• Derya (7/5): - Comfortable beds, great location Air conditioning wasn't good enough, I couldn't change the temperature and the staff siad it was set for winter time. It was too warm for me. I should be able to cool the room down by changing the temperature on the central system in the room.

• Dr. Fatma (8/5): Sauber und sicher - Sehr sauber. Das ist für mich immer das Wichtigste. Ausserdem war das Personal sehr nett. Sicherheit sehr gut. Lift funktioniert nur mit Hoelcard. Reinigungsperson eine Dame die zuständig war ist sehr nett und sauber. Hotel ist sehr Tierlieb.

• Yasin (7/5): Erholsam und schön. - Sehr gutre Lage an der Stadt, zentral, einladendes Umfeld, nah am Ufer mit Booten, und ein meistens sensibles, freundliches und unterstützendes Personal. Es wird versucht, jedes Bedürfnis zeitnah zu erfüllen, alles wird beantwortet, und es darf im Lobby Tee getrunken werden. Sehr gastfreundlich, das Hotel nimmt sich Zeit für uns. Reinigung täglich und gut, man bekommt von den Reinigungskräften alles, was man braucht. Ich würde empfehlen, dringend unter den Kühlschränken zu reinigen, das wäre wichtig. Sonst war die Reinigung aber gut. Die Zimmer schön mit Balkon und Meerblick. Frühstück viel Auswahl, manchmal fehlte doch etwas, zufriedenstellend, aber immer gleich. Die Terasse mit Bäumen , wo man essen kann, war friedlich und schön. Wir fühlten uns abends sicher. Die Rezeption war abends immer besetzt. Ich hatte leider den Fehler gemacht, Frühstück bei booking nicht mit zu buchen, da ich nicht genau genug gelesen hatte.Früher war es so, daß Frühstück immer inklusive war.Der Fehler lag bei mir, aber es wäre wichtig gewesen, uns am ersten Tag zu fragen, ob wir das Frühstück noch extra dazu bezahlen wollen, oder nicht. Dies erfuhren wir aber erst nach vier Tagen, und auch unser Ansprechpartner dafür hatte es sehr gestört, daß man uns nicht rechtzeitig gefragt hatte, um darüber Transparent entscheiden zu können. Ich zahlte das Frühstück natürlich nach. Wir wechselten das Zimmer gegen Aufpreis. Es wurde uns beim Umzug geholfen. Derselbe Ansprechpartner teilte uns freundlich mit, daß Frühstück nun im Aufpreis enthalten wäre. Das fand ich gut. Umso irritierter waren wir, als man von uns bei unserer Abreise doch noch mal für einige Tage sehr fordernd Frühstück bezahlt haben wollte. Derselbe Ansprechpartner, der kritisiert hatte, dass man uns am ersten Tag nicht die Wahl ließ, ob wir Frühstück dazu buchen wollen, oder nicht, hätte uns das selber bei dem Zimmer-Wechsel mit ihm mindestens fragen müssen ,ob wir das Frühstück nun diesmal extra haben wollen. Er machte denselben Fehler, den er selber kritisiert hatte. Hätte er uns gefragt, hätte ich das Frühstück auch nicht gebucht. Ärgerlicher ist aber, daß er eigentlich gesagt gatte, daß in unserer neuen Vereinbarung Frühstück inklusive ist. Ich zahlte auch das nach. Ich kommunizierte hierbei aber mit dem Hotel auf eine Art, wofür ich mich noch mal entschuldigen möchte! Der Fehler lag aber am Hotel. Unsere Vereinbarung für das neue Zimmer hatte mit unserer fehlenden Frühstücksbuchung im Rahmen der booking-Buchung auch gar nichts mehr zu tun. Wir hatten den Aufpreis dafür längst bezahlt und abgegolten. Das wir bei der Abreise nachzahlen mussten, kränkte uns. Vor unserer Abreise hatten wir unsere Buchung im übriges privat verlängert , und wechselten in das beste Zimmer mit zwei Räumen.

• Goranka (10/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location, which made exploring the city easy. The breakfast was outstanding, varied, and fresh every day. The staff were very kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The only downside is that the elevator operates with a key card, which often doesn’t work, so you have to go to the reception almost every day, and when the card fails, it also becomes difficult to enter the room.

Her birimin personeli (resepsiyon,servis,temizlik, güvenlik) çok saygılı ve naziklerdi. Mobilyalar fazla yeni değildi, buklet malzemeleri yetersizdi. Kapıyı açan kartlar sürekli sıkıntı yaşatıyordu. Kapıyı açtırmak için birkaç kez güvenliği çağırmak zorunda kaldım.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we were very satisfied once again. The hotel is centrally located, easily accessible, and there are many cafés, restaurants, and shops in the area. The room is clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the bed is particularly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with fresh and tasty food offered every day. The staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful – they always greet you with a smile and do their best to make guests feel comfortable.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Otelin otoparkı olmaması ve çevre otoparklar ile anlaşma yapılmamış olması bir eksi olabilir.
• Goncalo (8/5): - The room card key stops working every day. So you need to go to the reception everyday for them to reprogram the card key. It’s a bit annoying, all the other guests had to do the same so I guess it’s a normal procedure, although they didn’t explain why that happens

Zimmerkarte täglich ungültig obwohl die Karte nie nahe am Handy aufbewahrt wurde. Klimaanlage war zentral verriegelt, kühlte nur bis 24° runter. Beim Waschbecken und in der Dusche bildete sich beim Ablauf täglich schimmelähnliche Flecken. Vielleicht auch Fliegenlarven.
