The hotel dinner and breakfast was so good and the open Onsen view was amazing, you can see the beautiful Matsushima lake. The hotel customers service was top notch. We will definitely coming back later.
- Beate (10/5): - Ein großartiges Hotel! Unser Zimmer im 6. Stock mit Blick auf die Bucht einfach fantastisch! Frühstück und Abendessen lassen keine Wünsche offen! Wir haben an zwei von drei Abenden im japanischen Restaurant gegessen, es ist exzellent! Sashimi, Sushi und Fischgerichte vor allem haben es uns angetan, für Fleischfreunde gibt es regionale Spezialitäten, überhaupt ist die Küche regionale geprägt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und unglaublich freundlich! Der Onsen und das Rotenburo sind sehr schön, wirklich heiß! Der hoteleigene Shuttlebus verkehrt alle halbe Stunde, sodass man das Auto stehen lassen kann, wenn man eine Schiffstour machen möchte. Alles perfekt!
- Suzanne (7/5): Fabulous view and large room, otherwise disappointing - Fabulous ocean view and large room, but given the high price there were things that could be improved for guest comfort - thin curtains let the daylight in at 4am - poor sound proofing between floors, we were disturbed by guests walking in rooms above us. - doona’s on the beds were too heavy and hot, we were told no other option was available. Given it was only spring and we had the air conditioning on, I am sure we weren’t the only guests who had experienced this. - the hotel has no laundry and offered no laundry service or assistance to access one. After 3 weeks of travel and with 4 nights in one location we were eager to catch up on washing but the nearest laundry was the other side of town, beyond shuttle bus run and no assistance was available to access it.

- Hong (10/5): 物超所值！ - 我是帶著剛結束高中畢業典禮的孩子來的松島。海景房視野超出期望，松島優美景色盡收眼底。午後入住，一打開門，就感覺進入大光明世界，光纖明亮，窗戶望出去的VIEW，讓人激動興奮；而後傍晚坐船回來剛好太陽下山后的藍調時刻，浦福橋紅色的輪廓在暮色中特別醒目。查看了第二天日出時間是6點13分，早早在6：05就起床靜候。6點10分左右，太陽躍出水面，陽光照亮讓與曾和海綿都成一片緋紅色，真是看不夠，相機完全拍不出全景，只是貪婪地左右移動視綫， 穰這美景永遠留在美好的記憶中。 自助餐，其實想要的是和式料理。結果都是海鮮爲主、肉類品種不多的自助餐。

- Elena Sara (3/5): Disappointing - The food for breakfast and dinner was nice I booked a room with an ocean view, but I got a room with a view over the parking lot instead. When I asked the staff, they told me that everything else is booked out. I also wasn't allowed to use the public bath (I asked in advance if tattoos are okay and they told me yes, when I arrived, the told me it's not possible). At last I needed a taxi to be at the train station (Matsushima Station, not the closer one) at 6 o'clock in the morning which they just told me it's not possible. I had to walk in the rain for 40min at 5:20 in the morning.

- Hironori (8/5): 立派なホテルでした、無理のシャトルバス乗って各所巡ることができ助かりました。 - 食事はご当地感がありよかったです。 露天風呂素晴らしかったですが?材質が体に傷が付きそうで怖かったので改良できたらと思います。
- Hideharu (9/5): 松島観光に完璧なロケーション - スタッフの方たちの笑顔。 部屋と大浴場からの眺望。 建物は古めながらリノベされていて快適。 高台にあるので、坂の登り降りはあるが、遊覧船乗り場、瑞巌寺など徒歩圏内で便利。 良くないとまでは言えないが、バイキングのメニューは工夫の余地はあるかも。 和洋中だけど、和洋に絞って、もうちょい質にこだわったものを1品足すとか。寿司ネタ、刺身のクオリティをあげるとか。 CP比が高くないと感じるのは、食事の面が大きい気がした。

- Mako (9/5): 癒されて最高でした！景色とスタッフの皆さんが特に素敵でした。 - スタッフのおもてなしが素晴らしかった！ ご飯も美味しく、部屋も広くて、お風呂も松島の絶景が見える露天風呂で文句なしです！ 大浴場のシャワー前の壁にカビが生えていた、他は綺麗だったのでちょっと気になった。
