- Erkut (9/5): - Mein Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Das Bett war fast perfekt, vllt etwas zu weich, aber da kann man es den wenigsten recht. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. In meinem Zimmer waren zwei Badezimmer, eine mit Dusche und eine Wanne im anderen Bad. Die Balkons sind abgeschlossen, aber man kann sie von der Rezeption, gegen eine Sicherheitseinweisung und einer Unterschrift, die Türe öffnen lassen. Die Pool Anlage und der Fitnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Da mein Flug erst spät Abends flog, durfte ich später sogar nochmal duschen gehen und mich frisch machen vor dem Flug. Das Personal war immer sehr sehr freundlich und immer lächelnd und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt 🙏🏼 Naja, wenn ich jetzt das Haar in der Suppe suchen müsste, dann wäre es ein sehr kleines Haar. Der Fernseher lief über IPTV, und manchmal brach die Verbindung ab und es kam zeitweise kein Bild, aber das sollte jetzt kein Kritikpunkt sein. Alles andere war super im Hotel.

- Sze Hui (6/5): Overall good. - Luggage storage services and a 24-hour convenience store are available in the lobby. Overall, the hotel environment is clean and well maintained. The shower in the master bedroom isn’t practical, using the bathtub without a shower curtain causes water to spill out and makes the entire bathroom wet. It would also be helpful to have a water dispenser and an additional cooking pot for long-term guests.

Although we initially planned to dine at various restaurants, our residence's kitchen, with its large dining table, proved so inviting that we ended up ordering dinner from different places each night and enjoying family meals in a relaxed, home-like atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located, making it convenient for traveling with children. Thank you all for hosting us!

- Abdul (4/5): - The lobby area and thats pretty much it. Everything else the rooms were outdated, old ac unit with no remote. Decor was old fashioned even though booked the studio delixe rooms. Reception staff wernt very friendly, accused of smoking in the room even though they had seen is go downstairs to smoke. Overall will not be staying there again.

- tony (10/5): Excellence and service with a smile - The staff was extremely friendly and serve us oriented. They were there to serve the guests and no matter what I needed they were always there. There were a couple mechanical issues with the room throughout the 8th day put upon calling them they arrived within 5 minutes I've had it fixed. It has been one of the best days I experienced in Southeast Asia. The room was superb, the pool and exercise area were a 10 out of 10, and the food was tasty and enjoyable. I also loved having the convenience of a small Market/convenience store on the first floor of the hotel. It came in handy and I used it many times throughout my stay. The location was not as convenient as others but was totally doable and workable around what we wanted to do, so not a big issue.

- Tamika (8/5): - The hotel rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable, and were big and spacious. The pool for families was fantastic. Insufficient cutlery & crockery in the kitchen , there was nothing to wash or dry dishes with.

It helps that it has a huge convenience store at the ground floor. Breakfast buffet was one of the best, of all the hotels I went to in Bangkok. No waiting time in elevators. Staffs were responsive whenever you need something. Courteous as well and friendly. The 3 bedroom suite was really spacious. I loved the masters bedroom since it has a separate working space. We had an issue with the aircon of the 2nd room, however it was fixed by their staff. No bubbles function in the bathtub

- Mohammed (10/5): - الجناح الجنيور كان يضم دورتين مياه وكانت الغرف نظيفة ومريحة والسعر كان جدا رائع موقع الفندق لايوجد بالقرب منه أي ازدحام وهذا ماجعله مميز بالنسبة لي وهو بالقرب من مركز العاصمة بانكوك التلفاز كان ذو اصدار قديم ولايوجد خيارات تخدم الجنسيات العربية (الشاشة لم تكن سمارت)

- Nathan (10/5): Jasmine Grande Hotel Exceptional! - Wonderful hotel. Amazing team. Good location. Breakfast was amazing! Pool. Gym all the facilities. Beds are super comfy, rooms are comfy and quiet.

- Mukda (5/5): - Große Zimmer und wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht, Personen sind sehr freundlich die Lage ist okay Erste Zimmer was wir bekommen ist viele stellen im Zimmer kaputt und nicht repariert worden, sind wir umgezogen und die Dusche Kabine sind die Wechselknopf kaputt
