This was the 1st hotel chain I've been to that served chia seed pudding. Location: 10/10: We were in town for the Women's NCAA Basketball tournament and this location was so ideal to the arena. Staff were amazing all always helpful. The suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! n/a. No complaints!
Donna (9/5): It's a great hotel overall, a very good value, and I would stay there again. - This was our first time to stay at this location. The property is very nice, very clean and updated. It's in a convenient location and parking was easy and accessible to the rooms. Our room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, with a full kitchen that was amazing. The bathroom area is spacious and the shower was great. I liked the window setup; a shade and blackout curtains that actually worked. The property is very quiet; we didn't hear anyone else the entire time. Breakfast was very good with many varied offerings. The staff was nice and attentive. The room was fairly dark so better lighting is needed. Also, the air conditioner was a little loud so we had to turn the TV up loud to hear over it. And the TV placement is a bit odd, so you have to physically angle the TV out some even though it swivels, just to be able to watch it from the couch or the bed. We also ran into a homeless man digging through the trash can right at the entrance to the hotel by where we parked. We saw a couple of other homeless people around the next day, as well. Not sure what can be done there, but it was unexpected.

Jessica (8/5): No Soup For You Jerry! - These people are wild with the breakfast buffet. At exactly 9, even if you are putting eggs on your plate, they will literally rip the food right away from you. I think they need some training on what hospitality means. If you have guests eating, you should probably consider letting them finish and perhaps focus exerting your control issues on more productive areas of your life. I found the breakfast experience to be awkward at best.
Patrick (10/5): Overnight stay, James Taylor Concert at Dijon’s. - Everything that you could desire in a quality stay. Friendly staff, good breakfast which was inclusive. Clean room, great amenities, just like staying at home. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Didn’t need anything else.

David (7/5): Good location, good breakfast, you have to pay for parking - Clean hotel, good breakfast, and fairly responsive staff. If you are in Fort Worth it has a pretty central location. It is not clear from booking.com that you have to pay for parking. This is a little ridiculous, as it is not possible to get around by bus or public transit, so of course all guests have to have a car. The price is $12 per night, and in my opinion it would be more honest for that to be factored in to the cost rather than added on separately.

Angela (8/5): Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff. - Good location for visiting our son. Excellent breakfast. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but looked very nice. The bed was not very comfortable. Was not informed about the parking charge when I booked the stay. It says that they clean every other day, but our room wasn't cleaned once in 4 days. We had to go get clean towels.

The breakfast was exceptional , my husband did say he had hoped for biscuits and gravy one morning but he really liked what was served. The assortment of food was very nice, even our 8 & 9 yr old grandkids found plenty they liked!! I will say the beds weren’t the most comfortable but passing. The floor of the tube had some slightly slick spots so I was very careful ( I’m 69) my daughter and grands didn’t notice nor did my husband. We were very pleased with all else and would give a 4.8😊
Jacksons (6/5): The hotel was nice, but could use a carpet clean in regards to the smell. - I liked it was close to many places to eat and right by the hospital! It smelled very strongly like dog pee in the hallways to the rooms and elevator on the floor we were staying on.

shagginabit (2/5): Call first to see if you even have a reservation - After having some major water damage to our home, I picked this hotel to stay for an extended period of time with my family. The reservation was made and was confirmed. I get there the day of check in, and the front desk person (Aspen) was on the phone. No problem. However a simple, "hang on" or "I'll be right with you" would have been nice. After about ten minutes, she's off the phone and my "Hello, how are you?" was responded back with "can I help you?". Okay. I tell her I have a reservation for two rooms. She finds the reservation and says "Not sure why the company was able to book you, but we don't have anything". The next few minutes were spent with her fumbling with the computer and mumbling about this being a "frustrating" experience. Want to know what else is frustrating? Having to move out of your home with very little time, only to be stuck out of a hotel room and having to deal with someone who obviously doesn't want your business. Anyway, she mentioned something about her calling her manager, which she never did. Her only recourse was to offer to call the hotel across the street (which did not have a kitchen which is the main reason why we picked this particular hotel) to see if they could take us. By this time, I was done. I thanked her, sat in the parking lot and called our relocation company who were able to book us somewhere else nearby where the people were helpful, friendly, and and more than willing to take us for a long stay. This was a hotel I really wanted to stay with (my husband and I frequently have little staycations), but after this experience, never again. The fact that they were double-booked was one thing. But the nonchalant "sorry not my problem" attitude was the main problem.

Dan (4/5): - On our third day we had to ask for housekeeping as we were apparently missed but they never cleaned the counters off in the kitchen area. We also found two different kind of bugs on two different days in the bed. The grounds were nice and kept up . I will not stay here again.

Laura (10/5): Very nice place to stay - It was a great suite, comfortable and roomy. The choices for hot breakfast were ok, but not like the reviews that I have read. They offered grits, hashbrowns, and sausage...cereals, muffins, breads and waffles and some fruits. They offered coffee, tea, hot cocoa and orange juice or apple juice and some milk as well. I really wanted some eggs that were hot--not cold hard boiled eggs...that would have made this even more amazing. The pool and hot tub were very clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would stay again, but want eggs--not hard boiled cold eggs. The fitness center was very nice and offered a few great work out options.
Jennifer (10/5): - The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable, plenty of amenities, and friendly staff. Nice heated outdoor pool and hot tub. BBQ pits worth yard games and a outting green alsi. Full breakfast in the morning. Gym, laundry, mini store, and meeting rooms on site. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

deedaigleh (2/5): The Hotel CANCELED my pre paid non refundable reservation on the day of my arrival!!! - If I could rate ZERO, I would. Nothing is worse than being dropped off at your hotel after a long day and being told your reservation was CANCELLED!!! And then have no rooms available!! And the clerk offers not the Least bit of remorse or assistance in even suggesting another hotel. Thank God for the Chase travel agent that help me secure lodging for my stay right next door at the Hilton Garden Inn.

The staff for check in was friendly and there was always someone up at the desk when we went to charge our drinks. The entire hotel was very clean and our room was completely stocked with everything we needed and even stuff we didnt need! Would definitely visit again!

Lyle (8/5): - We stayed at this facility for one week as it was close to the Medical Center. The facilities and the staff were excellent. We had a suite (room 121). While the room was clean, we did have a few issues. First, the bed was NOT comfortable. This was a disappointment compared to other Hilton properties we've been to. Additionally, the toilet was unreliable when it came to flushing. The mechanism kept malfunctioning. We would stay there again, but we would ask for a different room.

Donald (10/5): - I had to pay $12.00 for parking which I thought was ridiculous. I've never ever paid for parking my vehicle outside in a parking lot of a hotel or motel. It wasn't even a parking garage!!!!
Shane (10/5): - The only suggestion I would have is the people that work the counter should let the guest know that they have to pay $12 for parking. That was never mentioned to us and then they charged our credit card $12 without saying anything.
