• Faizal (4/5): Disappointing. Not recommended for families. - - The breakfast was very good. - The staffs were very friendly. - I have stayed with my family (me wife and Kid). I have ordered an extra bed. The provide me bed which was not comfortable. It cause me back backspin. We three of us somehow slept on single bed. - For the car parking, you have to pay extra or we have to find free public car parking, which was very difficult for me to find. - There was no wash gel/soap/any small shampoo for the bath - which I find very pathetic. - Not recommended for family.

• Tanja (5/5): - Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. An der Rezeption nur englishsprechendes Personal, das hatte ich im deutschsprachigen Teil der Schweiz so nicht erwartet. Frühstück ging bis 10:30 Uhr, ab 09:30 Uhr gab es keine Eier mehr und ab 19 Uhr wurde abgeräumt. Beim Frühstück waren die Angestellten sehr unfreundlich. Rezeption zum Checkout nicht besetzt.
• Brigitte (7/5): Das Hotel war ok. - Es war ein 3-Sterne-Hotel für eine Übernachtung und es war alles ordentlich. Beim Einchecken gab es etwas Schwierigkeiten, da die niemend Deutsch gesprochen hat nur englisch und es eben alles elektronisch über das Mobiltelefon war und sich der Gast selbst darum kümmern mußte. Für ältere Gäste nicht so einfach.
• Mirek (5/5): Naja, nutzbar, mehr Schein als Sein. Frühstück ist gelinde gesagt, ne Katastrophe. - Grundsätzlich muss man das Hotel als solide bezeichnen, aber mehr auch nicht. Das Personal am Empfang war ok und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind auch ok, aber den Matratzen merkt man ein gewisses Alter an. Da ich schon mehrmals in dem Hotel war, kann ich mir ein gutes Urteil zum Frühstück erlauben. Es ist als schlecht und unzureichend zu bezeichnen. Da in diesem Hotel oft Reisegruppen aus China und Indien residieren, schaut man weniger auf normale Gäste und deren Belange. Es ist sehr einfach und nicht wirklich schön angerichtet. Fragt man z. B. nach Rührei, wenn es aus ist, bekommt man nur einen bösen Blick der Küchen-Belegschaft. Die Einrichtung ist für den Preis eher als sehr einfach zu bezeichnen.

• Dr. Carsten (7/5): Praktisch für ein Wochenende - Direkt am Bahnhof in Affoltern, sehr gut gelegen und in den Zimmern trotzdem ruhig. Tiefgarage gibt’s auch. Helle Zimmer, schönes Sofa zum Sitzen. Personal konnte zerwirkend gar kein deutsch, das fand ich für ältere Gäste schwierig. Die Aufzüge waren ziemlich langsam. Und vor allem war das Bad recht beengt und kaum Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Handtücher vorhanden.

La luz de la mesilla no funcionaba. El termostato no funcionaba, lo tuvieron que arreglar. La recepcion con personal compartido con otros servicios.

I had a very disappointing and disgusting experience in the toilet inside our room. Upon opening the toilet cover (since it was closed when we arrived) i was greeted by a HARDENED POOP STAIN- a big one! How do we know it was hardened? Well i have to clean it myself since it was already late at night and i am not sure if housekeeping is still available at that time and i also needed to use the toilet! For Christsake, we are not expecting a five star accommodation - not to mention the stains on your shower grouts- all we wanted is A CLEAN ROOM AND TOILET BOWL! That is just very unprofessional of you. Please improve your service! Who gave their hotel guests a room with an uncleaned toilet bowl? Do you even clean your rooms or do you only change the sheets?

• Anja (5/5): - Die Lage ist gut, direkt in Bahnhofsnähe man ist schnell in Zürich. Für die Schweiz und über Silvester eigentlich preislich echt in Ordnung. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen hier, das ging. Es war nicht laut in den Zimmern, wir haben nach hinten geschlafen. Parkplätze haben wir in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gut gefunden. Schwerwiegendster Faktor für uns: man kann die Fenster nicht öffnen, es gibt keine frische Luft. Gereinigt wird mit Raumsprays, das war sehr unangenehm. Die Lüftung im Bad auch nicht richtig gut. Der Checkin hat ewig gedauert und man hatte das Gefühl, das Personal weiß nicht so recht, was sie tun. Das Zimmer war ganz schön abgewohnt, überall Schrammen und abgeplatzte Farbe an den Möbeln.

It is only meant to deceive tourists. And since they know it will be difficult for you to find the location, they steal your money if you don’t arrive on time. THIEVES. Gehen Sie nicht an diesen Ort. Er liegt weit vom Zentrum von Zürich entfernt und hat nichts mit dem Radisson-Hotel zu tun, obwohl sie sich im Namen des Hotels darauf beziehen. Es dient nur dazu, Touristen zu täuschen. Und weil sie wissen, dass es schwierig ist, den Ort zu finden, nehmen sie Ihr Geld, wenn Sie nicht rechtzeitig ankommen. DIEBE.

• Petra (7/5): Komme wieder! - Die Komfort Zimmer war so wie auf dem Foto, wenn nicht noch schöner. Der grosse Fenster war für mich der Heighlight, wenn es draussen dunkel ist. Auch diee Badezimmer war sehr nach meinem Geschmack eingerichtet. Es gab genug Tucher und auch Kosmetik-Tucher waren vorhanden. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bestimmt wieder. Leider waren die Kissen für mich sehr unbequem.

• M (3/5): Below average stay - Hotel is very dated and needs updating. More attention to detail is needed for example no shower gel. The shower door did not close properly, one cup for two guests in the room. The one cup was never replaced once it was used. Difficult to get hold of reception staff despite them having an "emergency number". It is more akin to student accommodation than a hotel. That said, the staff, when you did see them, were fantastic. • Christina (10/5): Great value and train connections - The location is a bit outside Zurich and the Zug/Baar areas - but still an easy train ride away. Hotel is located next to the train station so it was very convenient. It is business traveler friendly. The rooms are bright and comfortable for a few nights of work travel. Great value!

Geen koffie op de kamer en alleen tegen betaling beneden te krijgen. Geen raam dat open kan, dus geen frisse lucht.

• Monika (9/5): Würde das Hotel und das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen. - Helles und sauberes Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Schön grosse Dusche. War auch sehr ruhig, da es ein Eckzimmer war. Wusste nicht das die Zimmerkarte für den Lift gebraucht wird. Und zum den Strom im Zimmer zu aktivieren. Musste Fragen weil ich das nicht kannte. Finde das aber sehr gut.
