- Lep86 (9/5): Ottimo hotel con molti servizi - Hotel comodo e ben strutturato, collegato al centro dal tram 1 che lascia direttamente all'angolo della struttura e può portarvi fino a Rotterdam Centraal. La camera risulta piacevole, anche se qualche miglioria si potrebbe applicare, ma nel complesso l'abbiamo trovata adeguata a 2 persone. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, abbiamo dormito molto bene. Ottima la presenza di un frigorifero e di un microonde, oltre alle piastre elettriche per chi volesse cucinare e un bollitore per gli amanti del tè (come noi). Vengono fornite giornalmente capsule per il caffè e bustine per il tè. Il bagno è ampio, motivo per cui il lavandino così piccolo stona un po', ma era comunque utilizzabile. Sfrutterei lo spazio presente per aggiungere un piano di appoggio più comodo. Box doccia di buone dimensioni e ben funzionante. La pulizia è stata puntuale ed impeccabile ogni giorno. Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, in particolare vorrei citare la bravissima Sol, che ci ha accolti calorosamente al check-in ed è stata anche molto disponibile quando le abbiamo chiesto 2 tazze da usare per il tè in camera. Spazi comuni molto belli (biliardo, ping-pong, spazi di co-working e lavanderia con lavatrici ed asciugatrici). Vorrei suggerire solo qualche miglioria per l'arredamento delle camere. Sicuramente sarebbe meglio avere una seconda sedia e magari rivedere la gestione degli spazi, in modo da mettere un tavolino al posto della piccola scrivania. Aggiungerei una tenda "da giorno" che permetta di avere luce in camera, ma al tempo stesso anche privacy. Metterei una TV più moderna, che dia accesso ai servizi di streaming o alla possibilità di effettuare il cast dal proprio telefono.

- Chris2703 (9/5): - Das Social Hub Hotel war für uns etwas ganz besonderes: Die Atmosphäre war geprägt von vielen jungen Menschen in allen Bereichen. Mir hat gefallen, dass das Erdgeschoss von CoWorking Spaces, Tischtennisplatten, viel Platz für Aufenthalt geprägt war. Es gab kostenlos nutzbare Waschmaschinen und Trockner. Und als Rollstuhlfahrer war der Aufenthalt völlig problemlos. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Innenstadt ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Und der Weg am Wasser dorthin ist schöner als der an der Strasse. Alles mögliche funktioniert nur per App und Kartenzahlung. Das war ich noch nicht so gewöhnt. Aber dazu macht man ja Ferien, damit es was Neues zu entdecken gibt. Die Umgebung ist nur mässig Rolltuhlfreundlich ( Kopfsteinpflaster, schlecht abgeschrägte Bordsteinkanten, Pfosten mitten auf dem abgeschrägten Zugang zur Tramhaltestelle). Da kann das Hotel aber bestimmt nichts dafür.

- Lisa (10/5): Zeer prettig! - De kamer was qua grootte prima. We waren aangenaam verrast met een koelkast en inductie fornuis op de kamer, om hiermee te koken, kon je je melden bij de receptie. De badkamer had een bad, dat was ook heel fijn! Het hotel deed niet moeilijk over eten bestellen voor avondeten, super fijn! Het ontbijt was best duur, hierdoor hebben wij ervoor gekozen geen ontbijt bij onze overnachting te boeken, maar bij de supermarkt te halen.
