Warm, welcoming staff and buffet dining experiences that are well w - The location was away from public transport, but travel options are convenient and clear. The location is a huge part of the appeal, with magical views and a constant relaxing sound of the river below. The only thing I missed was laundry facilities, but if you are only spending a a few days to a week it is not needed.

- 祐一 (7/5): 子供連れには良いホテル - お風呂は大変良かった。夜と朝のお風呂がチェンジしたが、女風呂は大変良い。夕食と朝食はバイキング方式だったので好きな品をチョイス出来て良いかも。 地下にプールがあるし、ゲーム場があるので、子供連れには良いかもしれない。全体的に広めなホテル。駐車場まで車で1、2分は少し学区制だが、送迎はしてくれる。子供連れには良いホテルだと思う。ウエルカムビールは500円と良かった。 夕食と朝食はバイキング方式だが…悪くはないが、お得感はある様な、ない様な。 特別、美味しいと言う訳ではないが、悪くは無しと言う感じかも。地下にプールがあるし、ゲーム場があるので、子供連れには良いかもしれない。従業員はベトナム人？が多い。そのため、言葉が一部通じなかったのが残念。

- Mayumi (10/5): 気持ちいい〜！ - 着くなり、近づいて来たスタッフに、楽しみにしてたのー！と言うと、男性スタッフが、わぁ嬉しいです！ゆっくりして行ってください！と笑顔で言ってくれて、周りを見渡すと他のスタッフさんも笑顔でした。嬉しかった！ 施設自体は、年代物だとは思いますが清潔で気持ち良かったです。古き良き時代が確かに感じられる立派な施設でした。

- MiuL (9/5): 受客人歡迎的酒店 - ～ 我們駕車到達酒店門前，有員工出來接待並把我們的車輛停泊到其他地方停車場；當辦理退房手續後，酒店員工會安排司機接載客人及行李到所泊車的停車場取車。 ～ 酒店是一泊兩食，晚餐及早餐都是自助餐形式相當豐富，由於餐廳面積大及多客人，有提供小型手推車，供客人方便拿取及裝載食物並推回進餐位置。 ～ 溫泉不錯，有室內室外泡湯。 ～ 房間大及整潔，設洗手間及沖涼房，有沙發及休息位置，有陽台能觀望河川景觀十分壯麗。 ～ 入住酒店很窩心，他們提供咖啡及汽水等等的自助式飲料，供客人在大堂享用。還有晚上大堂有表演提供娛樂給客人。 ～ 酒店還有其他設施如卡拉ok房，麻雀室，乒乓球室，按摩服務，看漫畫書區，精品及零食售賣店，還有大堂提供摺紙小手工，如能根樣板摺出公仔，拿到前台會有小玩具獎賞，十分有趣。 ～ 總括來說，入住體驗不錯。 ～ 酒店入住率高，客人多時公用空間有點嘈雜，在繁忙時段泡湯也多人。

- Erica (9/5): AMAZING staff! - The front desk staff was INCREDIBLE. Because we don’t speak Japanese, the English-speaking staff always helped us out so much, giving us really clear instructions about the hotel and helping us book taxis from the hotel. My partner left something in the room, and when he called to ask it was found, they mailed it to our next hotel for free. They were just so nice and good people, I’m not even capturing it by writing the facts. We maybe should have picked a spot closer to Nikko but whatever! We still enjoyed our stay.

- Jeanne (6/5): Un hébergement fantastique mais un accueil peu adapté à des personnes en vacances, à 21 h repas fini - les prestations du matin au petit déjeuner : TB L'hébergement est très chouette. Les prestations du soir sont très minutées. A 21 h on vous enlève l'assiette d'autorité. le lieu de l'hôtel est vraiment éloigné de Nikko et du Toshogu. Impossibilité de faire des onsens si l'on a sur la peau le moindre tatouage. Des protections sont proposées mais ne tiennent pas dans l'eau.

- Melissa (9/5): Relaxing and recharging after a busy three days in Tokyo . - Food was fantastic. The Onsen were wonderful and the extra show and food was exceptional. The location was beautiful. And loved learning the history of the hotel
- 恵美子 (10/5): - スタッフ方々の笑顔での対応が癒されました。川沿いの和室でしたが静かに過ごせました。評価が高いビッフェの釜飯・ローストビーフ・お刺身、その場で握ってのおにぎり、朝食ともにどれもとても美味しかった。 また行かせて頂きます。ありがとうございました。

- liao廖 (8/5): 喜歡入住時迎賓的感覺，飲料、點心都很棒 - 1.環境的氛圍與服務人員的態度. 2.來自台灣臺北,雖然語言不通,工作人員還是耐心了解盡全力協助。 飯店周邊商家沒落，有點冷清！
