cosy blanket to watch movies in the devine couch. The place was very clean and smelled lovely. Helen was so very lovely and gave us lots of helpful information about the area. We definitely will be staying here again next time we come back to Adelaide. Nothing was fabulous

The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable, beautifully presented with all that we needed, spotless and very well maintained. It is situated amongst the lush greenery of the grounds, immediately giving a feeling of peace and tranquility. The breakfast supplied was fresh and plentiful. Kate was lovely; she was friendly, cheerful, helpful and very welcoming. We could not recommend the property highly enough. • Robert (9/5): I'm afraid to share this review as I'd like to keep this all to myself. You will not be disappointed - The location was suburb. Nestled in the Adelaide Hills, we woke up every morning to the sound of chirping birds and fresh bush air. The apartment is nicely secluded from neighbours with a beautiful outdoor deck to relax on and admire nature. Inside, the unit was spotless and well stocked. Breakfast was spot-on with fresh fruit and condiments from the local area. Kate was a wonderful host who explained everything and provided suburb advice in relation to the local areas to visit. We even changed our plans of visiting another region and we weren't disappointed. We will be back. Really, there is nothing major that we disliked. Maybe more ice trays, as who doesn't like ice in their wine after a long day of tasting some of the best white wines in the country.

• Sara (10/5): Relaxing and serene accomodation - The perfect place to relax! The pavilion was quiet, very clean and appointed with little luxuries. We loved the big windows for watching the birds, with great blinds that meant the morning light was blocked for sleeping in. The breakfast supplies were generous and high quality. The bed was very comfortable, normally I struggle to sleep away from home but slept better than I had in a while. The electronic guide book is a great addition and communication was perfect.
