- Keaira (7/5): - The stag was very friendly! The overnight manager and the morning manager were very nice and accommodating. My family experienced some concerns with the room and we were changed out immediately without hesitation. Great customer service! The room is a tad bit outdated but I would go back. Breakfast was good as well. The bugs when it rains.

- Cheryl (7/5): Ok, no breakfast until 6:30! Room & bed ok. - Reasonable price & felt safe Pillows were VERY hard. Was expecting breakfast at 6:00 but not open on weekends until 6:30. Was not allowed to even grab a yogurt. Dead big roach bug in corner near floor lamp( called Palmetto bugs in Florida) and when I went to use the bathmat a live one ran out . Used to them outside in Florida, but not 4th floor.

- KATHY (9/5): OVERALL IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY. - IT WAS CLEAN AND SMELLED VERY GOOD. HAD ALL THE TOWELS, SOAPS, CUPS, ETC THAT WE NEEDED. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THERE WAS NO SCREEN ON THE WINDOW AND WE WERE ON THE FIRST FLOOR. FOR SECURITY REASONS I THINK SCREENS NEED TO BE ON EVERY WINDOW, AT LEAST ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

Easy access to restaurants , shopping centers etc Great variety of breakfast that was fresh.? Don’t have anything bad to say. If up held our stay for one night

The bed sheets has mildew on them. The room smelled musky , the bath tub had hair all in it. And the couch had something all over it.

I turned it on but by the middle of the night I woke up very (I am allergic to mold and mildew). When I went to take a shower the water pressure was very low. The coffee was barely hot and had a weird taste. Prolly not going there again.

The pool was either very stained or in need of cleaning - would not swim in it. Bed was comfortable but our room A/C blew very damp air (may have been just our room though). The hot breakfast was not good - stale biscuits, no flavor eggs, semi-cooked sausage. I would stick with the pre-packaged stuff. Overall - I'd give it a "C".

I ask the housekeeper (just outside of my door) if she could place some in my room. She informed me that my room was not hers to service. Will not be back
