• Michis346 (10/5): Charming hotel in Vienna - Lovely hotel with a clean and charming room. The staff was helpful and kind, so we felt right at home. The location is a bit outside of the city center, but there are still restaurants and som cafés and shops nearby, which was perfect if we wanted to grab something quick before heading in to walk around in the city. The public transport was easy to use and close to the hotel for easy access. We would love to come back!

• barrule (10/5): Taxi May Take You To The Wrong Hotel - We got an Uber from the airport in the city. Unfortunately the driver to us to the Ibis Hotel and not the Ibis Styles Hotel which apparently is a common mistake, so make sure your driver knows which hotel you are going. After another Uber ride to the correct hotel we were pleasantly surprised with the Ibis Style. The check in went without hitch and the staff very friendly. Room and facilities were very good with a comfortable bed giving a good night's sleep thanks as well to the black out blinds. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Situated close to a local tram station. A 30 minute walk to the Rathaus and St Stephenplatz is perhaps a downside of this hotel. Overall a very good hotel, clean tidy and friendly

• jamesfQ3483GY (10/5): Excellent Vienna Stay - Stayed at the hotel for a few nights for the Christmas Markets. Rooms and property itself were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The tram stop outside the hotel meant that we were only a few minutes from the Innere Stadt and there are restaurants, bars and a big SPAR supermarket just round the corner. Will definitely stay here again.
• AntsHarrison (6/5): You pay for what you get - This is a very good budget hotel. Rooms are funky and functional, staff are incredible, location is super great to get the metro into Vienna (37 or 38) but there is an issue. Noise….great if you are used to living by a track for Kev the boy racer to practise their racing starts and play dreadful 80’s euro dance until 3am. When this eventually stops you are reminded of the omni present sound of the train track. The caveat is…it was only €800 for 2 rooms for 2 nights!

The complimentary hot drinks (punch, tea, coffee) is also really good. Beds are also comfortable as well. Would be happy to stay here again.

If travelling with a friend, note the room with two single beds has a frosted glass door for the bathroom with a bit of a gap so not the most private but it works.

• Jet21747069576 (10/5): Great location - Perfect location for the station which also had lots of fast food places and a supermarket. There is also an Aldi just behind it. Some shops close on Sunday so plan ahead. Very clean and comfortable room. Fresh water is available in reception and although it broke on the second day, the staff were happy to fill our bottles in the kitchen. There are water fountains out and about however. Hotel is a bit of a walk to the main area but you do walk through other nice areas en route so not worth getting public transport and missing it.

The metro was fast and efficient for getting around Vienna. The room was really good. Beds were comfortable, the air con worked well and wasn't noisy. The hotel is on a busy street but there was no road noise at night and we slept well. Couldn't hear other guests either. We were on the 8th floor in a room with a balcony.  We enjoyed the breakfast too. Plenty of choice. The Reception staff and Breakdast Room staff were lovely and really helpful. Overall a great stay and I'd recommend the hotel as a great value for money place to stay in Vienna.

• gchannz (10/5): Modern hotel with good transport options - I enjoyed my stay at this modern hotel in room 607. The rooms are on the smaller side but they are tidy and very modern. The breakfast was good with enough options for me, but it can get busy due to the smaller lobby size so try to go early or later in the morning. There are some good transportation options nearby however if you want to access the subway, you will need to navigate the streets. The water dispenser at the lobby is nice and they also have a coffee machine available for a guests to use at anytime. Be aware that the hotel is on a corner block and next a major road and train line but the noise from outside wasn't too bad if you keep your window closed (which is what the hotel prefers anyways). Bring earplugs if you are concerned with noise. I would consider staying here again.

It made me know I was choosing the right hotel for my visit and I enjoyed my time at Ibis Styles. Hotels forget how important that first impression is. This hotel does it right.
• Bosham12 (8/5): Excellent standard hotel - This is a typical Ibis Styles hôtel which provides a predictably good standard of accommodation. The rooms are small, but adequate and the included breakfast is excellent. The best aspect of this hotel is its location between 2 tram lines which give easy access to the city centre of Vienna. There are several restaurants within walking distance and several bars. The rooms are well soundproofed.

• Amanda (10/5): - We booked Ibis for the Taylor Swift concert, that unfortunately did not happen. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly staff at reception. They had a bracelet making station and TS tunes playing. The staff were very friendly and helpful with parking and taking transit to the city centre. The room was a great set up for a family of four. The room was a decent size and more than enough space for a two night stay. The city centre is 15 mins by tram from the hotel and has a grocery store close by. Highly recommend and would go back again.

• Lorenzo (4/5): - I arrived late in the evening, the room assigned had a strong noise from the air conditioning even when it was switched off: I went down and then up with the girl at the reception, she realized the issue, we went down to change the room. The new room had no electricity, I went down explaining the situation; the lady came to the room, she realized the problem and changed once again the room. The third room (after almost 30 minutes wasted) was fine but in the night there was a strong noise from outside so don't expect to sleep well! They had zero flexibility about check out time.
• Louise (10/5): - Ibis Styles Wien is e beautiful colorful hotel with clean rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Mind you that it is not in the centre of Vienna but the connections with the metro is fast and they run every 3 to 4 minutes. The metro prices are also very cheap so you can move very easy through Vienna. So you get an excellent hotel for a good price.
• Vanessa (10/5): Comfortable and eco friendly - Comfortable stay with functioning AC! This was the only hotel of the 3 we stayed in Vienna during our travels that actually educated guests about how city water is brought in from the Alps and how the tap water is the best in taste and quality. We had a lower floor so street noise (sirens) was some nuisance overnight despite the soundproof rooms. Breakfast included and tasty typically Austrian fare.

The receptionists were always very helpful as we asked for advice about where to get the tram, trains etc. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others .
• Nasib (6/5): - כאשר הזמנו את המלון היה כתוב שיש חניה ושרות הסעות לשדה תעופה.בפועל חניה לא . הייתה,נסענו למגרש חניה בתשלום הזמנו שאטל הסעה לשדה תעופה בדלפק של המלון בתשלום של 55 יורו. בליל הטיסה הגיעו 2 מוניות וביקשו מאיתנו תשלום 72 יורו.למרות שרשום באתר של המלון שיש להם שרות הסעות. החוויה של המלון הפכה להיות יותר יקרה מהצפויה. והמלון לא לקח אחריות על עניין המוניות. חוץ מזה חדר שרותים לא אטום וכל הריחות מתנדפים אל תוך החדר. מעבר לכך המלון היה נקי ומתאים למלון מעבר לפני או אחרי טיסה ללילה או שני לילות

Biggest complaint—the A/C would turn off in certain intervals which disrupted my sleep, and often made for a slightly warm room at times. The staff at reception and breakfast hands down were top-notch. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk for demonstrating world-class hospitality and being incredibly accommodating to me as a guest—a highlight of my stay. • AN (8/5): - Very basic budget hotel as IBIS is expected to be. A small clean room with toilet and shower - this is what you have. For me, it was just what I wanted. Nice location, next to public transportation: U-bahn station (line U6) and tramway stop for lines 37 and 38 literally next to place. Railway station Spittelau and U-bahn line U4 is 4 min walk. Do not bother with their breakfast - you can get better in town for twice less money. Very convenient coffee machine in the lobby (except morning, of course). Each time very carefully check what you are signing to avoid embarrassing misunderstanding later.

It turned out that I shattered my phone on day one of my trip and having that mobile phone was fantastic, as I was able to keep up with family and use Google Maps to navigate. The rooms were clean and quiet.

They have cell phones for the guests with free internet and a personal number you can share. We took the cell with us while exploring the city. Also, I had an emergency in the US and thanks to the phone I was able to manage multiple phone calls at no charge. My room was spacious, super clean, and felt safe in the area and the hotel in general. My only suggestion: improve the blackout curtains.

• Jacky (10/5): lovely hotel with a tram stop and underground very - We had a wonderful time in this hotel which helped to make our stay in Vienna even more enjoyable. The staff were professional, kind, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were given directions in the morning to any where we wanted to go.
• Robyn (10/5): Well priced hotel - At first thought this hotel was going to be too far out and my GPS wasn't that good at guiding me from the tram stop. Once I had sorted out the transport options found it easy and not so far out at all.
• Hh (10/5): - Good breakfast, nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Room size was sufficient for me as single traveller, but a bit tight.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Very good value for money. Tram stop right outside the front door and just a short walk from a metro station. The room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was fantastic.
