Personnel très sympa et aux petits soins. Restaurant également de qualité. Il faisait froid dans la chambre. Celle-ci ne chauffe ou ne climatise pas sans la carte dans l'emplacement de l'électricité.

Convenient location to the lake and center with the restaurants and shops. If you arrive by train you will have to walk to the hotel as there are no taxis available at the train station. The hotel is a bit dated with average, basic breakfast.

This is such an un spoilt region and the hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy it. some things are a little dated but this is personal choice, everything is very well maintained and clean, staff are friendly and helpful

Da rivedere in generale le camere che sono un po' datate ma i letti sono comodi. La colazione a buffet potrebbe essere più assortita. Der er dog fint udvalg af forskellige ting: brød, frugt (ikke så friskt), youghurt, æg mv.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das extrem freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das uns jederzeit herzlich empfangen und betreut hat. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen. Ein grosses Plus für uns als Motorradfahrer: Wir durften unsere Motorräder sicher im Innenbereich parken – dafür ein ganz grosses Dankeschön, das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich! Das Hotel überzeugt mit einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, schöner Lage und einem Service, der einfach stimmt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen. - Thomas Staubli (8/5): Sehr schön, sehr willkommenheißend aber nicht sehr umweltbewusst - Das Personal an der Rezeption war von einzigartiger Hilfsbereitschaft und das Servicepersonal sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage ist sowohl für den Besuch des Ortes, des Montesacro als auch des Sees unüberbietbar. Der Ausblick auf die unbegrünten Dächer der Einstellhalle des Ortsparkings schmerzt fast in den Augen. Weshalb werden diese Flächen an einem solchen Ort der Schönheit nicht begrünt? Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, aber die Produkte leider nicht besonders lokal und qualitätvoll.

- ReduLuj (8/5): Viva Italia - Hotel mit Italianità - Sehr freundlicher Empfang, das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer im 2. Stock hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit schöner, sonniger Aussicht auf den See. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal am Dorfrand gelegen und in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuss im historischen Zentrum. Im Hotelpark kann man sein Auto sicher abstellen. Die Duschkabine in unserem Badezimmer war klein und eng, hat aber gut funktioniert.
