The air conditioning in the room did not function properly despite generating a considerable amount of noise, and as there was no alternative heating available, the room was uncomfortably cold. In addition, the carpet in my room was quite dirty, and the bed frame/base itself — although the bedding was fresh — also appeared very insufficiently cleaned.

Hotel was a great location although I don’t think a - Liked that is was in close proximity to lots of things, food activities etc Rooms where tiny for the price paid, found hairs in the sink and bed. We came as a group and other people found dirt in their rooms and what seamed to be faeces on toilet handle bars. Hotel was easy to get in and out of but some staff didn’t greet you some didn’t even look at you. There was a couple of nice girls there that where helpful and polite

• wanderer_scotland (10/5): Great location for exploring the city - Was in Liverpool for a Ivory Coast v Scotland football match at Everton's new stadium, and having never visited Liverpool before, thought to make a weekend of it with my wife. Booked into the Ibis Styles hotel as it look centrally located and in a great spot for exploring the city. We had driven down from Scotland, and they have a discount rate for the multi-story car park behind the hotel. Very much Beatles themed as you would expect, and with it only a stones throw from the Cavern Club, it has a quirky vibe to it that I loved. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast not the biggest selection, but there will be something there that will fill you up for the day. Would most certainly stay here again when next in Liverpool.

I was visiting my son-student and he was able to join me for the continental buffet breakfast for £12.99 A very minor really.... I miss eggs for breakfast but the rest was tasty and good quality...ham, guacamole and toasties were delicious.

Darmowa przechowalnia bagażu dostępna. Ogromny plus za dostęp do ekspresu do kawy i herbaty w cenie przez całą dobę. Trochę zaskoczyła nas łazienka w formie "kapsuły", ale przez 3 dni dało się wytrzymać. Minusem była temperatura w hotelu - polecam zabrać cieplejszą piżamę (pobyt na początku maja, ale pogoda była typowo angielska).

Not a big deal for me but if you had to work it might be hard.

The receptionist told me breakfast was included went down the next morning to find out it wasn’t after clarifying it twice. The anniversary package included Prosecco in the room however when we got to the room this wasn’t the case I had to back down to reception and ask for it ruined the surprise. Over all the anniversary package was not worth the money 2 tiny chocolates and these weren’t even fancy. We a love heart made out of towels. Really not worth the money to be honest

• karen (5/5): Disappointing - The location was perfect for the main area we wanted to visit in liverpool. The added bonus of free tea and coffee during your stay was a welcome bonus On arrival the reception area looked promising, unfortunately when we got to the room this is where it went downhill, the room was dated, with a window that opened to a closed area, so no fresh air, the carpet was dirty and covered in stains, my partner complained and they attempted to clean the worst areas and left us disposable slippers. The bathroom had a very damp fusty smell, which was obviously worse due to the lack of air circulating. When I went to bed I saw that the mattress topper had come away from the actual mattress and the seam of the mattress was covered in dust, crumbs and general dirt, definitely not worth the £120 per night cost. Upon leaving we tried to understand the car parking system and was told twice by the receptionist that we would be charged for 1 24 hour period at the discount rate and then ncps rater thereafter, we spoke to a gentleman at the carpark who correctly informed us this is incorrect and they have told ibis this many times, and intact with the discount ticket, we would be charged the whole rate at the £9 for 24 hours period, this was very confusing and would have been more helpful if the staff knew the correct pricing for people.

Loved the decor of the hotel, Beatles inspired; good rooms and a quiet yet the most central location on Loverpool center, close to the Cavern Quartee, Albert Dock and lime street train station; good breakfast although i missed the eggs 😁! We will come back for sure! Keep up the good work
• Julia (8/5): Good value hotel in Cavern Quarter, close to attractions - Handy location in Cavern Quarter, comfortable twin beds, useful to have restaurant on property and Tesco Express next door. Easy walk to waterfront and main attractions and Close to hop on hop off bus route. Parking garage was good value. West facing room became too hot in afternoon sun and A/C struggled to keep up. Breakfast priced at £12.95 was too high for a continental breakfast so we ate at local restaurants close by.

• GeorgiaBH (8/5): Would stay here again, but wouldnt opt for breakfast this time - The hotel room was lovely and i cant complain. It was big, clean, the robes and slippers were also a nice touch. The view from our window of the liver building was a bonus also. Very impressed with the room! In my honest opinion the breakfast isnt worth it. The continental style wasnt great for me and my partner and the options wasnt that great, i ended up having beans on toast. But there is so many nice places to get breakfast around the hotel for the same price as we paid per person.
