Man erreicht die Innenstadt sowie die Seebrücke nach einem 10 minütigen Spaziergang. Sehr gutes britisches Frühstück, individuelle Bestellungen waren möglich. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht.

• Michael (9/5): Urlaub. Besichtigung der 7 Sisters per Auto und in 2 Stunden läuft man zu Beachy Head. Die B&B Besitzer sind sehr fr - Top Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Über die Straße. Zur Restaurantstrasse ist man auch in 10 Minuten gelaufen. Wir habe 5 x sehr gut in verschiedenen Restaurants gegessen. Frühstück ausgewogen und man kan bestellen, was man möchte. Sehr gut! Parkplätze rund ums Haus vorhanden.

• Amy (9/5): A friendly, welcoming place, with great food. - The breakfast! Fabulous, though the tea they use is not Yorkshire, but the perfect best ever poached eggs and delicious vegetarian sausage made up for it, and Mark was very attentive and cheerful. I didn't feel rushed at breakfast. Mark and Christine are lovely friendly hosts, and my bed was so comfortable, soft and springy just what I like. I cannot carry heavy bags up the stairs, due to my copd, but Mark didn't have to be asked, he took them for me, so thoughtful. I would recommend Breakers. The teabags, but I just went out and bought the kind I prefer, plus some milk for my room. I didn't mention this as I didn't want to sound fussy! The only other things I wasn't happy with were TOTALLY my own fault for not checking when I booked. For instance the flight of steps up to the front door. I should have noticed them in the photo. Steps are really exhausting for me. But my fault. By the same token I should have noticed just how far along the seafront Breakers is. It wouldn't be a problem for any fitter person, and it is right on the seafront. Much too far for me. I had to get taxis, but the taxi drivers were helpful and friendly. I also had not realised that "private bathroom" does not mean the same as "ensuite"...As I only stayed 2 nights to visit my sister, it didn't matter, I just did my ablutions in the very nice bathroom! I loved the bathroom floor tiles by the way. But just think, if I had not made these mistakes I would never have experienced Christine's deliciously perfect poached eggs!

I stayed in single room 4 and was expecting a separate bathroom so I was delighted to find an en-suite loo and wash basin. The shower room is only a couple of doors down, was for my use only, and a bath robe was provided! There was nothing I didn’t like.

Super surprised with chocolate bunny on the breakfast table in Easter Sunday, such a wonderful small detail that goes a long way. Nothing, but just a suggestion that the butter could be taken from fridge a little earlier so i t could be easier to spread on toast:)

There is a lot of parking nearby and some of it free. In the end I downloaded the Ringo app. I felt very pleased with myself as I am eighty. I found parking easy then.

Our daughter’s single room was lovely too. We looked in a few of the rooms to see the different decorative style and they were all decorated with fabulous eye for detail. Mark and his wife were lovely hosts and breakfast time was a pleasure, plenty of food options and great produce. There was nothing to dislike .

There was a wide selection included gluten free toast and sausages as well as dairy free spread being used in cooking. We will definitely be returning. I don’t think it could have been improved.
